Everyone from Res-com was easy to work with. Estimate scheduled promptly and work scheduled quickly. All the staff was polite and cleaned up even when they left for lunch! I highly recommend them to anyone!

We decided to do a full renovation in our master bath and bedroom. We went with Res Com as the owner was very responsive and seemed trustworthy and reliable. They were not the lowest bid but were actually the highest. They had promised the work to be done by early April 2023 but didn’t finish until May 31st 2023. Yes we added some stuff along the way but not almost 2 months worth. Upon leaving on the 31st of May, the owner told me he’d be back in a week or two to finish a separate job of attic insulation and vents. He never contacted us after that. We paid in full well over $50,000 for our renovation but there were things that were not completed. They still are not done. We reached out telling him that a sink was still leaking and a few other things needed fixed such as a poorly cut door that needed replaced, auto closing hinges installed, closet hardware brackets, etc. The biggest thing though is the improper installation of the bathroom tiles has led to different sized grout lines and cracking tiles. The owner refused to come back and fix the tiles as he claims they already lost too much money on this job. We also bought lunch for his crew every Friday for about 3 months spending $50-$100 each time along with access to cold gatorades, pop, and water in the fridge. Talk about losing money. They say they are available 7 days a week, weekends, and holidays but couldn’t find time to fix our issues. They claimed that we bought and chose “cheap materials”. I think the problem is we chose the wrong contractor. When the owner asked for specific materials in making the estimate, we gave him exactly that. There was no mention of “cheap” anything at that time. He even ordered the wrong style door for every interior door in the house. We wanted shaker style as pictured in the emails but when the doors arrived, they were not shaker style. We also had to ask that some of his sub-contracted workers not come back after very many mistakes such as installing doors upside down, handles backwards, cutting prehung doors on the top and it was extremely crooked, and damaging existing flooring. We were always understanding of the many issues they had such as damaging our ceiling due to new water lines not working properly and causing damage but every time we had an issue, it seemed as though that they were annoyed with us. My wife just wrote a review 50 minutes ago on their Facebook page and they immediately blocked her. Doesn’t seem professional to me. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

Suffered a debilitating illness needed ADA compliant bathroom. It was installed within a week at a tremendous price with quality material and exceptional service. Would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone in need. Special shout out to Bruce Denny and Josh for the workmanship and professionalism they showed. Thank you Alex Tinker
