From start to finish, ReRoof America did an amazing job on my terra cotta tile roof! It was a big job over seven days, and their crew was skilled, efficient, and respectful.
Everyone involved, from owner Brad to Lee the job manager to Noel and his hard working crew, worked tirelessly to get my roof done. And it is beautiful!
They worked hard from 7:00 AM and stayed until after dark - cleaning and organizing the worksite before leaving.
Neighbors walking by would actually stop to admire their work. I can't say enough about ReRoof America and all who made my roof come together - Thank you!
I needed work done on my roof, and possibly a new roof altogether. Lee Mayberry came out to provide a quote. He was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He said he would have the quote within a few days. Then he went MIA. I emailed him to follow up and he never responded. I called the office number thinking maybe he quit. I explained that I needed the quote and asked if they had one being their sales guy already came out and did the measurement. I was told someone would call be back, but didn't. I followed up and left a message. The lady that returned my call was RUDE. She was very short with me and said, "We are not allowed to give quotes to anyone but the homeowner and public records show that you're not the homeowner". Technically, my ex is the homeowner and we have 2 children together; however, he does not live in the house. So if that was the issue, all they needed to do was politely tell me that they needed his permission and I would have had him call. Being I really needed the quote, I called her back with my ex on 3 way so he could give her permission and his email address so they could send the quote directly to him. The call was rerouted to Florida where some guy was equally as rude when I explained the reason for my call. He said, "I'm in Florida, I don't know what you're talking about. When the office doesn't answer, the calls come to me. You need to call that office." Mind you, I asked the lady for the best way to call her back with my ex on the phone and called back less than 3 minutes later. When I told I did call the local office number and said I needed to get a quote, he actually said, "Why do you need a quote?" I was mind blown. My ex left a message for someone to call him back so he could get the quote and no one ever did. I made one last attempt to contact Lee Mayberry via email and told him I would still like the quote and provided my ex's contact info so he could comply with their (idiotic) company policy by sending it straight to the homeowner. He again, never responded. Not even a "we can't provide a quote" or "we don't want your business" which I would have respected over wasting my time. Although our personal situation is complicated and includes a builder who made mistake during construction, a divorce, issues with the loan, and more, none of that was their business. We simply needed a quote so we could decide if we should invest more into the property or sell. We were serious customers and I did explain my situation briefly to the salesman just as a courtesy before he even came out to the property because our decision was going to factor in certain costs, like the PRICE OF A NEW ROOF! In the end, we decided to replace the roof, but not with this company. They were unprofessional, rude, and now that I think about it... Why exactly were they looking at public records on our property just to provide a quote? I wasn't hiding anything anyway, but I'd imagine there are plenty of situations when the person calling for quotes isn't the actual owner... that could include an assistant calling for a boss, a family member calling for grandma, a property management company for the owner, and situations like mine. They lost our business and apparently didn't really want it anyway. Even if their work was top notch, I would hesitate to hire them. Should a problem arise, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to deal with people who are too cowardly to communicate.
I have worked with Lee Mayberry professionally and personally for many years. Lee is highly ethical, honest and always does the right thing. As a Realtor there are countless clients of my own that I have referred to Lee for roofing work and roof replacement. The quliaty and pricing of his work are truly the very best. I would without question and without hesitation recommend Lee Mayberry for any roofing work.
