This past Sunday Morning a vent pipe that went up to the roof of our house, fell through the roof and through to the attic to end up in the basement. It was a mess.

These guys came out and assessed the situation. He communicated with me with the problem was. They were diligent about the job he did from replacing the pipe, supporting the new pipe, sanding the area, where the hole was, painting the area. They were professional in their work and in their attitude. They were very thorough with the job with replacing everything and making sure it was done right. They got the job done and I am so thankful to God.

A few years ago we put an addition on our home, a screened in porch that we adore. The company that built the porch cut corners with the roof, the gutter, and the exterior doors to the porch. However, we didn’t know that they had cut corners until the roof started leaking all the time. The company came out and “fixed it” and then they disappeared and our calls and emails went unanswered. The fix was temporary! The leak got worse and more often. A roofing friend of ours came and inspected the roof and it was determined that the roof needed to be sealed better. We were warned that the seal wouldn’t last long and after 18 months he was right. A few weeks ago the ceiling started to leak through a light fixture in the porch.

I desperately needed to find someone that could resolve the issue for good! That’s where Repairto came in. Sama was amazing. He came to our home and inspected the roof, gutters and doors. He gave us two options to fix our issues. We made our choice and he went to work. Sama and his crew came the following week with intentions to complete the work in a day and a half and that’s exactly what happened! The roof was redone and the gutter fixed! What followed was two days of terrible rain. Sama contacted us to see how the roof was holding up. The porch was bone dry and the gutter was working. We were so relieved

The doors would be fixed the following week, including Sama picking up the door that needed to be installed, we do not have a truck to be able to pick up such an item. I cannot say enough about Sama and his team. Polite, professional, immaculate and overall amazing! I wish the option was ten stars plus. We hired Sama to close up a hole in our ceiling after some water damage, and repair a light fixture. He was great about communicating and quick to find dates and times to fit us in, despite it being a smaller job. Sama did a fantastic job with a tile install job for me. My bathroom floors were 2 layers of old tile that were layered on top of uneven, water damaged floor boards. He was extremely professional and communicative throughout the whole process - which is so rare to find in a contractor. He called around to find the right door and scheduled a time to come and replace it. He was on-time as stated, completed the work within a few hours and did it with attention to detail and excellence. Osama helped us begin our basement refinishing. He was on time and offered great solutions to the challenges our room possessed. The work was completed on time and the area cleaned up . I would definitely call him again for any future projects and suggest his name to friends.

I had small area of flooring that needed replaced. First, I went with an amateur who made the problem worse than before then three professionals who said the job was too difficult, I called Sama and after sending some photos he quoted me a fair price and said he could stop by later in the week.
