I had Jon Schaeffer come to inspect the leakage to see if it was my roof or any other item in the attic that he could see that is causing this leak in my bathroom ceiling. He looked outside and inside and was unable to see if there was truly a leak. He has asked us to do our homework and take pictures and call him the next time it rain. He didn't want to start tearing up anything until he knows the root cause. Talk about amazing customer service and a trust worthy company. I am so grateful for Adam and Jon at Renown Construction for helping me with my roof. A few weeks ago, we experienced a terrible storm with the high winds, downpour of rain and hail that made the shingles from my roof fly off into my neighbor’s yard. I, anxiously started looking for a roofing company that would be professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Renown Roofing was that and more. Adam and Jon were amazing. First of all, when talking to Adam, he listened and understood my concerns. He assigned Jon Schaeffer to come assess the damages. Jon arrived at the set time and he was very professional and respectful. He did a great job in explaining a detailed evaluation of the roof and what it would need to fix the damages. He assured me they would take care of it all. We scheduled the appointment and while I was at working my roof was being repaired. I loved how Jon communicated with me every step of the way all that was happening so I didn’t have to miss work. I give these guys Two thumbs up and recommend them to all my family and friends.

Jon Schaeffer came out to evaluate my roof after we noticed some water damage in our garage. He was extremely prompt, very professional, and clearly explained everything that he saw. He in fact said he was unable to find a clear leak from the roof, and recommended waiting before attempting any repairs. He even re-drove and caulked some popped nails he noticed while inspecting the roof! Truly fantastic service and if we do need roof repair, we will go with Renown.

Recently Reknown did a commercial roof repair for the Birdville isd on one of our schools. As the district roofing I worked with them and was very pleased with the work preform. Their techs were on time and handled them selves in a professional manner.

I did not use this company for my roof repairs because they could not do the roof repairs before the next rain.
However They were my first choice.

Jon Schaeffer came to inspect our roof due to water stains in our bedroom ceiling. He rectified the problem and discovered that we have some hail damage. Because of the initiative he took to resolve our problem, Jon Schaeffer at Renown Roofing and Construction will be the ones installing our new roof.

Jose has been in constant communication with us since scheduling our roof replacement and he’s such a nice guy to work with. Quick to respond to questions and concerns. Crew was on time and got to work right away. These guys are hard workers and they are fast!

Renown roofing quickly responded to my roof repair inquiry and scheduled my roof repair assessment for the next day. Jose was on time and provided and honest and affordable roof repair recommendation. The estimate was detailed and pictures were provided for what needed to be fixed. The repair was completed within a few days of me approving the scope of work. I am very pleased with their service and would use again.

Our roof was replaced in one day. Professional service from A to Z. Joe Schaeffer is very knowledgeable and he managed this project. Jon Schaefer at Renown Construction was recommended to us by a realtor friend while we were determining roof replacement options. While we had a fair amount of recent wind and hail damage, we knew it was going to be tough putting in the insurance claim due to the age of our roof. I had even looked into hiring a private adjuster before my friend recommended Jon. He was an excellent advocate for us and came out multiple times to meet with the adjusters our insurance sent out. He always made himself available and helped us get our roof covered and completed quickly. I was very impressed and our roof looks great. He helped pick out the perfect options for us and walked us through every step. We would highly recommend.

Jon showed up the same day I called and took ample time to complete a thorough assessment of my concerns. He clearly explained everything to me and made an appointment to address the issues the next morning. Jon arrived as planned and completed the work timely. Overall a great experience.

Adam Buttorff is someone I have know for about 10 years now, but this is our first professional experience. I have know him as a great friend, great father and husband, and a very fierce competitor in sports. The attributes Adam has in his personal life, carryover to his professional life, as he takes great pride in doing quality work and taking care of his clients. On time to every appointment, beat the inspector to the appointment, walked me through the entire process, walked me through the entire quote from Geico, upgraded certain items and explained why and followed up immediately after the job was done. As for the project manager Jose Juarez, top notch. Communicated the time line before the install, came and introduced him self the morning of the install, let me know where they were in the process throughout the day, made an installer come back when one vent didn’t meet his expectations and made sure my yard was clear of debris so my pets could safely go outside. There was also a repair needed to my chimney and he walked me through it, told me the price upfront and got permission before doing it. I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs repairs to their roof or anything on their roof. Thank you Renown, hopefully I don’t need you anytime soon, but when the time comes, you WILL be my FIRST call..

It was because of Bryan Pinder, the sales manager, who took action right away to inspect our roof and its history of hail damages in detail at his first visit. I was so impressed with his prompt action and knowledge and services he offered. Bryan handled all the insurance claim work well to ensure that I receive every dollar due.

Prior home owner's had replaced roof a year prior and roof got damaged and developed a small leak. I found these folks had replaced the roof previously so called, they had a technician come out and check / repair the roof FOC the next day. Awesome customer service and awesome work! Thank you!

Ryan was incredibly responsive and worked with my work schedule so i didn't need to take time off to meet with him. He answered all my questions, including some probably dumb ones. He was ok with texting information, my preferred method of contact. Jose and team were very fast and cleaned up after. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up everything. (They were here from about 645 to 1245. I have a 1500 sf house.)

They worked very hard to make every detail right. They were easy to work with and I highly recommend working with Jon and Erica! They are amazing!!
