We had a great experience with Renovations Now. You’re definitely getting a sales pitch in the beginning, but they were very informative about every step of the process. They kept us informed with weekly updates, and the work started at the estimated time. The crew was super polite and respectful of our space, and kept us updated during the project. Colin especially was great! The job was completed on time, despite a setback with the plumbing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Renovations Now team. I’ve included a before and after of our shower space.

Ryan has been one of my best friends. I had to take a my own path years ago but I can tell everything one thing about Ryan. He is the hardest worker I know and is one in a million who cares about real quality. Ryan is and always will be to the one to hire and trust he will do 110% quality work.

I hired Renovations Now for a bathroom remodel after the initial contractor I hired was a no show. Joe (salesperson) was more than understanding when he came to discuss my project, as my toddlers were running rampant. When they were ready to begin my remodel, Anthony and Dakota were prompt & respectful. Showing up on time every morning, covering my floors, vacuuming and cleaning up after themselves daily. They were respectful, efficient, and detail oriented. They started on a Tuesday and finished up the following Tuesday. I was kept informed of any issues as they came up and the timeline of things. I’ll be honest, they’re not cheap, but they do really quality work and the efficiency and the headache it saved me from dealing with independent contractors was well worth it.

Sylvester and Derek were amazing workers very knowledgeable in every aspect of our renovation. Please keep these guys for future work needed by anyone else!!!

Renovation Now staff was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job renovating my bathroom. They cleaned up everyday after their work, I would highly recommend them. We are so happy with our new bathroom.

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. The job we wanted done was going to be a little different and quite time-consuming. Jason assured us that it would take a little longer than normal, and after following up with us in the most respectful and professional way, we were able to secure funding and get on the schedule. Jason told us it would be several months out. And they started working on it after just a couple weeks. Incredible. Friends and family warned us about contractor personalities (in general) and how lazy/unprofessional they could be: These guys are the farthest thing from the stereotypes. From day one until they were done, they showed up exactly when they said they were going to, and took so much care in every detail of our house. The quality of their work was beautiful and unmatched, every night felt like Christmas coming home to see how much more they got done, and every night was more than impressive with how much they accomplished in one day. They kept their word on every single thing they said, and we never felt an ounce of uncertainty. These guys were all so respectful and polite, that it started to make me wonder why I tolerate being treated the way I do at my own day job. People are generally nice, but no one is usually as nice and accommodating as this crew, let alone contractors.
Not only did they leave our house faster than they said, and better than they found it, but they left it with some of the nicest bathrooms I’ve ever used and easily the nicest bathrooms I have ever owned. I cold called them strictly based off their reviews, and they treated me far better than every dollar we paid. There is no reason to look further or make a decision about which company to use, if you want gorgeous, well made bathrooms, done in a good amount of time, call now and work with them, you will not be disappointed.

Renovations now came out to my house and did my bathroom in 5 days! The whole process was really great. Ryan took care of any questions I had on the spot. All the installers were super great and friendly. They kept my nice new floors protected from any potential damage. Would recomend to everyone!

We love our two bathroom remodels! We decided to go with Renovations Now because we liked the stone composite shower walls and that they offered an all-in-one solution. They replaced our showers, countertops + sinks (keeping our existing cabinets), mirrors, lighting, fixtures, fans, and painted both bathrooms. Before the start of our project, we appreciated Melanie's weekly status update phone calls. During the project, Sylvester, the on-site foreman, was great to work with, listening to any questions or concerns we had and resolving them promptly. We appreciated the open line of communication available with the project manager, Chandler, and founder, Ryan. We had a few issues arise during the project, but the team adapted and made things right, or even better than initially planned, all while getting both bathrooms done in just a week and a half. We’re looking forward to enjoying our fresh, new, modern bathrooms for years to come!

The team of Colin and Tyson did a great job installing our new shower, flooring and vanity countertops. Our home was protected from construction dust with judicious use of plastic extending from the bathroom, through our bedroom down the hallway and the entire stairs, and through the kitchen. Our job was completed in 5 1/2 days and this is because the crew showed up on time everyday and worked well together. This was one of the best construction companies I have ever hired and highly recommend Renovations Now.

Started the job earlier than expected. Finished a full master bath remodel in 12 working days. Very pleased with the outcome. The crew was very friendly. EDIT: We were trying to find a company to use for the damage on our garage. Another company referred them to us, so we gave them a call to see if they could possibly do our work. We knew they only did bathrooms, but it doesn’t hurt to call and see. Melanie answered and she said, they are taking everything. The conversation was going good, until we randomly got disconnected. We tried calling right back twice, no avail. Then the next day I called and was told Melanie would give us a call back and they put a note to her to do so. We never heard from her again, so now my husband calls and she answers. She had no clue about us. I get they are busy, but my husband and Melanie talked for a while, and you would think she would remember and she got all of our info, so I was assuming we were in the system somehow. She told us to send photos of the damage and her boss will review them. He was standing right there to review them. From the conversation it sounded like give us an hour and we will let you know. Hours went by, nothing. One last time we wanted to get clarification if they will do this work. We really wanted them to do the work, bc we trusted them from being a referral. Melanie answered and said she was at home sick, but she talked with Jason and he will let us know before noon today 10/16/24. Did not happen. Yup, I would’ve shown grace, everyone’s busy so okay if they are late, but after chasing them down for 3 days, it was obvious they weren’t going to get back with us. Not sure what happened, but in my gut, I didn’t like what I felt and I won’t be recommending or using them in the future.

Let us start by saying the materials are wonderful. It was one of the reasons we went with this company. The crew installing the shower system was great to work with. They stopped work to answer my questions and to even ask me my opinion on things. When I didn’t like something at the end of the day, they brought different options to me at the start of the next work day. They were attentive to the dust and noise. However, we did have some installation problems with the door and the drain. After contacting the company, sending pictures and a video, we received a call from the owner, apologizing for the issues. He came out that day with his foreman, worked on the issues and ordered the necessary replacement parts. He arrived the next day to finish the job himself. We had numerous conversations about the issues and corrections and he gave us peace of mind that we made the right choice. After all the fixes, we still have water issues if you do not squeegee the door prior to getting out. Makes sense if you think about it. Not sure how I feel about the niche yet, will see how it performs in the winter. I wish I would have kept the piece they took out as a potential fix if it really doesn’t do well in the winter. The floor of the shower gets slick when water and soap are added. Would be nice if that was more textured, not that Renovations Now controls that and nothing a loofa shower mat won’t fix. So our recommendations are: Yes, go with them, make your safety handle horizontal to work as an additional towel rack vs. angled as we did, use the squeegee before opening the door, speak up and take pictures throughout the process to discuss with the team and enjoy the product.

Selection process is easy and stress-free with preselected options that still give you the freedom to create your own custom bathroom, demo & install is clean & quick, the whole team is easy to work with, patient & efficient. Cannot recommend them enough.

Renovations Now did a fantastic job on our extensive bathroom remodel. This was a complete gut job. The best part was replacing the large tub we never used with a huge custom-built dual shower. We also made the bathroom as ADA compliant as our budget allowed.

We have been through a large number of renovations over the years, in multiple houses, and this was the smoothest, least stressful job we've ever dealt with.

We were so happy with Renovations Now, we just hired them to replace our deck (I literally wrote them a deposit check 10 minutes before posting this review), and we are going to hire them to remodel what is now our spare bathroom next year!

Renovations Now transformed my two 1978 bathrooms to the 21st Century! I met Jeff, Ryan, Melanie, and team at a home show in Pontiac. They spent a lot of time talking with me and my mom, they answered all our questions, and were very knowledgeable and friendly. I scheduled meetings with several bathroom remodeling companies and Renovations Now was by far the best. After deciding to work with Renovations Now, I received weekly touch base phone calls from Melanie until it was time for construction. My dad and I demoed both bathrooms down to the studs and Renovations Now took over from there. The process to select the shower/bath walls, vanities, lighting, toilets, tub, and accessories was very easy and streamlined. I selected the tile flooring from Floor and Decor and Renovations Now took care of ordering everything. I was also able to select the Sherwin Williams paint for the walls. When the crew showed up on the first day, they we’re very nice and professional. They do amazing work and are amazing people! I’m sure I’ll forget some names, but here’s a shout out to Anthony, Colin, Tyson, Sylvester, and Chandler. Great job guys!! I was out of town on vacation when they finished the job and when I saw the bathrooms when I got home, I cried! The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Ryan, Jeff, Melanie, and the entire crew would call if something came up. They called if they had a question or ran into something we needed to talk through. My house was super clean when I got home and that was awesome! They took care of all the trash and cleaned up all the construction dust. A lot of contractors don’t take the time to do that, so I appreciated it very much. Thank you Renovations Now for making my bathrooms beautiful!

We were in the market for a fresh bathroom update after purchasing our home. We called a few contractors out and then we called renovations now. First of all they were the only contractor who showed up on time for the initial estimate. After speaking with the salesman for a little while and hearing their vision incorporated with my vision for my bathroom I knew they were the guys I was looking for. Their guys showed up about a month later and were done start to finish in about 3 days. Very professional, courteous, and personable workers. They were also very detailed with their cleaning and prep process. 10/10 will have them back next year to add a 2nd full bath to my basement. Special shoutout to the secretary Melanie….anytime I had any questions or concerns she was always there to answer my phone calls or texts. Great team

So very glad I didn't contract with this company for my bath. I was offered a $1500 discount (in writing) if I promised to make a video giving a 5-star rating after the job. That made me wary of any good ratings they have on social media. Even after I sent an email to the office and a text to the salesperson that I was signing with another company, I kept getting emails from them, blamed on their automatic system. Not my idea of a professional group.

So many places offer bathroom and flooring and they always look builder grade or Luke a Basic Hime store setup. I can't believe how high end this places bathrooms are. I'm never going back to tile.

RenovationsNow sent Kyle out to our home in Birmingham. We had a few quotes before hand, but decided to give these guys a shot. We were both impressed with the company and what they were providing. Before they came we were really on the fence as it was a big commitment, and nobody made it clear what exactly we were getting… but after the presentation we realized that we wanted to go with a company that stands by their work and they made everything feel very fluid. I felt relieved when we signed with these guys. They really know their stuff. My husband and I cant wait for our new kitchen.
