Went to get my outboard serviced they never fixed the problem went twice and called to talk too wade the owner too see if he would make it right so I didn’t have to pay labor cost some where else he never called me back to talk too me not a right way to handle an issue
Call for a service (don’t want to name that service by chance of getting a worker in trouble) and when I got to the store the “loud mouth” female manager who acted like she knew everything refused. I would not go back simply because of my interaction with the manager. Although, The other workers were very nice and apologetic
I was shopping for a Weber Gas Grill the model I choose was $599, I had called the previous week and spoke to Britney, and I asked since I was close by the store could they include delivery in the price, and she agreed, I told her I would come by the store the next few days and purchase it. I spoke with Brittney briefly today making my purchase and told her I was here to purchase my grill I went to the cashier, and they informed me the deliver charge for less than a mile was $50, I told them she had included this in the price last week. Britney was going to come up and talk with me about that, after 5 minutes I left. Went to Melaco Sisters Hardware purchased the same Weber model Grill for the same price but delivered and set up at my house for FREE. Thanks Brittney you lost a customer forever!
