Renovation by Burbach did a fantastic job on the exterior of our home. We love the colors of our siding and trim. They also installed new windows. When two of the windows they ordered were the wrong size, they did a quick turn around to get the right sized ones ordered and delivered to install. We were happy with the end result of our siding remodel. Brad was helpful to address a difference in understanding about what was agreed upon with parts of remodel. Ultimately this difference was resolved to what we believed was originally agreed upon. Brad's knowledge and understanding about the James Hardie product greatly helped us determine what was best for our home.

The demo and installation did take much longer than what was originally conveyed to us. We had to follow up with the installation coordinators a few times in order to help move things along. The second installation coordinator we worked with, Jonathon, was super professional in meeting our needs and his communication was timely and helped move the installation to a successful completion.

Paige, specifically was absolutely amazing. We tried for almost 2 years to get our siding fixed. We tried 3 or 4 different companies and we had no luck. I was about to give up and just cover with tarp. But it made our home look disgusting and like we didn't care. Paige was our saving grace. She came out and looked at our house and seriously within a week, she communicated with our Insurance and got our siding covered. The siding was ordered and took a really long time to get in. But she handled MY frustrations like a champ. I'm so grateful for her and this company for repairing our home. I highly recommend their services.

Burbach installed siding on our office building. It made a huge difference in the appearance. We have been very pleased with their service.

We needed rock removed and replaced with James Hardie board. The guys did an excellent job of removing the rock and inspecting the wood. The Hardie board installation was done and the finished work looks better than we expected. It is excellent. The workers removed all debris and rock and you can’t even tell they were here. Great workers and great company to work with. Their customer service was exceptional.

Needed soffit repaired - they performed the job in a professional manor. They knew what to do and did a top notch job. Employees from the office to the field worker are a cut above. Most professional company I spoke with when getting bids. PLUS - they were referred by the BBB.

Six years ago we had our home completely remodeled outside with new James Hardie siding, trim and rain gutters with Dutch Quality Stone with Renovation By Burbach. We love the look and the durability of our exterior renovation! Recently, however, a small section of the black facia came loose on the upstairs roofline, most likely from the wind we have been experiencing. I spoke with Brandon at Renovation by Burbach and he was able to send Luke and Zach to make the necessary repair. He took time to understand our concern and was most helpful. I called on Monday and Brandon was able to adjust schedules and have them here on Wednesday. They were professional, friendly, and extremely careful with a very tall ladder in our front garden area, They quickly secured the facia back in place and also took time to look around the roof gables and repaired a loose shingle. They even removed some accumulated leaves in the rain gutter on the way down. Luke and Zach were awesome! I encourage anyone thinking of a new and improved look for their home with quality workmanship to contact Brandon at Renovation by Burbach. I am pleased to recommend them.

Nearly a year ago Burbach remodeled the outside of our house. We did windows and new siding. We asked that a couple windows be warranty due to manufacturer defects. The windows have never been replaced and Burbach completely forget about us and did not follow up. Maybe out business was not important to them but this was a huge investment for us and both Burbach and the window company made this a horrible experience.

I don’t understand how they treat clients this way.

Also, do not trust anything Jarron tells you. His goal is to complete the job and move on. He says they will be back to fix issues, then they disappear.

Again, very disappointed again! We have been waiting for a window replacement for over a year. And twice they have brought the wrong window when trying to replace it. Will they ever get this right? We also have not heard back when they would even reschedule/replace the window. The guy was here several weeks ago and we have not heard back.

I gave them 2 months to prepare. They were not responsive. They didn't tell me that they were not going to come on one day that was scheduled. The workers that took the stucco off only worked about 3 hours a day, and they didn't show up on one of the days. A 2 day job took all week.

They contracted someone else to install the stucco. Those guys I recommend.

I’ve used these guys on several projects and they did a great job. High quality workmanship and did a good job hitting schedules.

We chose hardy board for our new home. We chose burbach because of pricing and timeline. Our house looks ok from far away but it looks horrible up close. We have had people ask why it wasn't finished. It is an embarrassment and we paid a ton for our new home. None of the ends of the hardy board are finished or painted. It is brand new and looks like it needs paining. The response that we recieved was that it is suppose to look like that. So frustrating. Do not use Burbach if you want your house to look nice.

I made an appointment to meet with Brad Nelson. Seemed nice but didn't follow through on providing a bid. Guessed on square footage and didn't write anything down or take any measurements. Didn't even remotely seem interested in giving me a bid. When I tried to question about pricing his numbers were all over the map. First it was 35k, then it was 45k and at the end of the conversation it was 48K. These guys were dissapointing. Clearly not the best!

Very disappointed with my experience with this company. They came out to my house for a free estimate and I was very excited to move forward with my exterior renovation. I never got my quote and they completely blew me off . I called, texted and sent multiple messages. It’s been 3 weeks and never heard back! Would think they would want business ? Very confused.

From our first contact with Burbach, which was Ryan our sales representative to Brandon our project manager to the actual tradesman who worked on our home to the completion of the project everyone was great. Ryan, Brandon and the Tradesman were genuine in giving us exactly what we wanted for the exterior of our home. In fact, they were so attentive to us and our vision that it felt like they had a personal interest in our home.

They installed a completely new exterior on our home, which included the following:
*James Hardie Siding, Lap, Batten Board & Shake.
*Stucco, all old material was removed down to the OSB Sheeting and then
new paper, wire, base coat and color coat were applied.
*Soffit & Fascia, which included all of the house, garage and decks.
*Rock Work.
*Exterior Paint.
*Rain Gutters.

My wife & I would completely recommend, without reservation Ryan, Brandon and their crews.

The paint crew did an excellent job. No issues whatsoever. Masked everything very well. Didn’t trample plants or leave any trash.

Very professional and personable from start to completion. Jaren and his lead man helped us in the selection and warranty issues in picking our board and batten product. Samples were provided giving us a preview of color and outcome. Installation of batten and windows was applied without issues. Top quality journeymen level application and again very helpful in our expectations. Very timely response in all services.

They were able to completely transform the exterior of our home to something we are truly proud of. UPDATED 2024 review: I needed additional stucco repair on my condo, so we called Burbach out to our home again because we had such a great experience with them the first time. They continued to exceed our expectations. They answer the phone when I call, getting our bid was fast, and they completed the work very quickly. The workers were 5 minutes early, very nice, and did exceptional work. I look forward to the next time we need Burbach's help.

2020 review: Our condo HOA said that we needed to repair our stucco. Burbach is a wonderful, dependable business who answers the phone when I call, and provided expert repair to our home's exterior. I'll return to them next time. Thanks!

Let me start by saying that the quality of the the work was very good and we loved Joe and Brandon. They were great to work with and were very responsive.
Jarren, on the other hand, was extremely difficult. He was very kind and helpful at first but there was no way to report any concerns without feeling accused. He was extremely passive aggressive which is just really odd. We asked for some new side gutters to be included in the bid-they were not included which was a bit a surprise but we were OK to pay it. When asked about it, Jarren was so oddly accusatory. It was really weird. We paid our final invoice and then got an irritated call from Jarren that we didn't pay the whole thing. He said they sent a separate invoice (not all included on what we thought was the final invoice). My husband asked how much and Jarren texted the final amount which was $865 so I paid it. We then got another text saying "is there a reason you didn't pay $965?" my husband sent a screen shot of the text from him saying the final amount. Apparently they sent another separate invoice for an additional $100. Instead of just saying "sorry for the confusion," he was rude and accusatory.
Overall, the work was good and the price was fair but the angry communication style with Jarren made us never want to use them again. I have remodeled 3 homes top to bottom and haven't encountered this weird communication style of overt aggression or passive aggression. It is unfortunate.

I couldn't be more pleased with my siding experience with Renovation by Burbach. I got estimates from several companies. Burbach's was competitive and better than a couple. I decided to go with them because of the stellar estimating process I had with Paige. She had a great computer program that probably saved me from making some poor choices in color and trim. The installers, Joe and Mike, obviously had a lot of experience, were efficient and answered all my questions. Overall it was a much better experience than I expected when I started the estimate process. I would definitely recommend Renovation by Burbach.

We had Burbach rip off our old wood siding, install new hardie siding, add new soffit, fascia and gutters. They also painted our whole house. They did everything in a timely manner which is huge when getting remodeling done. The workmanship and attention to detail was on point and they were great to work with. Paige did our bid and was the person we communicated with during the whole process. I loved that she was a female because she was also able to help me make decision on design and colors. Whenever I hire men to do handy work they cannot help me with anything except for the actual labor. Therefore, I felt Paige was an asset not only to the company but to me and all the decisions I had to make. She was also great to communicate with because she always got right back to me and if there was a problem she would resolve the issue promptly. I have never worked with a woman in this line of work and I will literally go back to Burbach for more work if she is still working there. She was the reason everything was expedited with such professionalism. I highly recommend Burbach and most definitely recommend you ask to work with Paige specifically.

We had Burbach come and replace a gutter. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service was great as well. They came and fixed the problem when they said they would.

Renovation by Burbach did an amazing job with a complete makeover on our bay window with soffit and fascia, and stucco. In the process their “artisan craftsmen” corrected original construction errors from when the home was built 34 years ago. They also repaired the top of our cinderblock wall in the backyard, with new concrete caps, and it looks so clean and sharp – better than ever before. What a great company to work with, and very reasonable pricing that didn’t break the bank. We will use them again when we redo the soffit, fascia, and gutter around the entire home this next year. We highly recommend them!

Renovation by Burbach did an excellent job of repairing my leaking roof. Their work was done promptly and efficiently. The area repaired looks good and is holding up well with all the recent rainfall we have received. The workers were friendly and explained what they were doing to correct the leakage problem. I would recommend them for outside work on your home.

Jaren was excellent. He gave us a fair quote and they completed the work on time. They were very available and easy to ask questions to. They did stucco work, gutter and fascia work for us as well. They all did an excellent job. Would highly recommend them.

My experience was overall excellent. Brad explained and showed us exactly what they would do. The quality of work seems very high and they seem to hit every detail. They did exactly what they said they would do and the price I felt was fair for the work. Whenever we had questions they quickly got back to us and communication was never a problem even when I was out of town the whole time they worked on my home.
I could only do the front of my house this time but definitely down the road if I do the back of my house I will be calling on them again. We are very happy with the results and overall great experience working with them. I would recommend.

Edit: As part of our exterior remodel, Burbach installed all new gutters. They did an abysmal job with the install and they are practically worthless now. They leak majorly in several critical areas. We have tried to get them to come out and repair them with no success. So I must edit my five-star review and warn others not to go with them for their expensive new gutters.
We used Burbach for our recent exterior remodel. Our recent interior remodel was an extremely stressful experience. We were gearing up for another stressful remodel for our exterior but it turned out to be a smooth, stress-free experience for us! We are so happy that we went with Burbach. We really appreciated how respectful and professional the workers were. They worked hard each and every day. They started working on our house at about the same time that our neighbors started their exterior remodel with a different company. Our neighbors ran into problem after problem with their company and it made us even more grateful that we chose to go with Burbach.

Brad and the entire team and process went seamlessly. The estimate had no hidden costs and all of the laborers were so nice, professional and hard working. Brad was on the other end of the phone with any questions I had and they were able to easily work with me after I changed my mind on a couple of ideas I had. I would give my highest recommendation for Burbach Exteriors.

If you are building a custom home I would recommend going a different direction. They seem to be a better fit for track home builders.
There are several punchlist items that they never finished on my home after four years.
They were also incapable of delivering the type of finish on our facia that we were told they could do when we selected them.

We shopped around for the right company to finish out our detached garage and we picked Burbach for our Hardy board. The did a fabulous job, priced right and we never had to call and have them fix anything!

We hired Burbach to do a small patch on the back of our home. This was a very small job but, it was extremely time sensitive for us in order to complete a refinance. Steven came out and gave me a bid on the job. They weren't the cheapest but, I was left feeling like they were the most professional and trustworthy. After explaining the time sensitivity regarding the repair, I was assured the job would be done. They exceeded my expectations with their timeliness, professionalism and quality of work. Again, this was a very small job so I don't expect they made much money off it but, I was left feeling like my business mattered to them and the work performed was top notch. We intend to re-stucco our entire home and will definitely use Burbach for future our renovations.

Renovation By Burback just completed an amazing facelift to our home including new Hardie Board, seamless rain-gutter, facia and soffit and painting the remaining stucco with Loxon paint. Brad was great to work with getting things started, Wilbur and Robert did most of the work and they couldn't have been more professional and considerate, while Brandon the project manager ensured the whole project went without a glitch. The end result is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!

Seeing all these recent reviews I now know why my project has taken 5 WEEKS and still isnt done.
im 5 weeks out on my chimney right now and all they needed to do was take off lava rock, stucco, put a chimney cap on and thats it. I am so beyond frustrated with this company I strongly reccomend you dont waste your time or money here. They guy who did my bid was nice, then he quit and the guy taking care of me was nice at first, then just sounded like he had no clue what he was doing.
They dropped off a dumpster and he said it would be picked up SAME DAY and he would come out personally. He never came out, dumpster didnt get picked up for 3 weeks and all my inconsiderate neighboors threw their trash in it which made more work for me because they wouldnt take the dumpster cause its so full. And three weeks in, my house barely got stuccoed and needed to dry now im waiting on a chimney cap that shouldve been here LAST MONDAY. A week and a half later and im calling them everyday to get an answer from them. I dont think they are ever coming back and I dont think they should expect me to pay what they originally bid me at because of their terrible customer service and because they have wasted SO MUCH OF MY TIME. I am so frustrated cause i am renovating my house and so glad I didnt decide to let them stucco other parts of it. I have deadlines and my own business to run and other things to worry about. Save your self the stress and money. Its not worth it.

I love my new siding. Job well done with tidy cleanup. I had new siding, sofit, facia and gutters installed. Everything went well from beginning to end.

They were professional, efficient, and did a really good job. Everyone I worked with was polite and they informed me of what they were doing and they cleaned up when they left. It has rained multiple times since and my gutters are working great.

Burbach Exteriors did an exceptional job with removing and replacing the existing siding. Over the course of the project, they encountered less than favorable conditions as the temperatures were cold, yet they continued to work and provide a quality project that has totally changed our home. Burbach's Exteriors installed new soffits, facia, rock columns, windows, and copper raingutters on my 100 year old Tudor home near the University of Utah. It gave my old home a much needed facelift and fixed the problem of moisture near my foundation, and drafts through the old wooden windows. Their work was professional and quick. I highly recommend Burbach's for any of your home remodeling needs. 5 stars!!!!

This company is amazing, Excellent customer service, and they really listened to our needs and concerns which is so important when dealing with our most precious investment, our home.They kept us involved as much as we wanted and They also educated us in the construction process and never kept us in the dark like most companies. It was so hard to find a company that cared about our home as much as we do, But they did.

The entire experience was pleasant. From choosing the siding and getting HOA persmission, and then scheduling the install was super easy. The crew was efficient and tidy, and the end result is perfect. My neighbors have commented--and I told them who did the work. Thank you!

The exterior of our home was dated and had seen better days. The stucco was rotting and we knew something needed to be done but we weren't sure what our options were. From our first meeting with Burbach they were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They came to our home and walked around the property helping us to visualize what different materials would look like. They even noticed some drainage problems due to a faulty rain gutter joint that they were able to fix as a part of the project. The project crew respected our home and yard during the demolition and construction and even took care to avoid banging near our youngest child's room during nap time (they worked on a different part of the house until we gave them the all clear). At the conclusion of the project our project manager came back and did a final walk through. There were a couple of things he noticed that weren't quite right, and within a day he had a crew back out to our home to fix the issues and finish everything up. I highly recommend Renovation by Burbach! Although their bid was a bit higher than others, they use higher quality materials, which is noticeable. They care about the job and do what they need to do to ensure a happy customer. I would 100% call them for future exterior construction needs.

Our job was apparently to small for them BUT instead of being honest and telling us that, they left telling us we will email you a quote with our minimum included, wasted 3 days of our time waiting for that with a ACTIVE LEAK!! NEVER TO BE HEARD FROM OR SEEN AGAIN!
