Tim is amazing to work with. He goes above and beyond to help you understand insurance lingo. I had all my siding replaced from a hail storm and his crew was on time each day and worked until dark. They cleaned everything up, were very nice and my house looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Tim was by far the most thorough assessment of our needs for siding and trim repair. Communication was excellent, and contractors were beyond capable. While not the cheapest, I think we got amazing quality work- totally worth the cost (you get what you pay for). 100% would recommend, and will most likely have them come back to do our roof when the time comes.

We had an ice dam on our roof that caused water damage in our home in the winter of 2023. I had three roofing contractors come out in the spring to look at the roof and advise us on what type of repair would keep it from happening again.

We had a great experience with Renewed Exterior Systems. We had violent woodpecker holes that Tim advised us on. We replaced wood siding and he rehung the woodpecker detractors. The house looks great and like we never had an issue with the birds. Job very well done.

Hired Renewed Exterior Systems to replace my roof last fall, and I was very happy with the final product. Just used them again to remove the original 1960s- era cedar siding on my rambler and replace with new siding. What a transformation! Tim and Renewed Exterior Systems built a beautiful custom deck for us.

We live in a 75-year-old home which had an older, large, existing deck that wasn’t a standard square or rectangular shape. It was anyone’s guess what its underneath structure was going to look like when the top deck boards were removed. And we knew because of the age of the home that not much was going to be square.

Tim met with us to look at the job, and we immediately knew he was our guy. He’s easy-going and very polite and had detailed answers to all of our questions. We ended up giving him the job over the other 2 companies we'd gotten bids from.

The job took a little longer to finish than was expected, due to the nature of having to navigate day-to-day issues of building onto an older home and also a few supply-chain delays, but luckily Tim and his crew were great to have around. They never felt like they were in our way and we always liked seeing them each day.

Overall we had a great experience with Tim and Renewed Exterior Systems and would recommend them highly. Our deck is beautiful.
