I recently hired Rempfer Construction to replace the shingles on my roof, and I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and quality of work from start to finish. This included Angel (at the office), who was very courteous and kind.
The crew was on time, attentive, and worked extremely hard to get this roof done.
The project was completed on schedule, and the workmanship really exceeded my expectations. They used high-quality materials, ensured proper installation, and conducted a thorough cleanup afterward.
(I tried and couldn't find one 1 nail left behind) — leaving my property just as neat as it was before the work began.
I had a great experience working with Rempfer and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.
Would also like to add that Josh went above and beyond, keeping us up to date and what needed to be done. He was a human being and genuinely cared - It is a rarity these days. It's hard to find a genuine company like this.

Rempfer construction installed the siding on our house in 2012 and it has held up very well. They also did a great job installing the siding on a small addition. In addition, they have come out to repair wind damage. They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced and did good quality work.

ROOF REPLACEMENT: We contracted Rempfer Construction to remove and replace the roof of our 1932 two story brick home in Roseland, Virginia. Their attention to detail was remarkable and the skill and dedication of their workers was nothing short of amazing. With multiple layers of old shingles to remove, we were extremely pleased how they actually left our property cleaner than when they arrived. The project was top quality and competitively priced. This is a great company we had gutter guards put on. They came out cleaned and installed the guards. They also cleaned up after themselves. The price was decent too.

From start to finish our experience with REMFER CONTRUCTION was flawless.

The moment I emailed, I had a response. The moment I asked questions, I had all the answers. The initial setup of our quote was fast and easy. I called right before the fourth of July and they came out the day after. I had the quote immediately. They gave me quotes for multiple roofing types exactly like I asked.. We did get three additional quotes. Before other companies were getting back to me Troy at Rempfer called me to see if I had any additional questions or concerns and talked with me about the Turn around time (which was unbelievably FAST). I still waited another week or two for other quotes. The other companies were also reputable and well known companies with good reviews and at least one other company was a lot cheaper.

After doing research on materials and reviewing quotes and customer service, Rempfer just stood out to us. They came out a second time to quote an additional building that I had failed to mention initially. They came FAST and i had the quote immediately. They price matched our LEAST EXPENSIVE quote.

Every time I called, the lady in the office was very warm, polite, and extremely helpful. Troy doing our quotes was very pleasant and informative. He talked (and small talked) with my husband and I and made us feel very comfortable. The part I really could not believe was that days after I signed the contract I had materials neatly at my door and a few days later, I had a brand new roof. The roofers from start to finish were professional and fast. They cleaned up VERY good which makes a difference to me as a mother of three kids who enjoy playing outside and around the house. 100 % pleased with this experience at all levels and would refer this company over and over again. During a storm, we had the entire length of aluminum fascia torn from the rafters at the end of the house, under the roofline. Rempfer had done the exact same job before (1/4 of the other end of the house), and this job came out looking as good as that one! Our job got fit into the crew's schedule because they were already working in Concord! Rempfer called ahead, and the crew was on-site as sure as they'd said they'd be. Not only were they safe around the vehicles and the house, but they were safe on their ladders and the rooftop, too. You won't be disappointed having Rempfer come out and repair damaged fascia!

We had siding damage from a storm and a door that was not working properly and needed to be replaced. Rempfer did a great job. They came when they said the would, got the work done quickly and thoroughly and were very professional. We would recommend and consider using again for future projects.

Even though it was cold and there was some weather delays my parents house looks completely new from the outside! And I’m loving the color of the siding. Plus the precision of work priceless! I truly only wished there would have been more help with it being so cold.

I recently contracted with Rempfer to remove K-Guard gutters that were installed incorrectly and replace them with Gutter Guards. The K-Guard gutters were full of roofing asphalt and small leaves and down spouts were clogged tight. The K-Guard contractor would not honor their guarantee regarding any of the damage.Their repair estimate was 3 times Rempfer's. My neighbor had a similar problem with them. Rempfer did an excellent job and their employees were very professional. They worked until 8:00PM and cleaned up the area. We are very pleased with their product and workmanship. We highly recommend them.

What a great experience we had with the people at Rempfer Construction.
Everyone we worked with was helpful and very professional in their effort to fix our rake edge that had delaminated. They were on the job as soon as they had the new pieces and replaced them to our satisfaction.

This company is simply greedy, constantly gives you the run-a-round, and has awful customer services.
Buyers Beware!! Anyone who needs anything involving roofing, on new construction or existing structures stay away from Rempfer Construction in Lynchburg. I will try and keep it short and brief. Our home was a new construction build in 2017 with a contract for Rempfer to complete and warranty the work (5 years). We are the 2nd home owners no the house has not been sold 4 times. The builder of our home stated that we needed to contact Rempfer because this should be covered under warranty. 1st let me start by saying their customer service is awful! I called and reported the issue we had with our roof edging and explained details and asked about the warranty. Lady stated she would pass it on to the repairman and have him contact us in regards to repair.
Fast forward a week still no call from anyone. I called the office back and was informed that the repairment was no longer with the company and someone else would be contacting me. I also inquired about the warranty in which the rep stated they only have 5 year warranty and we where outside that window. In which I replied the home was built in 2017 its 2021… that’s only 4 years. She stated she would have someone call me.
Finally, I received a call back stating that someone will be out to look at the roof and giving an estimate at some point through today. I inquired about the warranty and if that is something that would be covered. The lady states it’s very possible but they need to assess the damage. The gentleman shows up about 4 1/2 hours later asking where the damage was, looked at it and stated they will email me.

The following day I received the estimate by email for $512.00, I called and asked about the warranty since there was nothing saying it was approved or not. I spoke with the office manager and she stated I would need to talk to Ashley and she would contact her because she is the Vice President and would have her contact me back. Days go by nothing. I call back and ask for Ashley, instead I was giving the office manager and was very rudely explained it is not covered and it basically is what it is. Still unable to ever speak to the Vice President -Ashley.
Reminder we are talking about a piece of metal edging 1 side of around our house that was not properly installed. Which our inspection picked up just months before. But with the pandemic/covid-19, having a 1 year old , moving , and a family death we haven’t had time to contact them to address this concern.
We had a small storm with rain and maybe 10 MPH winds and it ripped it completed off the house because it was not attached correctly. The storm wasn’t bad all my flowers didn’t budge, all my outdoor decorations did not move, nor my garden flag (which will come off easily). Rempfer took 2.5 – 3 weeks to tell me its not covered under warranty and it would cost $512.00 to repair.
Long story short I was able to find someone else to repair it for $150.00 the very next day.

Troy came out and gave a great assessment for repairing my siding and overhangs. He also noticed things that I didn't, which really helped! This was a great price and great work!

Professional, arrived ahead of schedule and completed my roof repairs within 30 mins. The job looks great and the office staff were a pleasure to work with. Plan to use Rempfer Construction the next time I have home repairs.

This is the second time I've used Rempfer Construction and Gutter Guards in the last month. I've been very pleased with their work. Timely, responsive, and high quality work.

We had a small repair, but they came quickly and fixed the problem. This is the second time we have used them to fix roof issues. They are very responsive and do good work.

Although ours was a small job of wrapping some door jambs and replacing some peeling fascia board, it was completed timely and professionally. I would recommend them.

This company is a great company! I purchased a new home a few years back and needed stone to go around the foundation. We dealt with Rich and discussed our needs and concerns. Rich was very helpful and professional with everything. The stone was good quality stone also. Just this week I had Rich come out and put sealer on the stone and he did a great job. For any of your needs please don't hesitate to give them a call! Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Rempfer did a Great Job installing new roof and vinyl/soffit for a new construction. Chris (Project Manager) was always available for questions and assistance. The Roofing Crew and the Soffit Crew did an awesome job. Would highly recommend and I would use again.

I have used Rempfer twice - once to replacr windows and once to inspect work done by another contractor. They were courteous, got the work done when they said they would, got the work done right the first time, and their pricing was competitive. I would use them again.

We found out we had a leak around a vent pipe during a heavy rainstorm (of course). Called Rempfer & had someone come out to give an estimate in a few days. Due to the wet weather we had the job was delayed but was completed a few weeks later than planned. The work was done in one day, cost was as estimated and all materials were removed from our property (old boards, shingles, etc). Nice work!

Rempfer did a great job replacing the roof and shingles of a rental house I own that had hail damage. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I've gotten to the point where I just don't go anywhere else for exterior stuff. When I was building my house, my builder had a relationship with Rempfer and used them to quote all of the exterior. When I called around to other places to get some competitive quotes, they just never got back to me. By default, I went with Rempfer construction and I'm glad we did. The folks at Rempfer are honest and easy to deal with. I trust them to take care of what they agreed to. I have had siding, gutters, windows, porches, windows, roofs and stone applied. I have never had any problems. If I did, I trust them to resolve them with a quick phone call. Relieve your stress on exterior workscope and just call Rempfer construction and tell them what you need.

Rempfer did an awesome job on our windows for our mud room! They work fast and are very clean! Would definitely recommend them for getting windows installed. Thank you guys for doing such a great job on this upgrade to our home! We really appreciate it!

They were affordable and quick to complete the work. We had a minor roof repair. Some companies would not even call us back since it was a minor job, while other companies had a 'minimum' cost (which was double what Remper charged us). I would highly recommend them.

Rempfer Construction replaced the 20 year old roof on my home in June 2015 with a beautiful new one. They had a very competitive price, and gave me a complete written estimate. They also gave me an additional 5% discount for having a picture of their sign at Brookville H.S. field.

They promised a start date, and completed the job on time in very hot conditions. The crew was respectful, worked safely and cleaned up after themselves. All in all they did a great job, and would recommend them to anyone.
