Eugene and his team remodeled my bathroom from the ground up (literally, from the subfloor). They asked me what kind of style and products I wanted and they implemented my plan competently and accurately, caring for the smallest details. The price was unbeatable, and I could not be happier with the results. If you want a team that can multitask so that you can avoid a long list of different contractors who can often do only one job and only in one way you should contact Eugene.

He destroyed my home by not following structural engineer’s plans. He took down a load bearing wall and did not follow stamped engineers plans. Every wall, floor and ceiling in every room of my house has been adversely affected. The cost to repair is 2.5x what he was paid. And now he is not willing to have his insurance pay the claim. He is unwilling to pay to fix his mistake.

This company totally destroyed my friend's house. Eugene has left her in a horrible position And will not take responsibility. He did not follow the engineering Structural plans.. He has.
Compromised the integrity of this house severely. I would run the other way and never do business with a company like this.

I asked Eugene for
1. A whole kitchen remodel
2. Installation of 10 new windows
3. new upstairs carpet
4. Baseboards
5. Drywall hanging
And some other small jobs. I told him I wanted to do the drywall finish and paint myself to save on the cost and he was fine with that. I had bought the kitchen tiles myself and asked for just the installation, which he was happy with too.

The jobs were done at a very reasonable price and to a high standard. There were not many choices for carpet and kitchen cabinets from his suppliers, but 1. they were good quality and cheap and 2. I'm sure if you wanted to order from other suppliers they would be happy to do the installation

Our garage had been neglected for literally decades. Eugene and his team came in demoed the old rotting roof and replace all the rotten wood. Afterwards all the new wood was put in and new roof was put on. There is nothing more to say than these photos can say. Most other roofing companies didn’t have the specialty o frame but Eugene has experience framing houses from the ground up.

Eugene was unite backed up when I called him so he wasn’t able to come out until a week after he said he would. However he did deliver and offer the best prices. No complaints other than coming later than expected.

Not only does Eugene does roofs but he has a mini excavator and he was able to help us with our sewer line problem for cheaper than the other bids. We were able to close in time thanks to his help.

We were referred to remodel smart and Eugene by our realtor when we were buying our house. We had a few loose tiles in our bathroom and also there was a minor damage with the soffit and fascia. Eugene came and was able to replace all the bathroom floor tiles and repair the soffit damage 3 days later.

Remodel Smart was hired to paint the exterior trim of our house on S Mathilda in friendship. They also completely removed and replaced the flat roof. The were punctual and were not pushy like other roofing sales guys. There prices were good and the service was great.

We hired Eugene and his team to replace the roofs of our rental properties on Centre Ave in East Liberty and put a new deck in Dearborn in Friendship. His team did an inpeccible job of both designing and creating the front porch. They replaced both the flat roof portion as well and the shingle portion. We won’t look anywhere else to get our exterior work done.
