It opened up the area and gives me seating for casual meals. I love it! Wish I had done it years ago. The crew was friendly and professional, and took care to keep the work area and my home clean."

Javier and the Remodel America team recently took our very outdated townhouse and made it look like a brand new home. We absolutely love the work they did and have recommended them to many family and friends.

From the initial assessment, Javier was open, honest, and easy to work with to ensure we were happy with the end product and stayed within our budget. I had a general vision for the main floor and they executed it flawlessly and added a few key items that we now don’t think we can live without.

Remodel America did an exceptional job transforming our basement, including the installation of a new bathroom. The final result exceeded all my expectations and is truly stunning. It has become the best room in our entire house, and if given the chance, I would have them redo the entire house without hesitation. Javier, in particular, was a pleasure to work with - he is incredibly patient and understanding.

It took us two years to finally be able to afford finishing our basement, and throughout that time, Javier was always there to answer any questions I had. When we were ready to proceed, he still had the plans he had created two years earlier. The entire team at remodel America was fantastic. They went above and beyond by even installing lights and ceiling fans in other rooms of my house while they were working on the basement.

I am extremely satisfied with the work done by remodel America and will definitely turn to them for any future home improvements. I am excited about the sunroom project that Javier designed, and I hope to have that completed soon as well.

Trustworthy, honest, and professional. Overall, This is an amazing team. We had an unfinished basement - which was unused space in our home (about a third of the total potential square footage in the house). Javier not only took the time to maximize the space, also helped us keep costs down at every step along the road. I would, and have, recommend remodel America to long time friends. We will be back for all our general contractor needs.

We loved working with Remodel America. Javier and his men (D’Stefano, Jose, and Angel) are professional, punctual, responsive, and friendly. We remodeled our second bedroom by turning it into two separate rooms, and totally reconfigured our guest bathroom. They kept us fully informed about the progress, and we’re so happy with the results. Their original time estimate was 3-4 weeks for the work, and we finished at 3 weeks to the day. Javier even worked with us on the front end of the project to help us get to a place where we were comfortable with moving forward from a financial standpoint. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a home remodeling service.

I could not be happier with my project. Javier met with me, he gave me a very fair price compared to the alternatives I had available, and I liked his vision for my project. We were delayed quite a bit due to permitting issues that were completely outside of his control, but even after a lengthy delay he honored our contract despite significant inflation. The final product is beautiful, when we noticed a few minor issues they were out the next day to fix it. I can't recommend him and his team more.

Our Master bathroom was unlovingly termed the "holiday inn" bathroom. We had a dressing area that was wide open to our bedroom with a sink (late 70's style). We noticed that the separate shower area walls were becoming soft and we needed to get everything redone.

We received the estimate from Remodel America and then COVID. So we waited. 8 months later, the walls of the shower were worse and we called Javier for an updated estimate. The project started in December (a week earlier than expected) and wrapped up at the end of January. The crew assigned to our home and Javier, kept us updated on progress, walked us through what was taking place (especially patient when we were being nosey!). They protected our floors, covered furniture, and did not disrupt our work/school days unless they had a question. That's hard considering 4 of us at home. They worked while we were out of town for the holidays and kept us apprised as we were a bit nervous to not be around.

In the end, the bathroom is gorgeous and a dramatic improvement over what it was.

When we had concerns or questions, Javier was a quick call away and visited us 3-4 times per week to check on his crew.

Overall, outstanding and would recommend to anyone looking to update their own home.

They did my fireplace, surrounding bookshelves, and stairs, plus carpet. Amazing job. I will hire them again. Excellent price and craftsmanship!
