The Remedy Roofing team did an outstanding job putting on our new roof. First, Vance Sparks' coordination with insurance and the city (for the building permit), guiding us patiently through the decision-making process, and responding quickly at each point, got the project scheduled and underway very quickly. Then, the crew, led by Josh, installed the roof in one day, staying late to finish and clean up thoroughly. Couldn't have asked for a better result.

Very pleased with Remedy Roofing. We had storm damage where shingles had blown off the roof. My initial phone call was answered within 1-2 hours whereas some other roofing companies responded a day later or not at all. Doug oversaw the project and was an excellent communicator and attentive to details. Pricing was reasonable. Would use again.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. We had roof damage with water leaking into the house. They came out on a Saturday and did a temporary fix. Then they got the permanent repair done a few days later. All the negotiation was straightforward and upfront, no hidden things. If you need roof repair or any kind of roof help call these folks.

Had some issues with a leak around my water heater vent pipe, and Vance / Alex did a detailed review . Even though I needed to contact the water installation company to fix the issue, they did a temporary fix that sealed the gap next to the at no charge. Very honest and helpful.

Vance Sparks was the project manager for our roof inspection and he was great. I was being pushed towards a new roof by another company and needed a second opinion. We had full roof replacement on both our house and guest house/workshop. It was a huge job and I can’t emphasize enough how satisfied we were with the entire process start to finish. Getting a new roof is not exactly a stress free project but Justin and Ryan were here on site every step of the way and they went above and beyond to ensure things were running smoothly. The roofers were professional and polite, and they worked around the accommodations I requested for our large crew of dachshunds! I was very appreciative of this. I just had my roof replaced with Remedy Roofing and they were amazing. Chris was the specific person I worked with and he was excellent!!! They not only replaced the roof but installed some vents, redid the gutters (they took them down prior to replacing the roof and then installed new ones), painted the top of my arbor and painted the ceiling in my kitchen, living room and hallway as there was water damage from a storm. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them not only for a roof replacement but larger general contracting for work around your house.

The 2/22/22 storm brought hail damage to our Frisco neighborhood AND near 50 business cards soliciting my business. It was difficult to narrow it down to Remedy Roofing, Louisville, TX. Justin Lamb was the contact person who won the bid. Justin was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and available during the process. His advice was spot on and my roof was installed, on schedule, by the most awesome crew in 95 degree weather. The gutters were perfectly crafted and installed and I am proud of the the whole look of the home. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Remedy Roofing for future services. Their service warranty is comforting. They are local and they will be there should a need arise.

The owner of Remedy, Louisville came by the job site while the roof was being installed. He walked around the house in his business attire and picked up trash in the neighbors yard that had been blown there by 20 mph wind. I was impressed!

I had Remedy Roofing replace my roof, gutters, and had some siding work done and they exceeded every expectation I had. You know how they say doctors are the worst patients, well construction superintendents are the worst clients to work for because we have high standards and are very particular in how we want things done. Justin Lamb was extremely professional and answered every question I had, addressed every concern that was brought to him, always had a smile on his face, and was always available any time I reached out to him. I know I was a little difficult because I was leary of anyone working on my house, but Justin or anyone else from Remedy Roofing never showed it.

My house is almost 4,000 square feet, 2 stories, and a very steep pitch. The crew started at 7:00 am, and walked away by 7:00 pm completely done and cleaned up. No way did I think they could get it done in 1 day. They were also very thorough on cleanup up. I have 4 kids and 3 dogs and was concerned about trash and nails in the yard but they combed through the yard several times and ran a magnet no less than 6 times. No matter how well any roofer cleans, there is bound to be some trash left on the ground. So I offered my kids a quarter for each piece of trash they found after the crew left; I didn't even spend 3 bucks.

I would recommend Remedy Roofing for your roof and gutters needs. The crew they had work on my siding was incredibly detailed and pointed out some things I never thought of, and took care of a couple extra things for me while they were there.

Remedy Roofing has been incredibly kind and responsive as well as professional. I had to get my roof replaced for the second time and the company that did it the first time would not respond (I’m pretty sure they went under). I reached out and was connected to RR and they really came through. They have answers to any and all questions that I have had. All work that needed to be done was done in a timespan of a day. Trust is something that is definitely needed in this business and that’s exactly what I have for them and their work.

I used Remedy Roofing to replace the roof and gutters at a duplex I have. Chris Wander was amazing! He inspected my roof prior to starting the job and found that there were a couple of holes in the roof due to the tornado that struck Dallas back in October 2019. They couldn't start the job immediately so he patched the holes on the roof and then came back the week after and replaced the roof. Their work was impeccable. I would definitely use them again.

After the storms on June 9, 2019, I was left with roof, gutter, window screen, fence, pergola, and chimney damage on my home in NE Dallas. Compounding the concern was that my house was under contract and scheduled to close on June 25th, so I was really stressed about what I could do to get all the repairs done and stay on time with the buyer for closing. I had met Chris Wander of Remedy Roofing in January before my house went up for sale, and had hired him to review my roof with his drone to check for any damage. So I called him that same Sunday afternoon to see if he could help me. He came to my home 1st thing the morning of Monday June 10th, got on my roof to inspect it, and provided a preliminary assessment of the damage he thought would be required to repair. This also matched the damage assessment I received from the roofing contractor that my Realtor had sent over to check the roof as well, so I felt like I had a pretty strong case for the maximum level of repairs from my insurance company. When I was able to get my insurance adjuster there at my house on Sunday June 16th, Chris had already been able to give an estimate to his inside operations team on what the extent of the covered damage would likely be, and pre-order the supplies needed to begin the job once the final estimate from insurance was provided provided. The insurance company approved the work to begin that same day, and Chris had a Remedy Roofing crew there on Monday June 17th along with the shingles & gutters I had approved. By noon on Tuesday June 18th, they were done with the roof & gutters. Also, Chris established a relationship with the buyer of my home, to allow them to coordinate directly with him on the colors for the staining of both the fence and the pergola after the repairs were completed on those items. By the afternoon of June 25th, all of the approved repairs had been completed, and the closing was not delayed.

This was a once in a lifetime event. Given the widespread damage in the Dallas area, and with so many people needing repairs from this storm, I feel fortunate that I was able to rely on Chris Wander and Remedy Roofing to help me during this very tight schedule. Everyone I interacted with from Remedy Roofing was highly professional - even when I was extremely stressed out due to my impending closing date! In a word.... Stunning! From start to finish. Remedy Roofing was one of three roofing contractors we contacted to replace the steep pitched roof on our 3889 sq. ft. home. Remedy Roofing returned our online request promptly and scheduled a convenient time to come to our home to inspect the roof and give an estimate.

Jesse Nickels arrived at the scheduled time and began with a thorough inspection of the roof and chimney. He took the time to explain the condition of the roof and suggested alternatives to replacing the entire roof. We elected to replace versus repair the roof. Jesse took initiative by contacting our insurance company to begin the process of filing a claim and met with our claims adjuster to make sure no damages were left out. He also took the time to answer all our additional questions and told us to call him if we had any other questions.

Jesse and his team were prompt, professional and extremely courteous throughout the entire job. They worked diligently and quickly. They took extra precautions to ensure all the debris was disposed of properly and the job site was meticulously maintained.
