My wife and I had our Washington DC property renovated by Renovations and Designs team. We have a row house located int he NE side of town, when we bought the property it was in bad shape. We hired this company and from the initial meeting to the completion it was really a great experience. They provided everything from permiting to designing the layout. Our entire home was demolished from the roof all the way down to the foundation. We had foundation issues that were identified in the planning stages and corrected with underpinning which is very common we now understand in that area. Our entire internal systems were replaced with new up to date systems and the finished interior of our home was contemporary and industrial combined with an urban feel. They did an amazing job and we both would highly recommend contacting them.
