My husband and I worked with Adam from Relianz Restorations to install a new roof on our home in 2023. Their team was professional, respectful, and easy to work with. I have been working with Angie from Relianz Restoration for the last few months. She has been great to work with. She is friendly and has great customer service skills. I really feel she cares about my claims and does her best to get them paid. For me, I love that she returns texts and phone calls promptly. She has been diligently working with my insurance company and I’m thrilled that I will be able to have my home sided after hail damage.
I have had the chance to speak with Mike in the Valpo office. He too is very friendly and caring that my house gets repaired. It has been a great experience. I don’t believe I could have worked with my insurance company the way they did.

Had great experience with Adam Shaheen at Relianz. He arranged everything. Roofers very professional. Did complete roof including tear off & installed 2 skylights all in 1 day. Also a crew of 2 installed gutters all away around and wrapped all my windows due to hail damage. Highly recommend . Very professional.

Adam made the stress of replacing my damaged roof easy. He took care of everything from A to Z, from getting me approved through my insurance to seeing the job to full completion, he removed all the burden from me and took it upon himself and even helped me pick out the shingles that would look best on my roof. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Relianz!! They fought for us with insurance for about a year until they got our balcony and roof replaced (storm damage) even after State Farm gave them the run-a-round and some back and forth. Adam did great work for us and with the crews he got out to our house for the jobs and everything that we were told from the very beginning turned out to be exactly that in the end. Adam was 1,000% transparent about everything. He was always great at taking and replying to calls and texts and we were never in the dark about anything during this process. We knew what Relianz did. The work done was fabulous. He came highly recommended from my brother for doing the same thing for his house. My dad ended up using Relianz, as well, after we did for HIS storm damage, too, and was very happy with the end results. Adam is incredible at what he does and really, REALLY fights hard for his clients. I won’t use anyone else other than Adam ever again!!

The team from Relianz did a great job replacing our roof and gutters after a hail storm. Our rep, Adam, was always courteous and professional, he always answered calls or returned messages quickly and took care of everything for us. Their roofing and gutter teams came when he said they would and left our property clean when they left. We have referred them to our own family members and would recommend them to anyone in need of help.

Worked with Adam to coordinate a roof tear off on a two story home. He was professional, detailed, transparent and communicative from start to finish. The workmanship was satisfactory and crews cleaned up well. Adam also repaired some damaged trim found during the roof install. Very easy to work with throughout the process. I highly recommend Relianz for many of your home improvement needs.

This place is a scam. I had roof damage in July of 2023. My adjuster completely ghosted me. It's now March 2024 they have a partial check of mine from State Farm. I paid to get my roof fixed out of my pocket. Now I'm trying to get in contact with my Adjuster so they can take their 30% and I get the rest and I get the run around daily. Don't ever do work with them or Todd Boss (the adjuster).

They got things done so efficiently. Everything went smooth, they worked with the insurance company and made it a stress free process. They also came in and worked hard to get the roof done quickly and good quality craftsmanship.

Relianz Restorations was by far the best solution to getting my roof and siding redone. They made the experience extremely easy to navigate as a first time homeowner, and worked with me to get the results I wanted. Not only that, but when it came time for them to do the hard labor for a job I would have expected to take at least a few days with a crew, took them only a few hours! The cleanup alone blew me away, as they were sure to pick up every last spec after tearing down the old material. Aside from their fantastic work, their customer service has been the best bar none. My wife and I headed into some hard times amid the job, and Adam did everything in his power to help us with flexible pricing, and even offerd payment installments to help us get back on our feet. I recommend anyone looking for a company to do home improvement to do themselves a favor and call Relianz Restoration.

Made our insurance claim such an easy process! We needed our roof and siding replaced after a storm. Josh came out, handled everything and kept us completely informed on what was going on. Even stopped by before he had to be at work to make sure I had enough time to pick and match colors. He was easily accessible and answered every one of my million questions quickly and efficiently. The roof was torn off and redone in less than a day and the siding was done by 2pm! Would DEFINITELY recommend!

Relianz Restorations was great! They battled it out with my insurance company and got me an amazing deal on my roof. They made it very clear to me that the insurance policy that I have was not sufficient… They suggested many possible options, as far as which insurance company would best suit my needs moving forward. The man that I mainly dealt with was Adam, he is enthusiastic and aggressive all well-being very kind and understanding. He knows all the ins and outs with the insurance companies, and the best ways to deal with them and he got the job done…

I dealt with Adam this year in residing and new windows for my home in Crown Point. Not only was this man friendly, knowledgeable and professional he transformed my home into a masterpiece. Relianz misrepresented themselves. And was very intimidating. I only worked with 1 representative my whole time. Said they would do all work from a storm damage. But when it came time they refused to do some the work that wasn't going to make them alot of money. Said he would turn it in anyway and keep money for my deductible. Thought I hired a different company and they came out and said they were the same company. I signed a contract for them to do all the work as I was told. I filed the claim I had the tree removed and temporary fencing I took pictures I submitted what was ruined in yard.After I told them I had check they came over. They were up set that check was in my name and not theirs. He said the will do siding and roof thats where money is as he laughed.. Rep then stated that he would walk away if I didn't like it (only doing the profitable parts but that I owed him for getting out of the contract. They walked away with over 4700.00 for putting on a tarp and coming over in a total of 3 hours to talk. They broke the contract by refusing to do all the work. But I was intimidated to pay or threatened with court. They even followed me to the bank. They were also upset that my son in law and his friend were over for me. I'm not saying they don't do good work they never would tell me what company was going to do my siding he said I have Mexicans. Dont get caught up in these fast talking act like they will help you company. I'm not saying they don't do good work. The tarp looked good for a couple of months

Insurance company was giving me a hard time so Josh jumped on my insurance claim and was able to get it approved. After that the build was clean and fast.
