Pictures of the poor drainage system they put in are in the photos above .Reliable waterproofing and Masonary Mike Mohamed the owner showed up unannounced on May 21 2020 to do foundation repair that we had requested to be present when the work was done and let us know a date they were coming. They also were not suppose to come when it was raining and which I didn't want work done so the mud and foundation bricks would be dry for repair. It has been raining here for over a week straight which he stated in texts that they couldn't do the the work when raining on the only date that he had scheduled with me and canceled. He showed up without me knowing or scheduling and when it was raining. I never knew work was done until later that day. When I walked around the area the work that I could see looked poor and the foundation repair I couldnt because it had been covered back up with the wet dirt. I called him and asked why had he done the work without us present which we requested and when it was not raining and He stated he already had gravel on his truck for the day and that he had knocked on our door and we had refused to answer. How does that give you permission to do work just because you wanted too. I don't know how the foundation was repaired or done and that concerns me if not done properly can cause more damage to home. I have another contractor who stated the work looked poor and unprofessional just from what he could see above ground . Mike did take a few pictures of one repair and that was it no before or afters. When I complain about him showing up unannounced and the poor repair he had nothing to say other than his work was fine and when I disagree with how he just wanted start talking about God and Karma and talking to his Lawyer. I have contacted BBB and Virginia Licensing Board to address my concerns not sure if he is even licensed contractor? I'm so unhappy with my experience with this Company and Mike

We are very pleased with the tremendous amount of brick repointing that reliable masonry completed for us. We had the entire front of our house repointed as well as 2 chimneys 30+ feet high completely repointed and other areas of the house (2000+ square feet). Unlike other companies who might be able to fit us into their schedule in months or wouldn't answer their phones, reliable was always quick with a call back or text and completed our work timely and at a competitive price. I’ve been meaning to give a review since my work was completed weeks ago. Mike was very professional and gave me an honest quote to re point my chimney and redo the crown. The work looked excellent and I was provided several pictures of the work since my roof is fairly steep. He was even very professional after I was rude one day after a tough meeting, which was no fault of his. This alone along with the work is why I would call him for any future needs I have.
Since the work has been completed I have however experienced another leak with the heavy storms we’ve experienced. Since he provides guarantees for a determined time frame, which is another reason why I trust his work, i will have him come back out to look over and correct. Regardless that I will have to reach back out I fully recommend his work.

we had water issues in our basement, called reliable and ever since mike came out and did work our water problems never came back. i will recommend this company to anyone.

Called and easily got an appointment scheduled to check out my foundation. Said it would be Thursday or Friday. Monday came and no one showed up. Called back and they apologized and said the owner would call right back. Never called so got some other company to do it. Only reason not one star is because they were quick to respond, but if you don't follow through with it it really means nothing.
