I had a very tricky build- A tiny home connected to a bus - the lot needed to be cleared, trees needed to come down, septic installed and water brought to the property. Isaiah helped me navigate each step and was an excellent general contractor. There were a number of specific accommodations that needed to be made, and Isaiah quickly came up with a great design that not only met all the requirements, but stayed within my tight budget. I was particularly impressed with the way that he connected the tiny house to the bus - so clever!
I was also extremely impressed with the quality of his work, and communication was excellent throughout the project. I highly recommend him and already have plans to work with him on a job in the future

On time and came prepared! We wanted our TV mounted and the cords hidden as well as some ring spot lights wired into our house. He did it all even better than what we were hoping for and he noticed our outlet wasn’t working and he took the time to fix it even though that wasn’t why he was there. He went above and beyond and did exceptional work. Highly recommend!

As some who works in the construction industry, I have high expectations for subcontractors which are rarely met. Isaiah however is an entirely different breed. Not only does he tackle every task like it's his magnum opus, but he also keeps me well informed at every step, which I swear is a superpower in this industry.
