I have several investment properties throughout Dallas/Ft. Worth and I have used Frank on all my roof replacements and seamless gutter installs. He does very hígh quality work at a very fair price. We were in need of a full roof replacement. The original concrete roof was installed with no roof decking and over time the roof leaks were more frequent and happening in different areas of the house. Frank determined it was best for a full roof replacement and to bring the roof up to the current building code with new roof decking. He recommended we go with 1/2" CDX plywood over 7/16" OSB sheathing. We chose to go with Owens Corning Duration Onyx Black roof shingles and we could not be more happy with the results. The roof looks great. Frank also replaced some rotted trim boards and he also installed a new chimney cricket. Very happy with the work done. We would definitely recommend Reilly Roofing and Gutters to all our neighbors and family. Frank also finished the job in only two days and was very easy to work with. His prices are very fair! He exceeded our expectations!
