We had Asnew come take care of the moss on our roof, clean all the siding on our house and garage, and clean our cement patio. It all looks amazing, areas I expected to need to repaint look brand new. We had a power hiccup in the middle of the day, Levi and Chase were so accommodating. They were able to go take care of another job and come back same day to finish ours. We could not be happier with the results and the price. They went above and beyond our expectations. Communication was also excellent.

OMG Chase came and did an amazing job. My house, my fence, all of my sidewalks and concrete areas, and my garage are sparkling now. However they were anything but when he started. My Drive way and walkways and patio are all pebble finish concrete. They were filthy, so I called Levi and he cleaned up everything. Looks almost like new. Now three weeks later I was looking at all my house gutters and boy they needed a bath. Called Levi again. Both jobs together was the best money I have spent. He has the proper tools and equipment. It pays to hire experience, plus he is a one man small business and I like helping the small local business.

Levi with Asnew Exterior Cleaning arrived right on time and went right to work on cleaning my roof to remove the moss off of it. He also did the roof of my shed. He covered plants that were close to the house with plastic to protect them , he washed the entire house and shed. He left my property very clean. Levi is a very professional young man, polite, a hard worker and trustworthy. He was going to do the gutters but said they were clean and only a couple of spots he had to do so he didn’t charge me for that.

The owner, Levi Unruh, was very diligent and thorough in cleaning my roofs and gutters. This consisted of a home roof, the roofs of two garages, and a workshop roof. These roofs and gutters had not been cleaned in three years and had extensive moss build-up. Mr. Unruh communicated well with me and arrived on time. After cleaning my roofs and gutters, his clean-up of the fallen moss debris on the grounds around the roofs was very professional. I highly recommend using his services and would not hesitate in hiring him again.

He removed all of the heavy moss and then sprayed the chemicals that would further kill the remnant. He raked, bagged and transported all the debris away. It has been approximately 18 years since my home was pressure washed. It was awful. I was sure that even a professional service wouldn't be able to complete the work in one visit.
I couldn't have been more wrong! Not only was it completed in one visit, it sparkles. All areas of the house were washed, gutters, soffits, porch, decking, fences, sidewalks, stairs, windows with screens and of course the house.
I was always taught if you are going to do something, do it to the best of your ability. It has been done!!
Asnew exterior cleaning will be back next year and for years to come I hope.

An impressive young man who did an impressive job of cleaning our roof (long over due and including the glass on our sunporch), deck and gutters. When there was a hitch in scheduling, communication was excellent. He explained the process thoroughly, worked tirelessly while onsite and cleaned up afterwards. Living in the NW we will likely need his services again in a few years. Meanwhile I can recommend his services without reservation to anyone needing exterior cleaning of any sort.
