Mike Shifflett from Regent Restoration was great to work with when my home flooded , he was able to answer any questions and concerns I had with the process and was very proficient in getting the project done. Highly recommend

Both the Mitigation and Reconstruction Department were amazing! Unexpected water damage is extremely stressful and I greatly appreciate how patient and kind they were in explaining each step of the process to us. If you can have Racey in the reconstruction department as a Project Manager, she is the absolute best!

This company is getting a 1 star because I can't give a negative one. The crew was courteous, I'll give them that. The reason I'm giving them a 1 star is due to management. I've been working with them for over two months and my garage is still not done. At every level of this project, I had been told by the laborers that this should be easy and quick. "It shouldn't take long." "This is straight forward." The first part took almost a month to get done. I don't know why they took so long for the drywall to dry if they were going to remove it anyway. Then, they took another long time for it to dry some more. Only to close my account and charge me over $4000 after I already paid $2500. Why am I being charged over $4000 when nothing else has been done? My garage is still not fixed. I haven't been able to use my washer and dryer because it was moved for mitigation and reconstruction, which again hasn't been done. I called and the nice lady that answered the phone couldn't give me an answer. She said she would reach out to the coordinator and I have not heard from anyone. Hopefully, I can get a response now. Oh! The only thing that I got was that my account was closed because the job was too small. What's "too small"? I don't know. I didn't get an estimate. If you take on a job, complete it to the end. Don't leave the home owner wondering when or even if the job will ever get completed.

UPDATE: I did get a call back and someone did come to take more pics for an estimate. The estimate was so outlandish my insurance adjuster literally laughed when she I talked to her. The estimate was for $10k and the adjust said it was more like $2500. Massive difference.
Moving on... I was unaware that per contract this company was paid to remove and replace the washer and dryer at the beginning and ending of each phase so that we would not be out of a washer/dryer for more than a few days at a time. I made a complaint to my adjuster about this and she was completely unaware that Regent had not replaced the washer/dryer. To be completely open, Regent did send someone out that same day I asked for them to replace the washer/dryer (why did I have to ask in the first place?). The guy came out by himself and without the tools that he needed. He appeared to not know how a washer and dryer was supposed to be hooked up. Turns out, he didn't! He moved them where they were supposed to go and then plugged in the power cords. He did not connect the outlet, the water, or even make sure that the washer and dryer were stable. I called/text and complained. The 2nd guy came a couple days later. Exhaust connected? Check! Washer and dryer stable? Check! Water connected? Absolutely NOT! Water was not even turned on. I had to pay a 3rd party to come and get this connected properly instead of going to the laundromat one more weekend.

Andrew and Leo made my experience with losing my floor the easiest it could have been. The agent over my account, Lachel, made sure to keep my insurance company and me informed for the entire process. I can not thank them enough for helping me when I needed it the most

I was very happy and please with Regent- Restoration team. The packing team was very helpful during the packing process of my home, when it mattered the most. As we needed to get my home ready for Repairs due to pipes bursting on the first floor of my home. I appreciated all their hard work, Ms. Alma was there for the whole process, she assisted our family with any questions or concerns we had along the way.

If I could give 10 stars for this company, esp. Aaron, I would. We have called them out on two ocassions now for water damage assessement. Once it was a water heater that leaked water through our ceiling and another time, it was water from a broken sprinkler that flooded our wood floor. In both the instances, we had an industrial fan running continuously for several days. When Aaron came out, he measured the moisture in the area and give his honest opinion about what is needed, if at all. In the first instance, nothing was required. In the second instance, he recommended some simple measures that would remove a little moisture that he measured on the floor.
These days, when honesty is VERY rare, Aaron's service is a breath of fresh air. We are seniors on fixed income and so not having to spend a lot of money to fix a problem that we could fix ourselves meant a lot to us. We REALLY appreciate Aaron for his thoroughness, his explanations and his honesty. We will definitely use Aaron's services again when we need to. May God bless him :)

Everyone that I worked with through Regent was very professional. I had a leak in my guest bathroom that went through the wall into one of my guest bedrooms damaging the carpet. Marlon Shields, lead of my water restoration project, along Matt were very prompt. Before they got to my house, it smelled of mildew from the leak, but they were able to quickly dry everything up bringing back a good scent to my home. I’d most definitely work with Regent again.

These gentlemen came highly recommended by the plumber that was replacing my failed hot water heater, that flooded into the walls of my master bedroom and garage. They were on scene same day and wasted no time in getting on top of removing the carpet, and opening the walls necessary to starting the dry out needed to stop the mold from taking over the soaked walls and floors. Antony was incredible at making what needed to happen, happen, without me needing to figure it out myself. Leo has been punctual, professional, hard working and swift each day in coming out to my home to check the fans and dehumidifier progress. I truly appreciate Leo’s well-mannered, communicative and professional approach. Highly recommend!

Aaron and Leonardo are wonderful. Very professional. Leonardo has come to our house now for 5 days to check on progress on our study ( all wet after a pipe burst). He’s always on time, explaining progress and explaining next steps.
Hopefully, no one has to go thru this experience, but if you happen to find yourself in need of restoration services, call regent. And if impossible request Leonardo and Aaron.

I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Regent Restoration. I had a leak in seldom used closet that led to a breeding ground of mold. They were so helpful in assessing the damage quickly, being extremely helpful with home insurance, and cleaning up the area. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their services. Absolutely outstanding customer service and experience during a stressful time!

Aaron was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He helped my call my insurance company and set up my claim. He set up humidifiers in our home to protect from bacteria. I felt like he really cared about me and my situation. 5 star experience. I would recommend Aaron and Regent Restoration to a friend.

Everyone from each department whether, management or laborers, were professional and courteous and timely. I like supporting family owned and operated businesses like this one as you know you're helping other people like yourself. They did a great job and my floors and baseboards look fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anybody. Not everybody spoke English but I speak Spanish so that was not a problem. They frequently sent one person to do a bulk of the labor which made it take a little bit longer but I was OK with that because he was very sweet and kept to himself. I stayed in my home while they worked downstairs. I was upstairs. I thought it was going to be a nightmare but it ended up not being bad at all. Took longer than I had hoped but it looks great.

Aaron showed up fast and was extremely courteous and very professional and helpful! He's given great service and advice and is helping me with my insurance claim as well. Would 1000% recommend Regent Restoration!

Apparently this driver is not a fan of snowmen. Really took the time to run through the parking lot to smash it down to your lever. I hope you guys make this right.. sad you guys cannot cooperate in the same community.. your business is just a few blocks away in the same neighborhood.

Antony Ramirez was fantastic, professional, informative, knowledgeable in all aspects of the restoration process. I really felt at ease and confident that he would take care of us. Antony was exceptional in communicating with us every step of the way. I can’t say enough about Regent Restoration as a company. An experience that could have been stressful and a headache in itself, was far from it thanks to Antony and his team. Absolutely would recommend this company to any individual who needs restoration services.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink and our trusted plumbers recommended Regent Restoration. From the beginning, Antony and his team have been super helpful. Great communication, handled all of our questions regarding insurance, project timeline, etc. All dry now, rebuilding stage will be next!

Be weary of this company as they hire employees who have no regard for other people’s property. Deliberately driving through a business’s parking lot to run into their snowman to destroy it just “for fun” is appalling and disgusting. And to do it in a company truck with their logo plastered all over it is just beyond stupid. DO BETTER!

Beware scammy business practices- we requested the “free” quote for restoration (after having already given them thousands for water mitigation), and when we did not take them up on their restoration due to having a lower quote elsewhere, they sent us a bill for $350. When I asked about why we were receiving this charge, they said the quote is actually not free, it’s hidden in some pages of terms and conditions that you’ll pay $350 if you don’t go with them. I was happy with their mitigation work, but am shocked by this scammy business practice of advertising free quote and hiding the charge. They never once mentioned this charge would be incurred and let me call and sign up for the “free estimate” over the phone. Incredibly deceiving.

Regent was extremely professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Very timely and considerate. My bathroom looks amazing.

Aaron Marquez has been wonderful in helping us mitigate very complicated water issues in our home. We used Regent once before for a separate issue and decided we would use them again because of the great assistance and quality work! Call Regent and ask for Aaron. *^*

From the first moment I contacted Regent they were right there. Other than issues with insurance, everyone from the office to the field at Regent were excellent! I will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them!

Every person in each department was exceptionally helpful, knowledgable and worked together seamlessly. Was great to have this team handling my reconstruction.

In a time of need John helped us through a terrible issue. We had mold in our house. John walked us through all that was going to be done. Alfredo, came into the house with team and removed everything that was required for mold remediation. Step by step they kept me up to date. When all was said and done, there was no "see ya", as this process goes on for us, they are still there. The team will be back to 'pack-in' our items once the construction is done, but they lend an ear if I have any questions to this day. That is going above and beyond.

We had the unfortunate experience of discovering a slab leak that damaged most of our downstairs floors and some walls. Regent’s restoration team was timely and responsive in mitigating the damage.

Ez and Leo were. Exceptional, They were quick to respond polite and went the extra mile to keep me a 75 year old single woman from doing anything to lift , move or get me the help to get my home functional despite the mess. Leo even did translation for me with a worker I was using that did not speak English. I highly recommend Regent and the quality of their employees.

We had a slow leak under our kitchen sink that we didn't notice until much damage was done. Our plumbers came right out and fixed the leak and recommended we call Regent Restoration to take care of the damage. They came right out, spent days drying everything out and began the restoration of floors, cabinets, countertops, painting and staining. They were timely and diligent, and Julio was quick to answer any question and address any concern. We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship and love our new kitchen!
