McCoy's Building Supply Headquarters

I believe when I need a job I need to do a good job. Thus, I Kudos to cashier Victoria L. and the lumber guy in this store. I am an old lady, need help with online order. McCoy picked up calls with real person. They help me to fix my online order which I have made mistake by clicking pick up. They fixed that and assure me the delivery by my door this weekend. Victoria called me back on special orders on best block. Superior and professional service. I also find prices are comparable and even competitive than Lowe's. Like the cedar wood so much better price. But I will pay more for the service. They only keep our Americans working and does not outsource to other other country for call center. The employees are our neighbors!!

I attempted to send this earlier but there was a glitch and it may not have reached your offices. I want to complement three of your staff at the Palestine store. There are two young ladies that work the checkout counter. They are Angela and Ronda. They are top notch employees and I wanted to let you know that they are that good... There is a gentleman named Norman Cowperthwait that is just plain superior....He re-keys entry door knobs for the many rentals that we either own or manage and he does it quickly and correctly.
