We worked with Colby, Ashley, and their phenomenal crew in Omaha! After losing some shingles in a wind storm the night before, Colby - a retired member of our great military and a fantastic family man - walked up to our house as our roof was one of the last “original” roofs in our neighborhood. Within an hour he was up on our roof repairing a section that had lost the shingles. Fantastic communication, follow up, and personable conversation followed throughout. When we first had met it was going into winter, and Colby stopped by several times to check on his repair. Then, in February we got an unseasonably warm day! Bam! It was on! By the next morning the roof was as well. That following night a sudden snow storm blew in with 40 mph winds. There was a nock on the door and two of the crew had left home concerned that the cold had shrunk some caulking around various vent pipes on the roof. It was freezing. Snowing. And there were 40 mph winds. They traversed the roof and found all well. I don’t have space enough to describe the exceptional crew we got to work with. We even celebrated the completion of the project with margaritas in a variation on the German Richtfest tradition with the entire crew! Fantastic humans every one. They even surprised us by doing our 12x12 shed as well so it would match the house! Gutters next, and then likely paint!

This review is for Miles Williams. We first met Miles when he visit our house. Usually we do not open doors for stranger but that day we did and met Miles, he started to tell us about his company and what he can do for us with our roof if it has been hails on. Our area just got hit with hails, so I went ahead and let Miles go up to my roof. He was up there for a long length taking pictures of all of the areas of the roof and the rest of the house inside and out. I told him that the insurance company will send an inspector soon so to keep all of the pictures and information and we can compare it to the insurance inspector The insurance company came and inspect the roof. they email me back with a quote stating the fact that my roof was barely damaged in the amount of $2100. so I called Miles and told him about the situation. Miles then send the insurance company all of the pictures and damage that he has taken the week prior. Because of that the insurance company sent out a second inspector to inspect the roof again with Miles. It was different the second time around. we receive full payment on the roof and other parts of the house and fence. Miles kept on working with the insurance company, telling them all of the damage area of the house, to make a long story short, we got the roof fixed, the windows, the gutter, and paint to the outer house rim with the help of Miles. Miles will work with you and the insurance company to get all that you can for your house. Don’t trust the insurance company on their first inspection. Miles will go an extra length for you and get you what you deserve. It is unfair what the insurance company will do, but if you have Miles on your side, you will definitely win. Highly recommend.

CRC with Ash and team really look out for the customer. We couldn't have found a roofing contractor that can specialize in many areas of the home. From roof, decking, painting, to landscaping. Ash goes above and beyond to make sure quality work is done and takes the time to address your concerns.

This company is great. Having worked with several contractors over the years, it is nice to finally meet an honest and trust worthy guy. Mr. Barrett has helped my family on numerous occasions. Most recently we were out of town during a huge hail storm, and he proactively went over to our home, and took very detailed pictures of all the hail damage, there was no part of our home that he did not look at, from the roof to the gutters, windows etc. I was waiting for the bad news, but a huge sigh of relief when he told us nothing was seriously damaged. He did not charge us to come out and look, even though it did take him quite sometime. It is so nice to know that customer service and honest people are not completely obsolete. David from Coalition Restoration Contractors came highly recommended to us for assessing hail damage to our roof after one of the strong TX storms. David was quick to respond and set up an appointment for a free estimate. He showed up on time and was both professional and friendly. He was able to walk our steep roof and collect pictures of damage. He then walked thru what the insurance is looking for in order to file a successful claim. He was able to talk with the insurance company get the estimates out to us in a timely manner and always showed up on time and did what he said he was going to do. Ashley did a great job. He fought my insurance company to ensure I got everything I deserve. He replaced my roof in the same day. Price was very competitive. He was constantly in communication with me keeping me updated. After the job was complete he personally got on the roof and inspected it for quality work. The yard was cleaned up to the point I couldn't tell my roof had been replaced. I would highly recommend Ashley. He will get all my work from now on.

On the day of the roof install, they showed up with covers for my bushes, air conditioner and pool equipment.
