After meeting with different contractors and requesting quotes for some home renovations, it was obvious that Troy was the most fairly priced and was highly qualified and capable of performing the work. Him and his crew did not disappoint, they are responsive, completed the work quickly, and did an excellent job. Troy is someone I trust and will use him for any of my home renovation needs.

Troy can solve complex problems. For example, he was able to flip my 10 foot long plus island around without breaking the large granite top. This enabled me to have my sink on the side of the island where I can look at the view.
He also was able to conceive of, and then he and his team constructed a new landing at the bottom of my basement stairs which enabled me to have much more comfortable access into my family room down there, and also give me seamless access to three other important rooms without having to step down and then step back up.
Troy is artistic. Troy helped me design a new backsplash to go behind the new range that he installed. I chose a tile and he worked in the existing granite so it look like it was always that way. It is beautiful. The child was only an eighth or a quarter of an inch thick while the granite was 3/4 of an inch thick, so he had to build up, the background where the tile would be to match how thick the granite would be. It all looks seamless.
Troy also installed a new 48 inch wide vent hood over my new range. This was not easy as I have a 12 foot ceiling and the vent hood was not only wide and 10 feet tall but it needed to have a 2 foot extension added to it to reach 12 feet. It also needed to be retrofitted in the front to fit between my cabinets. Troy did all of this seamlessly and it looks beautiful.
Troy is able to work with your budget. My current main floor flooring is all travertine tile. Many of the tiles were broken, or chipped. Troy was able to replace the ones that were broken and repair the ones that were chipped. Now the floor looks great. And it saved me a lot of money from having to get an all new floor.
Troy has an amazing painter for kitchen cabinets. My cabinets were cherry-stained oak. When you paint oak cabinets, there’s a high likelihood, it will look terrible as you can often still see the grain through. His painter did an absolutely outstanding job and these cabinets look brand new and at a reasonable cost.

General contractors often have a bad reputation. Many times for good reason. That is not the case with Troy. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him.

Troy and his crew took on a tough job with an older Lehi home from 1966 that was in poor condition and close to being tore down. The foundation and structure were solid, but conditions were dire and they transformed the old neglected home to a new level.
Troy communicates welĺ and is very honest making a business relationship from out of town comfortable.

The basement I was invited to inhabit had been used for years for storage, and was not comfortably inhabitable. Troy and his crew in a short time had completely remodeled the central area to make a nice place for a kitchenette and bathroom. MANY visitors have commented they cannot believe the difference!! Troy also made minor repairs and suggestions for several items and continues to watch out for the 2 widows living in this home. Greatly appreciated!! It's now the haven or castle he intended.

Troy and his crew are amazing. They do quality work, done properly and correctly. They are on time, dependable, and clean up after themselves every day. They are easy to work with. We added some projects on as we went along, and they were flexible and able to fit them in in a reasonable time frame. Troy has a good eye in design so it looks great too. He is also innovative in his problem solving and solutions. We have more remodleing projects in the future we will use him for. I highly recommend Troy if you want someone who you can trust to do it well and do it right.

Troy and his team do an excellent job! I have used Regal home for several personal home projects AND larger scale fix and flip remodel projects. Troy’s team of guys are very respectful, don’t swear, and keep their work areas clean and tidy and work hard.

When our house had a repair needing immediate attention, Troy and his team were able to come out and make the repairs quickly. We added on other tasks, which Troy and crew were able to do. They are versatile, being able to work on floors, electrical, plumbing, building a deck and more. They were considerate of the family, working around 3 young children and 2 dogs.
