Regal was fantastic with the work we had done at our house! From the time we received the quote all the way through the process of installation through completion. They always kept me Informed and followed up when they needed to. Windows and doors look great and quality, exceptional! We’ll definitely use them again.

Check out the pictures of these beautiful door installed by Regal Home Improvement. I never think I'm a picky person, but when I start on my requirements I find out differently. Shane was able to find the exact doors I wanted. Half glass on the front and side door and 3/4ths glass for the patio doors, all with blinds between the panes of glass. And silver hardware. And fiber glass. And primed. And haul off my old door, especially this sliding glass door and was beyond broken. The doors being replaced were all Regal doors as well. They survived 25 years of torture, countless kids running in and out and in and out, letting dogs in and out, more kids and some more kids. The sliding glass door was probably opened an average of 40 times a day. Seriously. It was doing ok, until I got some very rough puppies. Time to get the French doors I've always wanted. They look so good. The crew that came to do the installation was so quiet and quick. I really didn't expect the final trim work to look so professional, but it's top quality! Repairs in this house are always challenging, but they didn't run into any issues. At least, none that I noticed. I work from home so I was sitting here the whole time. They arrived when they said they would, worked hard and quietly, were done when they estimated they would be done. They were also very friendly and thoughtful. The cleanest construction crew I've ever seen. They did a fantastic job and the outcome is amazing. I'm running out of positive adjectives so hopefully the pictures are all you need to help make your decision. I'm sure Regal will tell you that they've been in Richmond forever and will be forever and stand behind their products. I've always regretted calling certain home improvement companies so I'm sure I can imagine what you're thinking. You can trust that Regal will treat you well.

I was recommended by a family member to get a new roof with Regal Home Improvement. I could not be happier with the work they completed. It took around a week from signing the contract until everything was completed. Phil and his team did an amazing job and the new roof, gutters, etc. look amazing. If anyone is looking for a reputable, professional contractor that does an excellent job, I would highly recommend contacting Regal for their help.

Our window was from 1966 and when we pressure washed the house...all the water came in. Getting quotes for this gigantic window was confusing because they ranged from $1500-$6500. Regal was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They were no nonsense also. While some companies wanted 90 minutes to do their sales pitch, Regal was straight to the point. I work from home and this room is my "office" so it was important that it be done right. (excuse the wall under it that we had done after the window was put in!)

The crew was outstanding, meticulous and attentive to details. They answered all my questions too. Their work has brought a glow to the house. (Posting for Maria F.)

We had Regal Home Improvement come out to replace 13 windows in our home. Costumer service from start to finish was outstanding. The workers that came out to install were professional and did an amazing job down to the finishes. We love our new windows and would work with Regal again for any new projects.

I would definitely recommend Regal Home Improvement and David Eckles to get done what you need at your house! We had 8 sliding glass doors in our Florida room and we only used one of those doors. David helped us with different options that we could and their prices. We chose to add a knee wall and each section of sliding glass door was replaced with one big window! The room looks awesome and has just 1 sliding glass door! It looks beautiful and feels more spacious! Thank you David, for helping us to get to this point! And the people that did the work, worked hard for 4 days and did an awesome job! We definitely would contact Regal Home Improvement for future projects! Call them, you won’t be disappointed!!

Regal just finished installing new windows for our whole house and we could not be happier with them! We met with multiple companies and they gave us the best price. They were prompt with ordering and installing the windows in the time frame discussed. Art and Joyce were great on the business end and the guys who installed were professional and cleaned up everything when they were done like they were never even here. Highly recommend!

I bought a new home and the siding was defective and I needed the entire house resided. I received several estimates but really like what I heard from Regal. They helped me with my HOA approval. They ordered my siding came out to my home to start the job and didn’t miss a day until everything was completed. They did an excellent job and the employees were great. I have new siding and no mess. Would highly recommend

Called for an estimate, on a major home reno... We figure 100k. Dave a managing partner came to get the information and get me a quote... 3 week later did not hear anything called the office they stated he has been busy should have something soon... now 6 weeks later still no word. Must be to busy or lazy not sure which but if you can not get me an estimate how can you be trusted to get the work done. Don't count on them for anything if it takes this long to do something as easy as doing an estimate.

They did a great job installing new siding. Looks amazing, great detailed work and they were so courteous leaving the area spotless once finished. So happy with their work! I’ve included our before & after pics.

I contacted Regal Home Improvement based on the advice of a trusted neighbor who had prior projects (siding and windows) done by them and highly recommended their products and workmanship. I'm so glad that I did. I needed replacement windows as well and found the folks at Regal to be honest, straight forward and providing a quality product at a fair price. I am completely satisfied with my new windows and have nothing but great things to say about everyone from Regal who helped with the project from the start to finish. Regal re-wrapped our windows. The old wrap had faded, peeled and looked very blah. Regal came in and did the job in one day, very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and looks AMAZING! House almost looks new! We're so pleased. Highly recommend!

Replaced all the siding on our two story home. Very knowledgeable and respectful workmen. Also helpful and addressed any concerns promptly. Kept a clean work site. Very good experience. Would have them come again.

First, I want to apologize to Regal. This response should have been written three weeks ago but I traveled out of country and wanted to have time to write a good review when I returned.

Our job consisted of replacing roughly half the siding on our house and repainting that along with the associated trim. We agreed on a price and it appeared that the dates of repair were going to conflict with our plans to travel abroad. I am not sure how David (Regal's representative to us) did it, but he was able to adjust dates so that the job was completed before we left for our trip.

David told me when materials would arrive and when the dumpster would arrive. On the delivery day for the materials, Joyce (a Regal office employee) called to let me know the materials were on the way. They arrived exactly as planned. The dumpster also arrived as planned.

Through this process, David visited the house three or four times to assure we had proper measurements and had a good understanding of the job. The contract was detailed and specific and signed by both.

In the process of the job, I decided to have the windows rewrapped with aluminum. The people on the job gave David a window count and David gave me a price on the window work. David said, "If it is OK with you, I am not going to modify the contract. I will accept your word for the additional cost." We shook hands and that was our new contract. Later I noticed that the crew had undercounted the windows. I pointed this out to David on one of his visits. Dave appreciated my honesty and said that it wasn't too big of a change and that he would just stay with the quoted price, yet wrap the additional windows too.

We found four windows that needed some wood replacement due to rot and there was a small additional charge for that.

The quality of the work was superb. Even with that, David came by and inspected the work. There were some touch-ups that he wanted, most of which I would not have even noticed. I am extremely pleased with the results of Regal's work and have recommended them to several of our friends who need similar work done.

I did not compare prices with other vendors. We sent inquiries to three companies and Regal was the only one that responded. So, I can't tell you how the price fits the market. I can tell you that you are not likely to find better quality work anywhere.

I will most definitely consider Regal with any additional home improvement projects.

Regal did a fantastic job on my mother’s property in Kingsmill recently. New siding, gutters, trim, and an elegant, effective back sliding door all at a fair price. They put tremendous effort forward to adhere to the guidelines within the community and ensured we were 100% happy with the final product before finalizing everything. Regal provided a competitive price to replace my front entry door and some exterior trim pieces. Phil was super easy to work with, and the crew did a great job. We did have one small issue but it was resolved super fast. I give their work 5 stars but I would give their customer service 6 stars if I could. I have already recommended to friends and would recommend them to anyone who has ever had bad customer experience with those other guys.

Based on a neighbor's recommendation, we contacted Regal about replacing our 20+ year old windows that were on their last legs.

Had Regal install windows throughout the whole house along with a new patio door leading out to a deck, their attention to detail and quality of work was exceptional. The windows needed some repair to some of the trim surrounding the windows and they kept me informed of the needs and were willing to do whatever was needed to insure my satisfaction. The work needed to repair framing and structural issues around the door was also significant and was done completely. Nardo and crew worked diligently throughout the whole process and Phil and Joyce checked on things to make sure the job was progressing and I was satisfied. Would definitely use them for future projects.

Very professional and did something special by adding a front porch lighting fixture next to the main door, a fixture which I provided.

Overall a great experience with Regal. Had all windows replaced (19 of them!) and the crew did good work and cleaned up after themselves. They were in the middle of the pack price-wise, and so far the windows seem of good quality and everything functions as it should.

I'm not sure if Regal was the best deal, but they were less expensive than the other quotes we received for windows and gutters and everything was on time and done right the first time. They will be my first call in the future.

Received 5 quotes for my rental house. Regal (Art) has the best quote with great quality windows. Even best, their workmanship in installing the windows is superb. The service people are excellent, professional and very efficient in completing the work. I have no reservation in highly recommending Regal value to consumers who demand value and quality, and better yet quality people. I will get Regal windows for my other houses, for sure.

Recently had new siding placed by Regal Home Improvements. The house looks brand new, they did an awesome job! The crew were friendly and helpful they cleaned up afterwards and replaced all lights and cameras, etc. They made the old windows look better than they did when they were replaced by another company! We would definitely hire this company for any other home improvements that we are in need of.

When I needed a new screen door for my patio door, I thought of no one but Regal Home. Joyce and Phil were so very responsive to my needs and my phone calls. Whenever I had a question, they researched it and responded to me promptly. Where else can you do business where you are known by name and your scope of work is also known.

Yes I had David Eckels to come by to give us an estimate on our driveway being paved and possibly a deck. He came on a Thursday and said he could get the quotes to me no later than Monday or Tuesday it has now been 2 weeks and I've called three times to leave a message with him including calling his actual cell with no answer. I also left a message with his manager and still no quotes I don't know what the hell is going on with this company. I don't know if I should even consider it as a racial discrimination but one thing's for sure I will never use them or refer them EVER! Observing these other reviews it seems like this guy David has been a problem to other people so why is he still working there maybe it's a family business and they don't care how they treat customers or certain customers.

I recently had my deck redone along with my front porch! I am very pleased with the design and the finished product. All of my questions were answered promptly during this project and any concerns were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend!

I setup an appt for Monday 8/24/2023, Mr D. Eckles came and measured out my job for deck railing, stair railings and gates at the stairs. He stated that he would have my quote by Friday 8/28/2023. As we were out of town until then, that seemed reasonable. At 3pm on Friday I still had no quote. I texted his cell at 4:10pm to ask if they were going to send me a quote. I figured I would give him until close of business Monday 8/31/2023 so I could make a decision between Regal and 2 other companies that I already had the quotes in hand. Needless to say, I never heard from Regal and went with another company on Tuesday. If my job is too small for your company, just say so and at least have the courtesy to call me back so I could move on.

Regal did a good job of replacing my roof and gutters and repairing some minor water damage. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The material and labor costs were reasonable. Phil, the project coordinator, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Regal to others that have similar home repair needs.

I wouldn’t let this company roof a bird house. They did such a lousy job on my front roof that they agreed to redo it free of charge. Then I get a bill for over $2000. The back roof started leaking so bad that I had to hire another contractor because they said I hadn’t paid the $2000. That for 30 year shingles that leaked so bad I have to get the ceilings in four rooms repaired.

Thank you to everyone at Regal who worked to make my vision for my home renovations happen! I now have a beautiful sunroom addition with custom built-ins, new siding, new paint color, a new front entry, and new gutters and windows. For everything that I asked, Regal said, “Yes, we can do that.” and they often improved on my ideas. Looking forward to my next project by Regal- a stamped concrete patio.

Regal installed new gutters on my home and repaired the soffits. Everyone was on time and did an excellent job. Phil was very communicative and ensured that I was happy with the work. I'll be using Regal in the spring for some additional home renovations.

We had several companies come by to give us quotes on the replacement of about 42 windows in our house. All of them claimed to have awesome windows, but none really stood out among the rest. Regal offered a good window at a fair price, and they seemed much more honest than the competition (no hard sell, no BS). They did a great job on the installation, they were neat and clean. The final product is perfect.

Regal did an amazing job. I couldn't imagine the project coming out any better. Stamped concrete patio is a messy project and everything was cleaned up at the end. The project was pricey. I just think its due to the economy and the serious inflation issues we have to deal with now. A sign of the times! I recommend giving Phil at Regal a call.

I contacted Regal Home Improvement to inquire about getting an estimate for damage to my front stairs and surrounding retaining wall landscaping. An appointment was scheduled for July 12, 2022.
Since that date I have heard nothing from Regal,
I made several phone calls to the business but none of those calls have been returned as of July 20, 2022.
I am of the considered opinion that this is unprofessional behavior.
If they cannot be bothered to supply the required information that I contacted them for or that this is a job that does not fall into a category that is a part of their services, they should have stated that up front instead of wasting my valuable time.

I met with two other companies and Regal was the strongest with both knowledge and value. They installed within the timeframe and the end result was perfect.

Regal Home Improvements replaced windows, siding, gutters/downspouts and wrapped existing wooden trim with aluminum sheet metal on our '50's rancher. Their team efficiently performed high quality work. There was a delay in receiving the materials (windows & siding), but they stayed in communication with us so we know where we stood. The staff was very knowledgeable on the products and the construction process.

Great craftsmanship, we built a raised screened in patio with fireplace from the ground up. Quality work, good oversight, and great people all around. The crews were nice to the kids, timely and paid attention to detail. I would definitely recommend/use again.

Regal Home Improvement has shown me absolute disrespect. I called to get an estimate done at my home where I had multiple bathrooms, a den, and kitchen that needed repair and remodeling resulting from leaking pipes upstairs. The Regal Home Representative, Dave Ekkerd or something like that, came to my home and pretended to be interested in accepting the job. He took measurements, smiled, and touted the company's reputation and skills. He then promised he would give me a quote no less than a week. A week went by, I called the main number at Regal and spoke with a lady who seemed to be surprised when i told her Dave had not gotten back in touch with me regarding the quote. She took my phone number and said she would contact Dave and have him call me. Two day went by, and I havent heard anything. I called her back and she, again was surprised he had not reached out to me. She even asked if I saw a 410 area code phone number in my call log, to which I replied I did not. She again told me that she would attempt to have Dave call me. Another whole day went by and still nothing. At this point, I concluded that Dave was uninterested in giving me a quote. That's all he had to tell me, but he didnt. Because of Dave's lack of candor and professionalism regarding the estimate, and potentially accepting the work, I concluded he was disrespectful, unprofessional, and ignorant. Ignorant because I am a black man with dred locks, with a physical appearance of someone who is of low economical status. I feel he poorly misjudged and stereotyped me based on my race and physical appearance. If Dave would have took the time to treat me fairly and professionally, he would have learned that I am a wealthy young professional who have more than enough resources to pay for the work and more SMH. Since then I had another company come out and do an estimate. The total cost of completing the work, including some upgrades is nearly $20,000. Regal Home does not deserve my business, and I will make sure I spread the word to everyone I know to avoid doing business with this company. The take away from this is NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!!!
