Throughout our design journey, his team of experts provided unwavering support and guidance, especially when it came to exploring financing solutions tailored to our needs. Despite unforeseen changes in our living arrangements, Jon displayed remarkable empathy. While we ultimately decided not to proceed with the project due to relocation, we have every intention of engaging Refined Exteriors for our upcoming endeavors.

I wanted to leave a great review, but ultimately I have to leave the rating in the middle. Our siding and the crew that did it were great, but the windows were a disaster. I thought we had it worked out, and the guys at Refined Exteriors worked with me on a solution, but the solution never materialized. Nice guys, and I think they meant well, but they ultimately just ended up ignoring me. I also had an issue with the soffit, where we now have wasps squeezing in the holes and into our attic. I asked before the install if we should put some mesh behind it, and they said there was no need and that the holes are proven to be too small for any bugs to get through. I recently contacted them about that, and also sent one last reminder that our window problem still wasn’t resolved after more than a year. No response again. Bummer. I will say again that the siding looks good, and at first I thought all of these dudes were pretty cool.

Refined exteriors was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their professional staff were all on time, courteous and performed the job quickly and beyond our expectations. They will be at the top of my list again the next time I need a roof, gutters or siding work done at my house. Thank you Jon Drew and crew!!! A++++

Our home was in desperate need of new siding. Keith & his team were very knowledgeable in the workings of older homes as we ran into unexpected issues throughout the project. They were able to pivot quickly while keeping me in the loop on what changes they recommended. The Hardie siding is beautiful & will last a very long time. The workmanship by the crew is unmatched, they were extremely hard workers even on some pretty cold days. We are just thrilled at how painless it was to work with the Refined Exteriors from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone looking to up their curb appeal & value of their home!

Love this company! Refined Exterior’s is a very professional, qualified, and courteous business. They did exactly what they said they’d do and did it in a timely fashion. Their crew showed up seven days in a row exactly when they said they were going to show up, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up! I secured a 100% pass grade/rating on my final inspection, so the mortgage company and the insurance company were both pleased. I am so grateful for their honesty, Integrity, and quality of work. Keith did a great job for us as we purchased our new home. He came out and inspected the roof the next day, pointed out issues and worked with the home sale to have it replaced before closing. We would highly recommend Refined Exteriors to anyone in need of any roofing work.

Refined Exterior installed new James Hardie siding on my house in Conifer, CO. I found Refined Exterior on the James Hardie contractor list. This contract included 6" lap siding on the house with JH board and batten on 2 gables. Mark ( Sales ) and Ben ( Project Mgr ) saw to my project. The installation looks great. The lap siding lines up on the inside and outside corners. JH trim installed around all windows and doors with flashing. All joints were caulked. All bottom edges were nailed down if needed. I am very pleased with the installation.
They also contracted out and saw to excellent work on my stone work. I would use Refined Exteriors again.

I retained the services of Refined Exteriors to replace the decades old siding on our house. In short, they were a godsend. First, there were 2 site visits prior to demolition. They established and adhered to a schedule that de-conflicted any and all other work I had happening at the time. Equipment and the dumpster was delivered the day prior and work started as scheduled. Second, they identified and fixed some pretty egregious issues with my home. Third, they kept me updated on any schedule delays or any milestones that couldn't be met. Once complete, we established a punch list and they corrected all items in a timely manner. While they were not the least expensive company I received bids from, they were easily the best value for my money. Their siding crew was super efficient and extremely attentive to details which is something that seems to be the exception rather than the norm these days with contractors. I cannot recommend them more. And honestly, if you do decide to retain the services of someone else - good luck. They have a 4.9 rating for a reason.

Refined Exteriors replaced our siding & gutters and did a fantastic job. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the crew was efficient without cutting corners. It made our 42-year-old house look brand new.

We did a ton of shopping around and while RE wasn't the cheapest, they also weren't the most expensive, even compared to a few companies that only do vinyl siding. Marc & Ben were great to work with throughout and made sure everything was done the way we wanted it to be. We're very happy all in all and highly recommend them.

We replaced our old vinyl siding with James Hardie siding through Refined Exteriors. They were amazing! Very professional, great crews and our house is like brand new. They were upfront with all costs and gave us a very competitive bid. Work was clean and on schedule. They also did gutters and gutter guards for the house. Our home suffered roof damage during a hailstorm. We had multiple contractors evaluate the roof. Refined Exteriors was honest and open about the damage and the potential repairs, they walked us through the process and we confident and safe moving forward with them. The removal and reinstallation was down as scheduled and even took less time than expected. Refined Experiors worked with us to ensure the claim was processed properly.

This is the second time we have worked with Refined Exteriors, the first was to replace the siding on our house and they did an amazing job on that project as well.

We hired Refined Exteriors in April to install James Hardie siding and everyone we worked with were amazing. We were primarily in contact with Ben and Mark. They were very personable, professional, honest, knowledgeable, and reliable! The crews worked in less than ideal weather at times and did a tremendous job. Especially when it came to removing the old siding and cleaning up at the end of each day. Needless to say, we were very happy with how the project went and would highly recommend Refined Exteriors to anyone looking for a siding or roofing contractor. I would give them 6 stars if that were an option!

I discovered Refined Exteriors on Home Advisor, I was impressed with their expedient response , as well as being prompt with our appointment . After just a few minutes of speaking with Marc , I knew I was working with a knowledgeable and professional company. I needed a company that could replace the roof on my home, garage, and large shed, as soon as possible, because of a time crunch regarding the closing of our home . Refined Exteriors went above and beyond and scheduled the work within a week of our agreement, when other contractors were telling me they were six to nine weeks out . They made the whole process smooth and easy, working with my insurance company. I was very pleased with their crew, who were all very professional, and did a great job cleaning up !

Refined Exteriors did a fantastic job on my roof replacement. The team was incredibly courteous and professional at all times and they did exactly what they promised when promised. I was very impressed at how clean the yard was when they finished up and all scrap and debris was removed immediately after the roof was installed. They kept me informed of progress as things concluded and I am very happy with the work. I’d definitely recommend Jon and his crew.

I shopped around for siding/gutters and was extremely discouraged by the numbers from other companies. None would tackle the asbestos removal and the actual siding prices were ridiculous. Marc was the 3rd quote I received and I was pleasantly surprised by his number, which included asbestos removal and beat other companies by 5k+.

Once I moved forward, they had material there in two weeks, started the asbestos removal and were finished in a weeks time. I was able to text Marc about any concerns throughout the entire process.

The guys at refined exteriors are amazing! Very responsive, quick to answer every question and did extremely professional work! Couldn’t beat the price either! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an exterior remodeling company.

We did almost a complete remodel on the outside of our house. Our house was built in 1994. The siding was old and some needed to be replaced. Of course they don't make it anymore. We had a bad hail storm in 2019 and needed a new roof and gutters. We had also been replacing windows a few at a time each year. Jon, Ben and Refined Exteriors came to the rescue. We got all new JamesHardie siding, new roof and gutters and the final 5 windows (which were the same brand as the prior replacements). Jon and Ben not only had great products, they had great crews to install them. The job site was kept very clean, they were professional and easy to work with; no loud music or swearing. The final but most important thing was Jon and Ben's vision. We took all their suggestions and we could not be happier with the way it turned out!

Working with Marc, Jon and Ben has been a great experience. They are quick to respond and very knowledgeable about their craft. I'd definitely recommend their services to all of my friends and family!

It has been a pleasure working with Refined Exteriors for the installation of Leaf Solution gutter guards. They were quick to respond and were able to schedule me very quickly. They installed the guards in just a couple of hours, cleaned up nicely afterwards, and the gutter guards look like they were installed very professionally. I'll know more next week as we are expecting a few days of rain but I'm confident that the gutter guards will perform as advertised.

The main reason I chose Refined Exteriors is that they gave me a reasonable quote with no gimmicks, unlike one of their competitors. The "gimmicks" I'm referring to can best be described as the old "used car salesman approach" (my definition = start with a high estimate, double it, and then start whittling down the price so you can look like a hero). In a word I was insulted. I've recently had a new roof, a new patio roof, and new siding put on my house and no one has treated me like that except for one gutter vendor. However, I can testify that Refined Exteriors will treat you honestly and with respect.

I was referred to Refined Exteriors by a friend. We came home to discover a leak in our ceiling on the main floor of our home late afternoon on a Friday. We doubted any company was available at that time however the owner himself was at my house within 15 minutes. He and his staff are very professional, courteous and treated our home like it was their own. AMAZING!

The inspection report cited some hail damage and after 2 other companies failed to help, Jon at Refined Exteriors went above and beyond. He met with the insurance adjuster when they came out to inspect the roof and was able to get the claim approved. I have to thank the team at Refined Exteriors for their work to get the roof replaced. Without the roof replacement, I am sure I wouldn't have gone through with the purchase. Refined Exteriors undertook a complete exterior remodel on our property. This included roofing, siding, porch deck replacement and fencing. All of the work that they did was of a high quality finish and when there were small issues (a fence board that wasn't quite vertical or a power outlet that hadn't been painted to match the new siding) they were quick to address the issue. They worked tirelessly to make sure that we were satisfied with their work at all times and were very communicative, responsive and friendly. They were also very flexible taking on our concerns about noise and its impact on our neighbors when doing the siding, agreeing to changing their working hours to be more accommodative. They were, put simply, great to work with and I would highly recommend their services.

We approached Refined Exteriors to examine our roof after a hail storm in May 2019. Jon worked directly with our insurance company to maximize the amount that the insurance company would cover under our policy. I didn't need to be involved as Refined Exteriors did a great job negotiating with the insurance adjuster.

We also had Refined Exteriors replace the old siding on our house as well as paint the exterior of the entire house and garage. Their work is exceptional, and we're very happy with the outcome. We highly recommend Refined Exterior.

I worked with Jon and the team at Refined Exteriors to repair the siding on one side of my house. They were able to provide a quote from photos I sent, and then were responsive with scheduling. They did great quality work for a very reasonable price! I would definitely work with them again.

Refined Exteriors did a great job fixing our garage siding. Not only did they come out and match the color and type of siding, they did it quickly and efficiently. They also kept us updated every step along the way and got the job done quickly. I am a very satisfied customer and will most certainly be using them in the future!

I had an awful experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. First they told me they would do all of the work that the insurance company was covering and they took a $4000 deposit. Months later they told me that if i wanted them to paint then I would need to pay them out of pocket even though this was covered by insurance.

After the company finally started the project I came home to find their roofers sitting in a circle in my driveway drinking beer. The workers cleaned up as soon as they saw me and in doing so left nails all over my lawn and driveway. When i contacted Jon abut this he told me his partner hadn't seen any nails and essentially called me a liar. He eventually sent a person out to sweep for nails again, however I continue to find them all around my house.

Overall this was an awful experience and i feel like I was scammed out of getting my house painted so my house looks awful after their completed work.

Wanted to let everyone know how pleased I was with the job Refined Exteriors did. I asked them to step in while I was in the process of moving and they helped ever step of the way. They dealt with the insurance company, gave me competitive pricing and help me obtain a decent settlement with the insurance. Without them I would have been at a loss as to how to get things done in a timely manner. The owner has been more than helpful and helping me get what was needed to get this done. I am very happy with the company and would recommend to anyone wanting their roof replaced, either for closing or for a normal business transaction. This review is late in coming, however let's say I now have two years post completion so I can let you know what to expect after a couple of years wear and tear. We had Jon do a roof, gutters, and 100% siding replacement. My wife and I had "great"ideas for the exterior of our home, Jon made a couple of really great suggestions which we jumped on, thereby saving us fvrom ourselves. We went from white aluminum siding to a stunning lap and shingle Hardy siding with a large pop of rock for a change in texture. I told Jon I was worried the rock would crack but he assurred me the installation would keep that from happening, it has. Now for the good and bad:

The bad: NOTHING!!
The Good: EVERYTHING, Jon's ideas, Ben's reassurance, the roofing and siding crews were some of the nicest hardworking people I have ever seen. When I say hard working, when they show up get out of the way because they make it happen fast and know what they are doing. I had 2 or 3 little punchlist items that were resolved within days of being notified.

Give Jon a little creative leeway and get ready to have the outside of your house redone. Our house looks just like it did when the crews left, we have had no issues whatsover.

We talked with a lot of contractors after the hail storm in 2017 and were extremely happy with our decision to work with Refined Exteriors to replace our roof and gutters. Refined Exteriors did the front side of my home's siding in January, 2015. The staff and crew were great with communication from the beginning of the project, and always were quick to respond to my questions.
