They have it all! This place is unique and has a great staff. The shelves are neatly, well stocked. I love browsing and an old school hardware store.

Rude and totally inconsiderate. I’d waited in line for 15 minutes while the older lady was on the phone. A gentleman walks in and immediately she assists him. I politely shared with her that I’d been standing in line to be assisted, and she proceeded to return the gentleman’s items as though I didn’t exist! I’m human too, clearly not the one she preferred to assist that day. Customer service sucks here! She shouldn’t be in service with that attitude and disregard for people!

Great True Value location!!! Walked about a mile in quaint downtown/center of Hammond.to reach this store, looking for bleach. All of the employees were super friendly and went out of their way to help me out. If you have hardware needs, this is the place in Hammond, La to make your destination!!

I love this place. Always has whatever I'm looking for. Very friendly staff and they are knowledgeable. Convenient and quick in and out.

Went and filled 2 bottles of propane. Very friendly service. A lot of people don't realize it's still cheaper to get your tanks refilled than it is to do those exchange bottles.

Reeves True Value Hardware has some of the nicest employees around. I had to get a propane tank filled and they were super friendly, had me drive around, took the tank out of the truck for me, filled it and loaded it back in my truck. I have never been there before but they have gained a new customer!

Someone greeted me at the door. They new exactly where the items were that I was looking for. It's a great place for men and women to shop at. Believe me, all women should shop there. You wouldn't believe the things they have in that store.

It closes at 5:30 because of the pandemic. Supplies are a little bit low because hurricane Ida just recently hit here. Otherwise this is a nice neighborhood hardware store.

They have just about anything someone needs from the hardware store. A comprehensive variety of parts, fittings, and little things I need for projects. Also, great customer care. Every time I go, when I begin to feel a little lost, someone will ask if I need assistance, and offer advice if needed about what I’m looking for.

I still love this hardware store.
