I have spoken with Emily on both phone, & prior visit's, she is very helpful. When I visited she wasn't available, Ron assisted in getting item's that I was needing to purchased.
I recently went in the franklin indiana store to order the arcos chicken hook ladder system. I walked in and asked for it and immediately the guy at the desk said we don’t have it and can’t order it. Even though they had some other ones from arcos hanging on the wall. Pure laziness on his behalf. Another Reese I called said yes and ordered it and gladly took my 650 bucks. They lost a customer for life at that location
