Reed McDaniel deserves five stars all around! Their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! Kristy in the office is phenomenal! I needed a new roof after Hurricane Idalia in 2023. Paul called me and explained anything I didn't understand and the price was lower than my insurance company would pay! My roof was replaced way before others in my area. After Cat4 Hurricane Helene, I had some minor roof damage but the roof held well, and they had their crew out with repairs made within THREE days! Kristy called me back almost immediately from my initial call, and Paul called three times to let me know the status and that they were taking care of business! I'm pretty picky, but Reed McDaniel took care of me as if I were a family member! You can't beat that! Thank you for an experience in excellence!

Wish I could give RMC 100 stars! Crew showed up on time and had my roof repaired in no time. Entire crew was professional and courteous! Would absolutely seek them out again for any future repairs. Highly recommend!!

We had several shingles fly off of our roof last year and then again this year. I happened to mention it to Paul in passing, and the next thing I knew, he was letting me know that his guys would be out the next day at a certain time. He exceeded my expectations on each occasion. I’m so thankful to Paul and Leslie for their servant’s heart to their neighbors and customers.

As soon as we notified them we had roof damage from hurricane Helene they were on us as well as other neighbors as soon as the weather cleared. Assessed the day after and repairs completed 3 days later. Their family approach and customer service is second to none !! Reed roofing is an awesome asset to the entire community.

I have had multiple jobs now completed by Reed Roofing and they have all exceeded my expectations. Paul provides outstanding customer service and extremely timely with communications. There have been no surprises working with Reed Roofing. The quality of the work matches the customer service. Will continue to use and highly recommend.

Just wrapping up a sunroom addition on our home and we are very pleased with how it all came together. Leslie and crew listened to our input and spent time making sure every detail was just as we wanted. The end result is a dream come true. They also installed a new metal roof and everything came together very nicely. The crews all worked very hard even in the middle of the heat of summer and made sure the job got done. You could tell they took pride in what they were doing. Highly recommend and we would definitely hire them again in the future if the need arises. Thank you!

During the last heavy rains my roof developed a leak under the shingles applied several years ago. Without question or hesitation Reed Roofing repaired (out of warrenty) at no charge. Very professional and timely response to my repair request. I recommend their service to anyone.

We had RMC renovate an entire upstairs. Long story short: floors are uneven, brand new floors were not covered when they painted, so my pregnant wife spent countless hours scrubbing paint off, electric outlets are popping off walls, baseboards have come away from the walls, closet doors were never finished, paint was splattered everywhere, they used latex over oil paint on the stair rail, so it's already peeling off. The shower leaked for months, until I finally fixed that myself, because their 2 attempts failed. The only time Leslie was on site was when I called to tell her about something her team had done wrong, which was unfortunately just about on a daily basis. The brand new metal roof, which they also installed, still leaks, even after they sprayed the entire underside with foam. To this day, the roof leaks into the nursery. Emails are hardly ever returned, almost as if they don't want anything in writing. There is so, so much more. Buyer beware.

Had a metal roof over done. The free estimate was execellent. No hidden fees and all options were given (not pushed). All questions were treated important and gladly answered. They were able to come do the work early due to a customer having to wait and it was completed in one day. I highly recommend them.

Had a new metal roof put on a little over 5 years ago. Had a small leak. Called on a Saturday and left message. They were out Monday morning to fix. Good as new! Thanks!

If I could leave a 0 review, I would. Take it from experience, save your time and money go somewhere else. Terrible to do business with. We have been dealing with them for months for a project that was only supposed to take a few weeks. It has been a nightmare. Go SOMEWHERE else!

We contracted with Reed Roofing in 2014 to replace an existing metal roof with a new metal roof.

We had several issues with the roof after a period of approximately six years, past the warranty period.

I contacted Don Reed in September 2020 and he indicated that he had retired and his daughter and son in law were currently running the business.

Subsequently I spoke with both Paul and Leslie (new owners) regarding issues with the roof. Paul showed up at our house immediately, provided his personnel cellphone number and was always available to answer my calls.

He indicated that he was willing to do whatever it took to correct the problems even though the problems associated with our roof were not within the warranty period.

My wife and I were very impressed with the professional and personnel service provided by Reed Roofing and their willingness to correct problems that other companies would most likely ignore.

At the end of the day all problems were corrected and I would state that Reed Roofing provided superior customer service and i would highly recommend that you speak with Paul and Leslie before hiring anyone else and give them the opportunity to handle your construction needs.

Had Roof installed 2 years ago they literally done a great job in less than 3 days up until last week never had a issue, called them up about a small leak was here to repair issue, just normal wear from rain and fixed in 5 minutes. Best Place to get your Roof repaired without any problems

Called and was told they would get get back with us to schedule an estimate. Two weeks past and placed another call and was told they would be out on a Thursday afternoon between 1pm to 4 pm. At 3:45 pm on Thursday I called and they said they were tied up and needed to reshedule!!! I phone call would have been polite as I changed my schedule to ensure I would be there. Receptionist did not seem to care at all about the situation!!!

Terrible customer service by Paul and Kalie. I was trying to get roof work done on the house and this company strung me along for two weeks after doing an estimate and then responded by saying they did t have time to do our repair. I don’t understand why you would do an estimate if you didn’t have the time? Also, they did not want to repair our roof because we had claimed it on our house insurance and they did not want to deal with any insurance work. So again why would you do an estimate knowing all of this and then two weeks later decide you don’t have the time. This is two weeks I could have been dealing with another company. I am sure another company will be glad to take your business, especially in times like this.

We cannot say how satisfied we where with the roof. The guys doing it where very nice and very friendly. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything as they found it. We love them and have reference alot of our friends to them.
