After getting about 5 different quotes, not only were they the cheapest, but they were the only company that offered to stand up for me with my insurance company. They completed the job ahead of schedule and left everything clean and spotless. The quality of materials used was excellent, and Paul took the time to explain everything clearly. I had a great experience with these guys. Specifically, Caleb helped us navigate the claims process and insurances nuances. He was super responsive and engaged throughout the whole process and even showed up to pick up nails and clean up after the work was done. Having never gone through a roof replacement, I expected it to be more cumbersome. Caleb made it seem like a breeze.

The insurance claim process was explained very thoroughly to me and I felt that my questions were answered fully. The crews showed up timely and were able to knock the roof shingles all out in one day (even on the hot July day!). Gutters came a few days later and were again knocked out in one day. It was a good experience!

I was beyond impressed with how quick and easy it was dealing with this roofing company. They were top notch with handling the insurance claim and getting everything resolved on the back and forth with the claims adjuster. They had my entire roof done within a day, did a great job cleaning up, and the crew was very friendly (even played basketball with my son). Not to mention that it’s absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend this business and the quality of work they do. Beyond the roof repair and installation, they also helped to navigate the insurance process which was a nightmare. Malcolm came out with the adjuster on our behalf and then when the claim was disputed they were there to fight for me. If you are looking for someone to help u in each step of the process, provide a quality product/service and then be there after the process has ended, this is the company I recommend.

After the storm damage in the spring of 2022, Redwood came out and gave their opinion of the damage that occurred. Insurance sent out an adjustor that was less than accurate in their reporting and denied the claim. Redwood worked with our insurance and ultimately got the claim approved for a whole new roof and gutters. Their crew did great work and we are very happy with how they handled the insurance situation and installation of the new roof and gutters.

I would definitely recommend Redwood Roofing. They are quick to get back with you, follow up, and show up when they say they will. They came out and met with our insurance adjuster to ensure we were getting the coverage we needed for the damage on our roof and guttering. The job was done efficiently and not a bit of debris was left in the yard. Very reliable and honest company.
