Went to trade in my 2014 maxima for a newer car was promised a lower monthly payment and a full pay off of my maxima via. A letter I received from them in the mail so I called once I spoke with them they assured me they could do the deal so I drove an hour away to purchase a 24 Chevy trax and after arriving I was told my payment would be higher then my old agreement bit just by a little and the only way I could get 0 down was to keep my old car And they had a guy that could fix my car that im still financing and sell it on consignment and I wouldn’t be left with 2 payments being that I made it very clear I couldn’t afford both so reluctantly I agreed after leaving with the new vehicle I never received contact from the person that was supposedly fixing and selling my car this was in late march early April it’s now almost August and I have tried to juggle both payments and failed I’m now fixing to be sued and wages garnished for the remaining 17,000 on the maxima and still have no clue where the car even is the only contact I’ve had is when I call them and got very minimal information on where my car even is or what work has been performed andre was great but I still haven’t received my second key to the car I purchased from him months ago and now I’m behind on both payments so just wanted to say thanks to Redmond Chevy for the outstanding courtesy of screwing me… and my credit….. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

I had the 2015 jeep grand Cherokee not even 2 months and the motor went out. They told me there wasn’t anything they could do cause it only had a 30 day warranty. That’s not right at all and now I am without a vehicle. I just need someone to help me.

Let me first say that Jordan Amies (salesman) did everything he could given the cards that were dealt on the situation. Not his fault at all.
We reached out looking at a 2024 GMC Denali Ultimate with a little over 12k miles. Book the appointment (as their preferred method) and set to meet them the following morning.
Arrive onsite the following morning and vehicle from the outside looks perfect no issues. Jump in and drive around town while my husband checks out all the features. While checking the car out - it is noticed there is roughly 2,500 more miles on the car than listed online (no-one explained this prior to our 3 hour drive). It was also noticed muddy footprints throughout the vehicle and on top of the leather seats not to mention the dirty ice cream spoon found in the back seat of the car... After checking the phone connection of the car, it was found the owner had been using this car for his personal vehicle which is why the mileage was climbing and dirty... I can look over a little dirt here and there as things happen however for a $90,000 vehicle, that should have been spotless prior to customer arrival for a scheduled appointment window. Completely unacceptable.

Bought a van off the lot. Test drove it and everything seemed fine. The only thing it needed was an alignment and they refused to do it. We bought the car any way. We were never offered an extended warranty. My guess is they knew the car had issues. I’ve already had the tires balanced, rotated, brake pads changed, etc. It’s shifting really hard and vibrating when sitting still. The manager said since I didn’t purchase the extended warranty then it was my problem. They wouldn’t let me purchase the extended warranty today when I spoke to them since it wasn’t offered. I haven’t event paid the first payment so there was still time.
Today, I was given a paper that said they rotated and balanced the tires and changed the brake pads during their “inspection” on January 27th. That’s funny considering they were squeaking less than a week ago and I had to have them changed and they were crystallized.
Stay away from this car dealer.

Would leave no stars if I could. Called about a car on Saturday said someone was looking at it. Then called on Monday someone is buying today. Then said it didn’t sell around 3pm on Monday. Told them I would be to look tomorrow (Tuesday) someone else is looking at it. At our other lot. I stated could I give some money to hold so I could look at it. ( IM 3 HOURS AWAY) Yes we could take $ 1k non refundable to hold it. Who in their right mind would give $1k to hold something they haven’t seen or drove. This place is a joke they let their other lot over RULE them. I had CASH wouldn’t buy now at all will pay double. MAC AND ANDRE WERE GREAT BUT MANAGEMENT IS RIDICULOUS.

They were selling so fast that it was hard to get to them before they were gone but once I found a few on the lot at Redmond Chevrolet and let them know what day we could test drive they were awesome at keeping us informed about inventory up until we got there. UPDATE:
After my last review and reaching out to the BBB, the dealership offered to perform a transmission flush and “allowed us” to purchase the necessary alternator at their cost. My husband drove almost 350 miles and took the day off of work to have this done. All to say, our mechanic was absolutely right. The transmission flush did absolutely nothing and we still need a new transmission, at the tune of almost $7,000. I don’t care what “inspection” they did, there is no way they drove the vehicle and it passed any sort of legit inspection without them knowing there was a transmission issue. Now, here I am going on 6 months pregnant, stressed out, with a vehicle that another Chevrolet dealership has said is not “just a nuisance” and is absolutely a safety issue. Oh, and Ive just now made my first payment
Looking for red flags and warning signs? Consider this it! I found a 2015 Suburban online, which looked to be perfect for my growing family. I spoke in depth with a salesman, made a deposit, drove across state lines and spent the night in a hotel to make the purchase as I believed the dealership to be trustworthy when they told me the vehicle “drove like a dream” and “you won’t be disappointed.” I was so excited to trade in my 2017 Tahoe to make room for our third baby. However, on the way home from the dealership, the suburban that I had owned for less than 3 hours began shuttering. I immediately texted my salesman and was told that his vehicle does the exact same thing and if I flushed the transmission it would go away. The very next day, I parked my vehicle at my in laws and come out to it unable to start. We checked everything and discovered the alternator is bad!! I immediately texted the salesman and asked if they could possibly split the cost with me, seeing as I’d owned it for less than 24 hours. He supposedly checked with the manager who said they weren’t putting anymore money into it because it “passed their inspection” and wouldn’t do anything for the shutter either, as it’s “just a nuisance and doesn’t effect the driving of the vehicle?” Alternators don’t just suddenly go bad, so if this vehicle passed their “inspection,” they need a more thorough inspection process. Naturally, I had the vehicle checked out and found out that even though battery had just been replaced recently by the previous owner or dealership, it needs ANOTHER battery because the alternator is burning the battery up. Now my “drives like a dream” Suburban needs 1) a transmission because a transmission flush doesn’t work according to our mechanic. 2) a new battery 3) a new alternator. I’m typically not one to write reviews, but felt it necessary to warn others against purchasing from the dealership as I’m about to drop roughly $5,000 on a vehicle that I haven’t made a single payment on yet. I gave the dealership multiple chances to help with the cost and do the right thing, but they refused. Their business page states “We treat the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern,” but PLEASE know that must only apply to things BEFORE the sale.

It is out of the norm for me to leave a review. I read the poor reviews of this company before i made my purchase.
Unfortunately, like an idiot i chose to rely on the dealers word vs avg Joe's who had experienced the true colors of Tim Short Chevrolet (TSC).
However, I feel like I'd be doing fellow Americans an injustice by not sounding the concerns with this company. Sure, probably the majority of their vehicles are sound, but if you were to get one that wasnt you can forget and help or concern from TSC. Tony was my sales person and I believe his word that he didn't know the effects of a broken tail light that contains sensors. I have informed him of the concerns and now he knows better and hopefully he will have a conscious with the next customer regarding this issue. A 37k vehicle with a 1k repair right out of the gate for a tail light that has a hole it ( with clear tape over it) The vehicle was delivered to me with what i was told had a cracked tail light. I was driving my 2019 Ram on the second day of owning this truck and suddenly lost power to many areas (major and dangerous electrical issues). First off Jordan Short is a disrespectful busines owner, he showed no concerns when I called him. He was quick to catch an attitude but was unsuccessful in getting me to react if that was his intent. I ended the phone call with a plea to purchase a light assembly through their Chrysler store at cost and they wanted to charge me over what an oem assembly cost for the average comsumer. I get it, things happen but what is right is right and what is wrong is wrong, only a greedy business with no morals would blindly chose to not make things right.
FOR THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL.
If you chose to do business with this company and find yourself in a similar situation, dont say I didn't warn you.

Very higher interest rate financial charged me 9.5 percent and never happy with my new truck so I asked to sale manager to trade my old truck back and they said no . I should never trade my old truck to new truck . I have very good credit score and owe nothing but not understand why financial charged me 9.5 percent interest rate . I will never come back .
