Joey and his team just finished our kitchen remodel and we are thrilled with the results. I had multiple contractors bid the project and Joey was by far the best. He is an easy going guy that is honest and fair. My project took forever to get started because of some issues on my end and Joey was super patient. Each of his team members doing the work were awesome! They were very careful to keep things neat and tidy. And the quality of work and attention to detail was top notch. I am so happy with my kitchen and all the work they did. I seriously can’t recommend them enough.

Joey was great! They were fast and did a great job on a basement reno with water damage due to a pipe. The price saved me money from other contractors that I had come quote the project. His employee were very kind and hard working. Any question I had Joey answered immediately. I would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience with Joey and his crew remodeling a Bedroom. It was a small job, but they did a great job sheet rock paint trim the whole 9 yards. I am very happy with the work they did. The crew was very considerate and I would definitely recommend them.

After our home flooded late last year, we were in search of a renovation company to help us with our rebuild. Not an easy task due to our extensive damage throughout our main level, basement and additional projects we had in mind.

We had an amazing experience working with Redfin Reno for our kitchen remodel. Joey and Francisco are not only kind and considerate but also true professionals and able to handle anything that comes their way. We are so grateful to have found them and for them to totally change our home into something beautiful and functional. Joey and his crew came in and saved my daughters bedroom! I had made the mistake of working with a "friend of a friend" to have an egress window put in and a bed room built for my daughter. I'm sure you can guess where this is going. When I realized that the walls moved when we pushed them and the other person wouldn't return phone calls, we looked at other options. We found Joey and Redfin. He has been unbelievably kind and patient with us and extremely helpful! He gave us an estimate, explained everything and how the work would be done and even went above and beyond to work with me. My daughter's room is beautiful and she loves it! The walls are solid and safe and insulated! I look forward to working with Joey again. He has shown he is professional, caring and a man with integrity! They just completed a bathroom remodel in our 1948 Cape Cod home and we love it!
They showed up everyday, on time, and stayed until the work was done. No bouncing between jobs like so many contractors do. Communication was excellent, always quick response to questions. They kept the work area clean and were respectful of our home and family. Workmanship was immaculate and well worth the cost.
I would highly recommend them for any home improvements and would certainly hire them again.

We were so happy with the work we had done in our basement by Redfin and I would highly recommend them! We unfortunately had a leak in the basement this spring, but Joey showed up on a Saturday morning with fans and dehumidifiers to help mitigate the damage. Once we were ready for the renovations, he helped us get in contact with Home Depot to get everything ordered and delivered together. When the work started, Francisco took care to keep the renovation area clean and organized. He is absolutely meticulous with his work and the finished rooms look absolutely incredible!! He can do it all - drywall, plumbing, tile (incredible tile work!!), LVP flooring, baseboard and paint! We are already planning a larger remodel for our upstairs bathroom with Redfin, thank you Joey & Francisco!

Joey at Redfin took really great care of us with our basement remodel. He was always timely and provided a really low stress project experience without surprises or issues. Jose, who did the drywall and ceiling texture also did an incredible job. We couldn't believe how well he matched our knockdown ceiling texture to the new section of ceiling that was put in. Our house feels like a new home and the quality of work and craftmanship is absolutely unmatched. Best of all, the price was extremely competitive, fair and not at all inflated. We'll be working with Redfin again in the future, without a doubt. They're the real deal.

Redfin Renovations did a great job on our recent roof replacement. Joey Smith and team were professional and prompt in all communications about the estimate, timelines, and materials. They coordinated all the supplies, delivery and shingle removal on the jobsite. During the work, there was additional repairs needed, previously unknown rot on the roof. Joey was prompt to contact us, provide pictures of the situation and the team replaced the needed decking with no delay to the project. They were thorough in cleaning up and left no mess for us to worry about. The picture taken is RIGHT after the crew left for the day and the dumpster was picked up the very next morning. We highly recommend trusting Joey Smith and the Redfin Renovations team for any roofing needs. FANTASTIC job!!!

We had our front door, screen door, and service door replaced. They did great work. Great clean up and friendly crew.

We have now redone two bathrooms at our house with Redfin. Joey and Francisco are great to work with and both turned out fantastic. They make sure that everything looks and functions great and that we are completely happy before the job is finished. The attention to detail on the tiling work is terrific. I cannot say enough about Joey and his team. They have done amazing work on the inside and outside of our home and the customer service, level of communication, attention to detail, perfectionism, and timing have been impeccable. Their work includes replacing our roof following a store; replacing our deck and front porch with maintenance free materials; creating the design and installing hard wood floor on our main level; removing wallpaper; and painting the entire interior of our home — some of the coverage of our color choices ended up being a bit challenging, but this team did not stop until it looked beautiful on our walls. Redfin Renovations just completed putting new shingles on my roof and they look amazing! Joey is fantastic to work with and I only trust him and his company. I have hired him in the past for a few other jobs - master bathroom remodel, repair and paint our deck, and fix some things of our gone-bad kitchen remodel from another contractor. Because of the horrible experience we had with our kitchen remodel, I was nervous to work with another company. But Joey has proved to be one of the best and he truly takes pride in his work and his company and you can tell.

Awesome experience with Joey and his crew with new roof. We were hit with hail damage and were inundated with roofers from all over. We contacted Redfin and Joey stopped by and assessed the damage; met with the adjuster; and completed the roof within 3 weeks. Redfin had previously completed our entry stone and paver work to finalize our exterior renovation as well as a new roof on our detached garage. Joey meticulously addressed our demanding requirements and was quick to resolve any concerns we had. The outcome on all of the projects was well above expectations.
