The staff was friendly, and they took the time to explain what needed to be done to my vehicle and offered transparent pricing. They are always very patient with answer any questions I may have.The mechanics are clearly highly skilled, and I feel confident knowing my car is in good hands with them. We drove almost 2 hours to redfield ford today to look at with the intent to purchase a 2014 Chevy Cruz that was advertised. After driving this vehicle, began to look at the engine and noticed a leak. After shutting down the engine, the leak became much more pronounced. The dealer wanted to know if we would purchase the vehicle if the leak were fixed. We said no. But asked if as advertised,purchase price was negotiable. He said no and we left. Buyer beware of getting taken.

I live in Rapid City, SD and I was shopping for a 3rd row family sized vehicle couldn’t find anything or any customer service worth a damn. All it took was One phone call and about a half hour later, Kaden had me approved and delivery scheduled.

This dealership is fantastic! 10/10 recommend. We just bought a 2022 Chevy Equinox with good mileage at an unbeatable price. We'll definitely return for future car purchases. Living out of town, we had to wait until the weekend to visit, but they were very accommodating with our schedule. We reached out on a Tuesday and drove off the lot with our new car by Saturday. Jacob responded quickly to my messages and answered all my calls. He thoroughly inspected the car before our visit and was upfront and honest about any details we should know. He walked me through the car, answering all my questions while I checked it out. The test drive was smooth and comfortable, both on the highway and in the country. The paperwork process was quick, and I didn't feel pressured into buying any expensive warranties. All in all, I think this might have been the best car buying experience I've had! Thanks Jacob!

I needed new rear brake pads, really badly too! I tried calling many dealers, but they were all too busy. Two to four weeks was the closest time frame. Saw a Ford dealer in Redfield NE and just stopped and asked if they could look at it. It was on the rack in about 15 minutes and diagnosed as needing new pads. They did not have any, but the local parts store had some. In and out in about one hour!

So very happy!

Drove up from Nebraska to purchase a vehicle and must say it was completely worth it! Chris was great to work with and love the way they do business. Skip the big metro stores and buy from Redfield Ford instead! Would highly recommend!

The service was great and the vehicle was done on time. I was so impressed with the detailing I had done. My pickup had not been clean for a long time. The gal who completed it did an awesome job. It looked new again. Great place to get work done.

Service is an absolute joke. Left our vehicle to be repaired 1 and a half years ago. Was told after a couple of days of calling that the vehicle was finished. Told them we were on our way to get it and when we arrived they were closed. Walked around and found someone who hadn't left yet and got the keys. Driving up the road and realized that the truck hadn't been fixed. We took it back and parked it. Called repeatedly over the next week and finally went back to take it somewhere to be fixed and the truck hadn't moved from where I had parked it a week earlier. They did replace the fuel filter cap and I paid for that before I left. They assured me that there were no other charges. Two months later they sent a bill and we contacted them. They said that everything was fine. 2 more months and we got a bill again. Same scenario. This happened at least 3 other occasions. A year and a half later, they have sent the bill to collections and unless I want a black mark on my credit, I have no choice but to pay. We have purchased from these people and had general oil changes done and now we are finished. Save yourself the misery.

Very friendly salesman, Ben. Still waiting for 2nd key that he was going to send, & we didn't know that it didn't have a front passenger seat belt. Ben helped us look at this in another town & then drove back to Redfield to do the paperwork.

Well bought a used car from you for 1,000 the blue PT Cruiser 2003 a couple months ago and now I have to put over 700 to get it fixed, that we don't have, we needed a dependable car to get back and forth to Omaha NE for my husband Caner treatment, now he will have to wait because of this, VERY UPSET with your company!!!!! Recently I purchased a Ford F150 from Harr's in Redfield SD. They didn't have what I wanted but traveled 350+ miles one way to get it at no extra charge. Beat out the competition by more than I expected. Made the hassle of purchasing a new vehicle enjoyable. I'll be back..

I'm a stranger in town and the hospitality showing me at Harr's is what small town businesses are built on. Jeff the service manager is a sweetheart he gave me a car to use while my car was getting a transmission put in. I'm from Iowa and I felt very at home at Haar's of Redfield. Haar's dealership treated me just like the guys do back home when I go in to have my car worked on and you cannot put a price on that. I travel all over the country for my business, and as a woman, alone, having work done to their car a lot of men, like to try and take advantage of that thinking that the woman doesn't know anything mechanical and that they can try and sell her things for her car that she does not need. I highly recommend Harr's Redfield Ford.
