Frontline Construction was professional and efficient from the first meeting to the final inspection! Starting with a knock on our door with Kelly our awesome sales guy, providing insight and information about all aspects of our project. The roofing crew were all hardworking and the lead guy, Dave was interactive and very respectful. We are so pleased with the office ladies and the communication that they provided! Such an amazing Team!! Thank you Frontline!!

Kudos to Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC. After a hail storm the damage to my roof warranted replacement. I met Kelli super guy his professionalism and clear communication made it easy for me to understand the process that needed to take place in getting my roof replaced. Kelly and the girls in the office handled my insurance claim process. The girls were great they answered any questions I had they made it so easy for me. Great teamwork from everyone including the crew doing the hard labor on the roof. They knocked on my door and were pushy in getting insurance business from me even though I told them I was moving and didn't want to deal with the roof. They did not stay in contact with me after initial payment, I had to hassle the office even contacted the attorney generals office to get them to order materials. This got Frontline motivated to order the materials. The Roofing crew did a good job and finished the work in one day. I would not recommend frontline as a roofing company if you have other options. One star for them dealing with the insurance company and one for the hard work of the roofing crew.

From being to end Kelly was great. He setup the case with my insurance company and stayed on top of every step. He kept us up to date on everything that was going on. The whole process only took about two weeks total. My new roof looks beautiful. I could not be happier. Great company to work with. I highly recommend.

Do not go with this company for roofing, or at the very least not with Michael. He handled our roof repair and did a terrible job. First and foremost I don’t believe he submitted the insurance claim correct and we were charged for crane services and more. Now that these people are trying to take money from my mom they claim they never ever charge crane services when I directly paid Michael $1,200 specifically for that, I also had more than one contractor tell me it was a multiple day job and these guys did it in less than one. We overheard Michael telling them they had rush my roof in order to get to another house that they had to complete in order to return to Phoenix which is not my fault. I had other roofers check their work for the same reason and many things were found wrong. I wouldn’t go with this company just money hungry.

I had monsoon damage in July of 2024 that required a full roof replacement. I cannot thank Frontline enough for walking me through the process, handling insurance, and helping me during a stressful time. A huge shout out to Jason Iorio for always answering any questions about the process and always keeping me informed. The entire crew does great, quality work and they leave your roof and yard cleaner than before they arrived! Highly recommend this company.

Between Fronline Consultants and Contracting and OUR WORLD SOLAR, the job I need done has been a viscious circle, I was told by Frontline that once the homeowners ins. payed out that they would take care of EVERYTHING ELSE as far as coordinating between the solar company their venders and the job itself. I feel like I have done 90% of their job for them, I've had to stary on top of them for 6 months to get this work done, and the job is still not done, hasn't even got started toward getting a new roof put on. I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE WHOLE PROCESS, it has stressed me out so much. If I could less than a "1" for a review I would. I just want my roof replaced, I want all parties involved to start talking to one another and get this coordinated, solar panels were suppose to come down yesterday March 11th, THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN.......WHY????? I would NOT recommend either one of these companies to get a job done in a timely manner.

The Frontline team was profesional and expedious with their roof replacement and kept a clean worksite as they worked.

Jason was our initial contact and he was respectful and professional with us as he was conscientious about our concerns.

Rosa in the office was an excellent liaison with me keeping constant contact with all the details of the roof replacement in addition to having the solar panels removed and reinstalled on time!

They did everything they said they would, but better than I expected! Hard working, on time, quality work, fair price, cleaned up everything, great team effort, from the beginning to the end. I would give everyone an "A". And no, I'm not a family member, I'm not getting a kickback, I do not own any of the company. I'm giving you an honest to God review on a company that does it right. Which is hard to find in the USA in 2024.

The Frontline team was very responsive and helpful throughout our communication. Once started, did an overall great job removing my tile roof,, repairing damaged roof sheeting, installing 2 highly rated varying layers of underlayment and then reinstalled my tiles using bird stop in more problematic areas. After a few inspections and some adjustments, I am most pleased with the quality of the materials and their workmanship. Too, I now have a lengthy transferable warranty. Quite pleased!

After some damage occurred to my roof, which was installed by Frontline, my inquiries were "cold" and impersonal. No empathy or recommendations to resolution. At this point I would give a rating of -0. Would never recommend this company.

This company's employees use SCAM tactics to try to obtain business. I have video of their employee starting they are from the City of Phoenix and my house is on his list for not having a roof inspecting in the last 10-20 years. When I refused and told him I had a no soliciting sign, the employee again said he was from the city. It's illegal to claim to be a public servant

Frontline replaced half my roof. They were timely, efficient and great to work with. Deanna and Theresa are wonderful! Thanks for a job well done.

Would recommend this company to anyone who wants to work on their roof !! Everyone were professional, experienced and really knowledgeable !!

From initial contact to project completion, everything went as stated and agreed to.
Once old roofing was removed, there was additional work discovered. 15 sheets of plywood were identified that needed replacing. There were 3 other sheets were questionable and at my request these were added. Replacement price was well within industry standards. Replacement sheets were delivered in a timely manner and installed. The whole crew were very professional, hard working and after their cleanup, one would not have known that they had even been at our house. Work was completed in about 10 hrs and looks great. My wife and I highly will recommend Frontline Consultants.
My history is I construction inspection and project management. High quality work.

On 4/12/2024, I contracted Frontline for additional work that had not been covered by insurance.
I got an estimate and agreed to it and paid them in full.
On 5/13/2024, they came and performed the work and again did an exceptional job.
There was extra roof plywood that required replacing. We agreed to the number and cost. I went into the office and paid for the plywood.
The next day I was informed that I owed for an additional 2 squares of shingles at $920.
Watch out for them adding unapproved costs and materials after the fact. The office and the foreman were made aware that I was coming in to finalize payment for the plywood. They could not give me a satisfactory answer as to why the foreman didn’t do his job and disclose the extra squares.
Not a good way to do business.
Crews still deserve kudos for their work and professionalism.

They were very upfront and took care of all details. This also includes the office girls, especially Teresa who I got to know. She was always friendly and professional, always seemed the have the answers to my questions, and if not found out and called me back. The roofers were very good and did a great job of clean-up. I was very pleased and would recommend them highly.

A good friend of mine used this company and they were professional, courteous and prompt. We almost purchased a home there and would have used them to redo the roof. Ended up getting military orders elsewhere, but would definitely use them if ever back in town again.

Salesmen told us we would a 1000.00 off if we signed up with them. Roof was done good, couldn’t quite understand the worker not good English, didn’t take off a vent when told too, however we did not get the discount. I was told it was the deductible. Insurance company always deduct that part. Will not recommend this company. Ever again

Did a great job on roofing replacement in one day’s time. Frontline owner, Cory, his crew and staff were very helpful and responsive whenever I contacted them, Answering questions and providing documents when needed. I would definitely recommend them.

I’m hesitant at this point to upgrade to 5 right now.

Let me say that for the sales portion of our roof, it was super easy, and Zach was very responsive. We did give his two choices for roofing as we didn’t want to wait around for tiles as we wanted solar installed.

Unfortunately, the new tiles took about four months to come in and weren’t fully cured(?) and the solar company broke about one-fourth to one-third of the tiles, even with the new ones they brought in. This isn’t Frontlines fault.

My big issue is with communication by our roof manager, Zach and the front office. We added fascia board to our whole roof/patio, and I asked for the boards first so I could paint them as it would be expensive to paint once they were up. They brought me the wrong size and argued that they gave me the right size. Apparently, board measurements are from the 1800’s so a 2 x 8 is really a 1 ¾ by 7 inches. I only stated I needed about 2 x 7. They delivered 1 x 5s (real world measurements). They also didn’t bring enough. I tried to communicate this for a while.
I think the main reason for the 4 star rating is lack of communication from Zach, the front office refusing to answer my calls (ended up getting a google number to call them) or pass on messages. And no shows when they state they’re coming. It’s not a lot of fun waiting around for people to no show, just call and tell me, it’s ok.

I now have the owner’s number and he’s pretty responsive most of the time and I really do understand that he’s busy. However, with all this going on, now my husband getting angry so it’s an extra thing to deal with.

We bought our dream home 29 years ago. It is a 49 year old previously owned house. At the time of purchase we saw that we needed to replace the roof, and now 3 decades later it needed maintenance. Several roofing contractors gave bids, but I wasn’t satisfied with their offers. Frontline Consultants was contacted. The sales rep came by, and met our needs. He saw the outdated turbines on the roof and recommended ridge vents. In the process of getting new shingles I found out they use synthetic underlayment rather than rolled felt like the others. I had done previous research and knew this was superior.
Owens Corning has given Frontline the prestigious title of Platinum Roofing Contractor. To get that designation a roofing contractor has to carry $1 million in liability insurance and meet other stringent requirements. The BBB has given Frontline an A+ rating.
The day came to do the job. It was done in one day with 9 guys and Jorge leading them. A few days later Cody Brewster came by to resolve a concern I had. He lined up Jorge, Jr and a few others to be there. The issue was taken care of!
What has been the overall takeaway from this transaction has been the integrity of Cody in standing by his product and total 100% customer service and satisfaction. I totally recommend Frontline for any roofing needs as well as any other services that are offered.

Gave them $16800 to do a home project. It was half down and they were supposed to start in 6 weeks.Four months later we had to go to their house and complain. They started to work and tore my living room up and never game back until 3 weeks later.They brought the kitchen cabinets over and were the wrong size.Then they wanted additional $3,000 to correct their work. The electrician they send over left wires exposed in the ceiling with insulation over the top.I told them I was going to get someone else to finish the job and they wanted to charge additional 4,600 to get out of the contract.

My experience with Frontline was excellent. I had storm damage to my roof and needed a replacement. Anthony, from Frontline, helped me through this whole process. He did all the work dealing with the insurance company, making it a very easy process for me. He explained everything thoroughly. After my old roof was removed, they found that there was no plywood underlayment, which doesn't comply with the current building code. Anthony dealt with the insurance company to get the extra cost for that added to my payout. The roofers did a great job, and I was very happy with the result. My neighbor who used a different company said she was finding nails in her yard for weeks afterward. I didn't find a single nail. They did a very thorough clean-up when they were finished. I highly recommend them!
