Customer feedback is largely negative, with many guests expressing dissatisfaction regarding cleanliness, comfort, and overall maintenance of the hotel. Multiple reviews detail severe issues such as bed bugs, mold, and uncomfortable beds, which significantly impacted their experience. While some guests noted friendly and helpful staff, many felt that the customer service could be dismissive when addressing complaints. Delivery of services, including room readiness and accommodation for pets, was also criticized, contributing to an overall perception of discontent.
- The manager was friendly and phoned our room to make sure that everything was satisfactory.
- Check in was so easy. The man at the front desk was so helpful and nice.
- Always a great location to stay at.
- Excellent service and very reasonable prices.
- The owner was super friendly and considerate of our dogs.
- I was very disappointed to return home and discover multiple bed bug bites.
- There was also a decent amount of hair in the bathtub.
- They charged a DAMAGE fee for dog hair in the room!
- I was charged $50 extra for blood stains that were on the sheets when we arrived.
- The bed was very uncomfortable and the room couldn’t get cold enough.

This place had 4 stars, so I was honestly expecting better, but it was possibly one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When you sit down on the mattress, you sink all the way down to the bedframe. We pulled back all the sheets and mattress covers because I was so concerned about bedbugs. It looks like they tried to paint the plastic shower surround with house paint and there was mold on the ceiling. There was also a decent amount of hair in the bathtub. The office chair had vinyl peeling off and the phone was taped together. We were in town for the MLB Speedway Classic, so there was nothing else available or we would have definitely gone somewhere else. I don’t know how this hotel has such good reviews.

Although the customer service during my stay was good, I was very disappointed to return home and discover multiple bed bug bites. I contacted corporate the following day and provided photo evidence, only to be informed that the property is independently owned.
When I called the hotel directly to report the issue, I was asked, “Did you mention this at checkout?” — which came across as dismissive. Bed bug bites often don’t appear until hours later, so expecting a report at checkout is not realistic.
I’ve never had an issue like this before or experienced bed bugs in any hotel I’ve stayed at, so this was extremely unsettling. To be sure of what I was dealing with, I went to see a doctor, who confirmed that these were in fact bed bug bites.
Given the circumstances, the confirmed medical diagnosis, and the discomfort I’ve experienced, I believe a refund is absolutely warranted. I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously and properly inspects and treats the room to protect future guests.

The manager was friendly and phoned our room to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Our room was clean and the location is quiet. Black out curtains, mini fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron, digital AC unit, full length wall mirror, blow dryer in our room. No problems with Wi-Fi or TV. Would book again if in this area.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.

Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
