Craftsman Home Renovation is a perfect example of how a home renovation company should operate. Our consultant created an electronic picture image to show us how our house could look with a new dark gray roof, and light gray siding. This was a big decision for us, so taking the guess work out was so helpful. We love the end results. We are already planning our next project.

A successful kitchen renovation should prioritize both function and aesthetics, focusing on creating a space that maximizes usability and meets a homeowner's specific needs to say the least. Julie was an exceptional and thus very detail oriented consultant, providing options and the necessary monetary estimates within our projected financial budget. The results were phenomenal and much better than we had expected. Julie thanks for bringing it together and making it happen, you’re highly recommended and worth every dollar of investment.

I have a townhome in Falls Church in a private secluded neighborhood but my home had little built-in furniture so I wanted to install granite worktops at one end of both the dining room and the living room. In the dining room, I wanted cupboards under the worktops, with a wine fridge in the center of the room, and hutches above the worktop at both ends. In the living room, I similarly wanted worktops either side of the fireplace with cupboards under the worktops and hutches above them. Craftsman Home Renovation designed, procured and installed everything exactly as I had envisioned it and I couldn’t be happier with both the workmanship and the customer-relations aspects of their work.

As an additional comment I will add that I was in hospital for the better part of two months just after I signed the contract with Craftsman Home Renovation, so we had to delay the start of the work in my home. Unknown to me – and even before I had paid the deposit for the work – they installed the handrails from my driveway up the steps to my front door, so that they were in place for me when I got out of hospital. That typifies the service and the customer relations approach Craftsman Home Renovation has provided throughout the duration of the project.

Craftsman Home Renovation was a great experience from the start. On time, if not a little early every day, ready to work. They cleaned up their mess before they left for the day.
We have 2 dogs and a toddler in the house, I was afraid there would be nails or other debris in the yard, didn't want anyone to get a nail in their foot or paws from them redoing our roof.
Our consultant, Julie, checked in with us daily to ensure everything was going well and see if we had any issues.
We would work with them again for any projects we have.
