Red River Roofing, Siding, and Windows

We have a fairly new home, but of course each home comes with flaws of its own. That’s when I came across Red River Roofing. Hayden is as professional as they come. Arrived on time, efficient, and kind.

Tyson and his crew did a fantastic job replacing one of my turbine vents. After a little adjustment. Tyson got the turbine running smooth and balanced to perfection. I highly recommend Tyson for any roofing job you need.

Great company to work with and I especially would like to thank Candice for her exceptional customer service and care for their customers!

Greg did a roof evaluation for replacement. He was great, explained how it worked. Performed a thorough inspection and gave me a summary of my roofs condition. I appreciated his professionalism , honesty and friendly presentation.

Ben nix came out and inspected my roof. Consulted me on a few things that I never thought about that could end up being a problem down the road if it doesn’t get taken care of. Red River does good work and they are a company you can trust!

I can't recommend Dustin York enough! From start to finish, he made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable (yes, enjoyable!). He's not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely fun to talk to.

I cannot recommend Red River Roofing enough. Dustin York has been an absolute delight to deal with. He is easy to talk to and made the whole process a breeze (and you have to ask him about his "Bigfoot walks into a bar" joke! Hilarious!) If I could convince Red River to get off the roof and get under the house I'd even have them fix the plumbing (oops, almost gave away the punchline to the Bigfoot joke)! All in all, its a great company.

Ben Nix did a good job on his inspection at my home. Pointed out some siding that had water damage that I never noticed.

I would never use them. My sister chose another Roofing Co. Then we came home to find shingles and vents just sitting in the driveway. The next day the crew showed up and went to work. Her chimney was hit by a winter storm and it was in the contract to be done. The roofers left when the roof was finished. I had to clean up all the nails and trash. The next morning an employee stopped by and took back all the supplies to do the chimney. He was grabbing and running to his truck trying not to get caught. When asked what he was doing he said they would be back. We never saw them again and now her chimney is collapsing.

Great service! Dustin was very helpful. He was also very kind and professional. I appreciate the great customer service :)

Ben nix was very kind and patient with my questions “ since I know nothing about roofing”. He made it make sense and I could trust what he was saying. I have had some other roofers come out and they seemed sketchy and dishonest. Red River Roofing knows what’s up!

Ben Nix was the inspector that came out and looked at my roof after a storm and he did a great job communicating everything to me! I wasn't sure if the storm left damage or not and lucky it didn't. Ben reassured me that it looked good and has kept a open line of communication since the inspection in case I needed anything.

Cannot recommend another company more! Hayden made my family and I feel safe and taken care of from start to finish!

Our experience with Red River Roofing exceeded our expectations.
From the very beginning, talking with Dustin and his knowledge of the product and how the entire process would work there was no question about which company to go with to handle our roof replacement. Our project manager was also very pleasant to talk with answering our questions and keeping us updated on everything. They also did an excellent job in cleaning up afterwards. We would highly recommend Red River Roofing for a stress-free roofing experience we now have a beautiful roof to be proud of.

I reported an intermittent leak and Red River Roofing responded immediately and set up an inspection. They sent an expert and before a half hour has passed they had the leak repaired. It was not an installation or product failure. A vent pipe had gotten jostled. Great work Red River!

From the moment I contacted Red River, I felt like I was in good hands. Communication was clear, and they scheduled a visit promptly. Dustin walked me through, it was like talking to someone who genuinely knew their stuff. The crew was courteous, the cleanup was spotless, and the repairs were completed a day earlier than expected.

Had a customer that was going to get cancelled for a bad roof. They called Red River and they came out and put together an inspection to submit to to the insurance company. The customer was able to get their house insured because of the speedy response from Dustin .

Dustin came all the way out to look at my roof after the last storm. He really went the distance-in miles and service.

My experience with Red River was great! Dustin came out and told me what it would take to submit my claim and what work I needed done. I appreciated his knowledge. My only qualm was the amount of time from visit to contract. Have they not heard of DocuSign? The vintage vibe of his pen and paper really matched the vintage age of my 100 year old home.

I live in the townhomes they are roofing right now. These dudes are quick, they are clean, they are quiet, and they are professional. I've never seen anything like it; one minute you have a cruddy looking roof, and the next minute you have a shiny, beautiful, roof and no evidence that it was ever even done that day! If I were you I would hire Red River Roofing. It doesn't get any better than this.
PS, the foreman is so gorgeous. He has a beard. I'm single. Call me.

How can I give more than 5 stars? Dustin came out and inspected my roof within days of the wind storm. I was more than a little anxious of what he would find but come to find out, it was only a few missing shingles. What a relief. He was kind, professional, and I feel confident who to call for any roof needs.

My dog poop pick up company ended up picking up a piece of a shingle. I had no idea who to call for that and it was just another issue to deal with. The scooper gave me Dustin Yorks name and number. He was great and explained what was going on and what the fix could be. Looking forward to getting it fixed.

My neighbor was actually having her roof inspected by Justin York (Dustin? Tall bald gentleman) when I was getting home from work. I came over and he was able to answer all my questions and then came out the very next day to inspect my roof. He wasn't pushy and it didn't feel like he was just trying to make a sale. It was such a refreshing interaction from some of the other door knocking companies in the area.

Chris and Lynn at Red River Roofing did a great job of replacing our siding, soffet, fascia, and shingles. They have been attentative and quick to answer any questions I may have had. I'd recommend them to anyone who is seeking high quality work.

In September of 2024, we had a large hailstorm hit our neighborhood. We lost our roof and several windows. Immediately, we were inundated with roofers from all over trying to get our business. Red River Roofing was one of the only companies willing to give us an estimate on our roof. In the process, we looked at replacing our windows as well. We lost 3, so we figured it would be a good time to replace them. Chris McLemore with Red River Roofing came out and went over in detail the windows recommended. The experience was refreshing after dealing with all the fly by roofing companies that had over run the neighborhood. With no pressure, Chris discussed the pros and cons of Provia windows as they are comparable to the high-end companies at half the cost. I believe we made the best decision purchasing these windows and that decision couldn't have been made without the help of Chris. His professionalism and polite demeanor made all the difference. If you're in the market for windows, one, two, or ten, I highly recommend you give Chris McLemore with Red River Roofing a call. He more than exceeded my expectations. Job well done!
