Steve from Red Mountain came out to give me a bid for a new underlayment on my house. I was planning on getting a couple more bids, but Steve was far more knowledgeable than any of the other roofing company reps that I’d talked to.
I ended up scheduling my new roof that same day. Red Mountain was very professional, efficient and fast! The roof looks great and now I won’t have to worry about Arizona monsoons!

Red Mountain Roofing is one of my main "go to's" when I am going out to bid for roofing in my communities. Their pricing is competitive and crew members are always professional and courteous when on-sight. Red Mountain Roofing’s truck stopped on Rural Road to load up and pick up their worker. Not sure why they couldn’t pull into the side street instead of interfering with traffic on a busy street. After I honked they caught up honked and flipped me off. I would never hire anyone who could care less about causing an accident and potentially injuring someone. Definitely wouldn’t t hire them to fix my roof.

Was referred to Red Mountain Roofing. The receptionist was not polite at all. I was later contacted by one of the owners who informed me that they on do "commercial jobs", yet their online services list all types of things but don't mention anything about being exclusively commercial. Thanks for nothing, guys...

This company sent a few guys to come and look at our roof on Feb 18th. They knocked on our door to inform us and within 10mins of being on the roof they were gone without telling us anything?
After some back and forth with our HOA this company was supposed to call me or send me an email notifying me when the work was supposed to start?
Today Saturday March 25th my family and I were woken up at 7am to these guys working on the roof. No notification at all and I'm sure all my other neighbors in the complex were upset too with all the noise of the compressor and crew on the roof!
I was told by the HOA this was an expensive $5000 job and I'd have no problem with them starting the work at 7am any day except for Saturday and Sunday! Completely unprofessional. If I was notified I would have asked them as a courtesy to us and our neighbors of our townhome that if they wanted to start roof repair at 7am to please do it Monday-Friday. Very unhappy with the professionalism of this company!

This is the worst Roofing Company I have ever dealt with. If I could give them a minus score I would. My HOA contracted them to replace all the skylights in our Community. Two weeks after the new skylights were installed one leaked causing damage to my property. As they were still in the community they said they would send someone to fix it, whoever did the repair did not do a good job. It leaked again. On the next attempt, they finally fixed it.

Then they replaced the roofs in our Community. You guessed it, the roof leaked causing extensive damage to my property. Do not use this Company, they're awful. I wouldn't let them put a roof on a Doll House, it would probably leak as well.

Inconsiderate and rude staff blocker my entry way three days in a row and made me late to work having to wait for someone to come move their equipment. They damaged my property in more ways then one my bushes are now flatten to the grown and damaged from their work. If you have plants you wont alive ones after their service! One of their service vehicle almost ran into my car and all 4 employees flipped me off before almost hitting another car driving off. Seems like all their staff is just high. I would never recommend for service hire a professional not these amateurs who don't care about your property or your time. If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

Biggest ripoff in town. My HOA contracted with Red Mountain and today I received my repair cost. I called five other roofing companies in Phoenix/ Scottsdale to compare and Red Mountain is 3X higher! I called them and all the representative kept telling me is that they are “competitively priced.” Three times higher is NOT competitively priced.

Highly recommend Red Mountain Roofing. Owner Chris came out with crew and answered all of my clients questions (large condo association). Repaired items that he did not have to repair and really went the extra mile.

I called to inquire about getting a roof inspection and repair. The receptionist said they don't do any roof repairs at all, only new roofs. Even put me on hold to confirm with the owner they only do new roofs. Didnt ask for any info to even try to set up an appt.

I had a very positive experience with red mountain roofing. My Mother had a warranty issue and Priscilla called me to get some details and was very sweet on the phone and funny. She also followed up a week later to make sure everything was still good with the repairs! It was a very professional and pleasant experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. They completely covered my garden bed with roofing shingles, as well as blocking my front door. They took no precautions to cover my plants other than a tarp even after I asked repeatedly for them to take care. They are sloppy, unprofessional, and down right rude. 0/10 would not recommend.

Called this company back in January to get quote to fix roof and repair bathroom ceiling........
They came out took pictures etc... but never called or emailed us back to give quote for our insurance company to look it over
I even called them 4 times looking for quote. One Saying wait this one person to send info to another person in the same company..... if they can't send a simple quote in 2 months never mind hiring them to do any repairs....

As a community manager I have personally worked with Red Mountain Roofing for a large roof project which included replacement of some of the roofs, tiles and reforming of some of the flat roofs and did an excellent and amazing job. The staff were extremely professional, responsive and the quality of work was excellent. They do warranty their roofs and each time I had questions they were always there to answer. Chris who is the owner takes pride of his company and staff and they deliver nothing but the best and quality work in their industry. I will be sure to use them in all future large and or small projects.

I contacted Red Mountain Roofing on Tuesday to see if they could take care of a roof issue for an escrow. Suzanne Murray responded immediately and was able to schedule the work within 2 days. I received a very processional and detailed report with pictures showing the work had been completed today. Amazing company, with the best customer service and the workmanship is outstanding. Thanks Red Mountain for helping to get this house closed!

Called numerous times for a bid on re-roofing my house. First time I was put on hold and I finally hung up after 20 minutes. Second time I left a message to call me. That was 3 days ago! Unfortunately they’re a business I would no longer consider since they can’t return calls. It tells a lot about a company!

Usually you write reviews AFTER they do their work, however I never had a chance to experience what/how they do things. I met with Chris, CEO of company approx 3 weeks ago regarding having a hole in my roof repaired after I removed a fireplace. He was very nice and cordial, but that facade was very shallow. He said he would have the work done in approx 3 wks and he would contact me and advise the necessary scheduling.
After 3 weeks passed, I spoke him on Sat asking about the time frame, he said some one from their office would contact me on Monday morning. At 4 o'clock Monday afternoon I sent him a text message asking what was going on. He never replied! I then got a phone call from their office girl informing me I was scheduled for DEC 27, 2018, a full 53 DAYS from when he originally promised to have the work done. WOW! Guess he must be used to misleading customers and making false promises. Now with rain in the forecast in the next three days, I'm faced with finding another roofing company. I would recommend you go elsewhere. Avoid a potential conflict like I have experienced.

Very knowledgeable staff and thorough in the review, scope and estimating and project administration. I could not have selected a better company to perform this high priority job. From Ken Figures estimating and acting as lead liaison with me the owner to Robert the on site foreman pursuing the work, Red Mountain Roofing performed superbly from the get go. The roof was off, repairs made, underlayment placed, skylight replaced and all roofing back in place on the fourth day...on a 4150 sf home...these people can move and move quickly. Everyone was very professional in their duties and the jobsite was policed for trash each nite. I recommend them highly without reservation... .they will do the job and do it right.

We had a small water leak and when they came out to assess it I was mentally preparing for a $2k quote to fix the problem. Instead, Ken showed me where he thought it might be coming from, and recommended a very easy solution (removing the leaf/debris buildup) that would be easy and free for me to do before starting to take more drastic measures. So thankful for an honest assessment without them trying to oversell me on what I "need" to fix it. Thanks Ken!

Had them do a repair on my roof, after the repair spotted a problem and called, they responded very quickly and totally replaced all the roofing on my flat roof. Most curious and hard working crew I have ever encountered. My roof is now in top condition. First crew had overlooked a problem but the owner had everything redone and am totally pleased.

Extremely professional and fast! Gave me the free inspection as promised and gave an honest assessment about my roof! I definitely will go with this company in the future for any roofing needs!

Had a leak in the spare bedroom after the rain on September 8th. and called my brother to get the name of a roofer to call. He said they were happy with the work done by "Red Mountain Roofing" so we called them to get an estimate and find out what needed done. The Estimator was Ken an extremely nice person and he went up on the flat roof and could not find anything wrong. He said that this was the worse amount of rain that fell in 75 years and actually the roof looked good and he could not see any visible damage. When do you ever hear that from a roofer lol! We highly recommend them as being a very honest trustworthy company that apparently takes care of their customers in the old fashioned way!

Twice now I've called Red Mountain for roof repairs (two separate houses) and they have been very responsive and have done a good job. Both times were during monsoon season when I'm sure they were very busy, as were other roofing companies that told me it would be two weeks before they could come out, but Red Mountain was able to come the very next day after I called and take care of the problem. I very much appreciate their dependability and will call them again for any future roof issues.
