His pricing was very competitive an easily one of the best I received, but what truly stood out was the value and quality behind it. He didn’t just show up for the estimate and disappear, Glenn was on-site during the installation, checking in with the crew, ensuring everything was done right, and following up after the job was complete. That kind of hands-on approach and accountability is rare. The roof looks amazing, the cleanup was spotless, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. We contacted Glenn for a quote /second opinion on a roofing project as he had been referred to me by my parents who had gone with Glenn to replace their roof. Glenn was very prompt, friendly, and is very knowledgeable in the field and industry taking the time to explain his process to my husband and I and genuinely caring about the project. While we have temporarily put our project on hold, Glenn will be our first call when the time comes to resume the project.

He worked with us to get our claim with USAA approved. Initially, they had flat out refused to pay, but Glenn responded with the resolve and commitment of a relentless pit bull.

He completely took the wheel and managed the process for weeks, going back-and-forth with them until they finally
Acquiesced and made good on their responsibility. During the construction process, he followed up regularly to make sure that we were happy.
There were a couple of minor issues that came up, and with his "customer first" focus, they were swiftly resolved.

My experience was great! Fast, seamless process. Glen walked me through every step of the process, leaving me with very few questions. We scheduled a date, his team came out and completed my roof on time, that same day. Afterward, they cleaned up and you would have never thought they were there. I should also mention during the installation, they were very neat and hardly any debris even hit the ground. I would highly recommend this guy; absolutely no complaints.

We contracted with Glenn to replace our roof and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Glenn provided a detailed estimate and closely supervised the work. They removed and replaced all shingles on our home and garage, installed power exhaust roof fans, and installed gutter guards on the rain gutters. All work was completed as promised, and on time. The workers were very cooperative and friendly and they thoroughly cleaned up any and all debris. I couldn’t have been more pleased, and highly recommend this company.

I recently discovered a leak in my roof after a bad storm and needed to get it repaired. After hearing so many Horror stories from some of these roofing companies, I had no idea who to call. Then it hit me. I have a friend who was in the Roofing and Home Improvement Business named Glenn Thomson. Being a business owner myself (K9 Training) I had trained a couple of Glenns dogs in the past and had struck up a good relationship with him. I had always known Glenn to be a very honest and professional person so I knew that he was the person to call. He certainly didn't disappoint. He came out first thing in the morning the next day, looked at my situation and had a team on the job a short time later to resolve my situation. A couple of days after the work was completed we had another storm and guess what? No Leaks! Now I have a great looking roof that I got at a great price. Kudos to Bear Roofing for a job well done!!
