Third time I have used the team at Genesis and the wife and I could not be more pleased. Zack , Cory, and team were amazing to deal with.

The process was comfortable and done in a timely manner. I am an individual that ask several questions and expect reasonable and rational answers before I proceed with any service. Each one of the individuals I spoke with regarding different processes of the job, were forthcoming with answers and getting the job done. With reference to my experience, I would recommend Genesis for roofing needs.

Genesis Restoration replaced the shingles on my roof last year. They did an excellent job, leaving the grounds spotless. Recently, high winds blew off our chimney cap. I called them, and they sent someone by within a couple days to reattach the cap. The sales team is very responsive. The production team was somewhat overwhelmed last year, and there were some issues with communication when they were too busy to come.

Great experience, and great quality of work by Genesis Restoration's subcontractors. I had my roof, gutters and drywall in the garage replaced due to water damage post hurricane. I would highly recommend using Genesis Restoration!

We began our remediation with a different company and were sorely disappointed. Genesis staff was quick to catch up on the work previously done (or not done) by the first company, fix their mistakes, and implement effective solutions. They worked well with our insurance and found staff to perform all the tasks needed. They understood my concerns regarding some choices and found alternatives that suited my preferences. I have already recommended them to friends and will be hiring their home improvement division to help with a few projects around the house.

Genesis worked with our insurance company to get our roof replaced. We had worked with another group and on our own for 2 years and were not able to get the problem fixed. A very professional group that did an amazing job.

Genesis came out & replaced shingles on our house, garage & shed after damage from storm. They showed up on time, worked with our insurance company, communicated & told us it would be a 2-2 1/2 day turnaround to finish. They completed this job in ONE day!! It turned out great! Would recommend them to everyone!

In early 2020, just before the pandemic, we discovered damage to the roof on a newer addition of our home. (This addition was 20 yrs old and the roof was done improperly to begin with.) We contracted Genesis to replace our roof. They did an outstanding job in a timely manner. The pricing was fair and communication great before, during and after the project’s completion. In December of 2021, again we called on Genesis to replace the roof on the original portion of the house (40 years old—the old roof was 25) and add on a front porch. Again, the job was superb. We highly recommend Genesis and will use them again for any roofing needs.

Excellent experience from start to finish. From the initial survey and estimate done by Cory, through the project’s construction overseen by Joe. Even Bobbie and Shannon in the office were incredibly helpful. To top it all off, the project was completed to the penny of the original estimate. We’ll done all. Thank you.

After a heavy rain, I noticed my skylights leaking. Called the insurance who recommended Genesis. Up front, I want to say, after dealing with many companies over the years, Genesis was the best, most customer oriented company I've dealt with. They handled all aspects of my leaky roof, from water remediation to roof and drywall/painting work (interior). They were easy to work with, friendly and professional. When I had issues with the quality of the interior painting (bubbles/cracks), they sent someone to fix the issue - and, they cleaned up after themselves. Very satisified with the work.

I have some wind damage to my home. My insurance company said this company was a preferred vendor. So far has not been a great experience. They came to tarp the roof to prevent any further interior damage from water. That proved to be unsuccessful. It still leaks into my house when it rains and after several calls to them they have done nothing to rectify the situation even though my insurance company said they needed to fix it.

The office staff, although nice, are only concerned with collecting money and not really helpful with anything else.

Trying to speak to a contractor is almost impossible. I did manage to speak to one, Cory, who seemed concerned and was pleasant to talk to. He apparently has transferred me to another, Steven, who is completely unresponsive. He left a message to go over some things which were started with Cory. I called back and of course he was busy. I was told he would call me back the next day first thing in the morning. Of course I heard nothing. I called two days later and again he was busy and I was told he would call me back in 5 minutes. It has been over an hour and I have no idea if he will ever call me.

I am only continuing to try and work with them because their work is guaranteed for 5 years though my insurance company. We'll have to see how things turn out. I'll keep you posted.
