Our senior project manager, Joe Clemen, has been awesome. From the time that he walked up our driveway, he has made this process as easy as possible. From assisting with filing the claim, to meeting the adjuster at our house to review the damage, he has been all over it. When the insurance adjuster did his inspection and said that they were only going to replace half of my roof because he could see no damage on the front of the house, Joe patiently waited for him to finish (I was not as patient), went back up on the roof to note the damage and take more photos, and told me not to worry that they have the documentation and would handle it. if I had 100 things that I wanted to do this week, fighting with the insurance company to get my roof replaced would have been 101 on that list. I will update my review once the roof work has been completed, but so far they have been great and I cannot say enough good things about them.

Best decision we made! Joe Clemen made everything so easy for us! I’ve heard so many horror stories regarding getting a new roof and as a first time home owner, I was very worried and just wanted to do things correctly. Joe explained every step, and took care of any little hiccups we got from insurance as well. I really didn’t have anything to worry about. They came in and did the job one day, I took the day off and went out to brunch with friend and came back to a nice new roof and a clean home (around the yard area). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, seriously.

The best customer service. Devin went above and beyond for us every step of the process from working with our insurance to offering to correspond with our HOA if needed. He was able to find roofing tiles that weren’t being manufactured any longer from a local distributor. Once we had the materials their team installed it in one day. Quick and easy and willing to be flexible with time and payment plans. Now I don’t have to worry about cracked tile, mold, and a leaky roof!

Fantastic job! Their work is incredible, but what stood out to us before hiring was their friendly attitude while on another job and we were walking by their super intendent. We used Red Hawk Roofing after a nasty hailstorm hit our house. We contacted them after the damage occurred and they worked with us though the entire process. From initial damage assessments, to meeting with the insurance adjuster and advocating for all the damages that could have been overlooked by the adjuster, to onboarding a paint team, and even helping with payment issues from the insurance company, they were always there to help. We had our main point of contact, Clayton, through the entire process whom we could call, email, or even text anytime with questions or for guidance.

Having recently suffered the consequences of a hail storm in Denver, Nick of Red Hawk Roofing was first to contact us and ultimately became our contractor of choice. Nick forged ahead with the insurance company helping them understand the extent of the damage which had occurred. All was returned to original condition with Red Hawk orchestrating necessary permitting and organizing the work schedule. He championed us to our insurance company assuring everything we were entitled to under our policy was repaired and paid for. We couldn't be happier with the results and would unequivocally recommend Nick and Red Hawk Roofing.

The RedHawk team did a great job advocating for me and getting insurance to pay for the damage and a new roof. I had several other roofers look at the damage and none of them even offered to deal with the insurance company, RedHawk is the advocate that you need to make sure insurance doesn't deny your claim! Nick was excellent, he is incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with, couldn't ask for a better experience. We had some minor drywall damage during the roof install, insurance would not cover the damage, ultimately RedHawk took the time to address the issue and fixed the minor damage on their own dime. Their top-notch customer service and their ability to go to bat for their customers with the insurance company really sets RedHawk apart!

Red Hawk Roofing contacted me after I had become disappointed with the Liberty Mutual appointed roofing company. Clay from Red Hawk came out and gave me the detailed understanding regarding the estimate that several other vendors did not. In addition, Clay mentioned the ventilation on my roof and garage was not up to insurance standards, incorporated that upgrade into my quotation and forwarded it to Liberty who then approved it from the recommendation of Red Hawk. Three other vendors all disputed the need for such ventilation even though the State has in their requirements my roof required it to remain compliant (fire codes). Needless to say, I was very impressed with this additional upgrade which was subsequently included in my repair estimate. The additional ventilation will extend the lifetime of my roof materials, keeping the attic cooler and causing less (if any) curling for the shingle that would have occurred if the additional ventilation was not included. The installation process went smoothly and my barn, garage and house were completed in one day led by Hector and his crew. Gutters were also installed and I am set for snow and rain. Great customer service and installation!!

Despite weather delays and supplier issues, having Red Hawk Roofing do our roof was well worth the wait. Each crew (roofers, gutters, and painters) were clean, courteous, professional, and friendly. No debris whatsoever was left behind. We have done many roofs and, by a wide margin, Red Hawk has been the best. Better still, Owen Yamanaka, a part owner, supervised each step of the way and was always onsite throughout the project. His direction was exemplary, and he "held our hands" throughout planning and the work. Going forward, we will not use another team other than Red Hawk.

We called Red Hawk roofing to repair our roof from the bad hail storm in May 2023. They came out to inspect our roof, but they also inspected and documented damage on our house. While we thought we were just eligible to get our roof repaired, we ended up getting our roof, our shed's roof, windows, garage door, and house paint taken care of by that claim thanks to the Red Hawk team! Their work happened so quickly so we weren't waiting months or weeks to get things replaced/repaired. They took care of all communications to folks that provided the services and were great about keeping us informed. Everyone we worked with was so nice and seemed genuinely happy to help us take advantage of our insurance benefits. They will go above and beyond for you and we could not recommend them more.

I received an email from my insurance company recommending a roof inspection ahead of Colorado's hail season, and after living in my house for five years, I figured it was time to check in! When we started this process Clay was very diligent with the roof inspection, guided us and addressed all concerns/ questions we had. Clay had kept us in the loop every step of the way and kept in touch with our insurance company which made the process extremely seamless. We had a leak in our kitchen and the crew came out to check our roof. They decided that the water was coming in around or Evaporative cooler on the roof. They caulked around some mounts and we haven't had leaking problems since. Michael and Dave were awesome! Good people!

Then I met a Contactor who explained how the process worked and what my Insurance Company did and didn't do. Then came complications, which could have been annoying, But the contractor kept communication going which made it tolerable! Our neighbors had Red Hawk Roofing come in and replace their roof today. Now, mind you, this job started at 7am on a Saturday morning. We also worked with our insurance company throughout the entire process. The crew did a great job installing the roof and cleaning up afterward, too. When it comes to companies claiming to be the best, I am generally skeptical, but in this case I am very positive.

Back on May 4th, 2022, we discovered that we had water dripping down from our light fixture in our entryway. We opened up our ceiling to discover water coming from where our roof met the siding. Our roof had been replaced back in 2017 by another roofing company, one of those out of state companies that blow through after a storm. Initially, we couldn't find the information for the original installer, so we reached out to Devon, and he came out the next day to inspect our roof. He brought along his head roofer from Red Hawk Roofing to inspect the roof and siding. They found the previous installers didn't take the extra steps to get make sure the step flashing was installed with the correct height. Also, the old company didn't leave enough of a gap on the siding to the roof. Devon worked up a quote to fix the leak correctly. Once we approved the work, Devon and his crew were out the next business day and completed the work the same day prior to the next rain storm. See the photos for the before and after. They did an excellent job and I recommend them to anyone looking for their roofing work. They also offer a 5 year labor warranty on all of their work.

We did eventually track down the original company only to find out they were no longer in business, and the company that purchased them was not liable for any of the Denver area jobs.

From this experience, I would say always look for local companies when getting quotes after a major storm.
