Masen went above and beyond helping an elderly family member through the entire roofing process. He was diligent, making sure the insurance company paid for the entire thing besides the deductible. The crews that did the roofing were professional as well. The entire roof was ripped off and new one installed all in one day. I was amazed by how efficient and clean those guys were. 10/10, 5 stars, two thumbs up, will shop again.

Masen was amazing from start to finish of the job! Being in healthcare I had no knowledge of roofing and I got estimates from several companies and they were very pushy which made me nervous, Masen met me at the house and sat down and explain everything. Even offered to take me on the roof which i declined but the drone experience was amazing.

What can I say about Red Fox Roofing! They are GREAT! I had an emergency roof situation where my aunt's shingles had a big patch missing and on the ground for about 2 weeks, and she was ready to get it repaired.

This company came highly recommended to me. I called and talked to a man who appeared knowledgeable about his schedule. He was suppose to come out to look at my roof the next day. He said he would call me when he was an hour out from me to look at my roof. He never showed up or never called and i waited all day. This tells me all i need to know about this company.

OUTSTANDING! I received a text from Red Foxx Roofing on Thursday with an introduction, information on the roofing system, and a color chart. I selected my color at that time. On Tuesday, materials were dropped off, and on Wednesday, the job was complete.

The team literally had installation down to a science. Removing the old roof, laying the underlayment, applying the shingles, removing all debris and scanning the yard for loose nails, etc. Everyone was friendly, smiles galore! The owner, Mr. Mickalis was on site. He was not at the bottom pointing & directing. He was on the ROOF!

I am overly impressed and aesthetically pleased with the outcome. Mr. Mickalis and his team were fast, friendly, and efficient. I couldn't be more satisfied.

After a hard rain, I noticed water stains on the ceiling in my office; called Red Fox roofing because I had seen work done in my neighborhood. Masen came out that evening, tarped the area and the rest is history. Professional, punctual, I couldn't be happier.

I reached out to RedFox Roofing in the early hours of July 26 via an application due to a roof leak and immediate need to replace my aging roof system. I was contacted immediately by Mr. Masen Mickalis who understood the urgency and made accommodations to visit and inspect my roof within 2 hours of my inquiry. Mr. Mickalis was polite, professional, and astute. He performed a thorough evaluation of my roof system, and I received a quote the same day. Post-receipt and my acceptance of the quote verbally, Mr. Mickalis was kind enough to return at my behest in order for me to lock in a contract. He discussed the parameters of the job with my wife and I, assisted us in selection of shingle type and color, and provided us with stellar customer service. Almost instantaneously after material selection, a dumpster was delivered and materials thereafter. He and his crew arrived at my property at the scheduled date and time, and they could not have been more efficient and professional. On the day the roof was replaced, Mr. Mickalis kept me informed telephonically and electronically of their findings during the tear off, including photographs and videos, which was very much appreciated. Mr. Mickalis even went the extra mile by cutting back some foliage in contact with my roof. Following the roof replacement, Mr. Mickalis’ crew performed an extensive nail sweep and clean up of the premises. The dumpster was then removed within 2 days. Further, Mr. Mickalis personally visited my home following the reroof to walk the perimeter, ensure my satisfaction, and answer any questions I had.

Guys were here a 7 am, began preparing all my flower beds and shrubs with large tarps before even getting on the roof. Once protected all hands went to full blown roofing. By 330 finishing touches were being buttoned up on the 1700 square ft new roof. While 3 guys finished up roof others turned to a full clean up. All plants same as before, all nails and debris was hand picked and cleaned.( and I have bleached white river rock covered bedding) 530 The job was complete, cleaned up and guys pulling out with a job well done.

Masen came out and inspected our roof and said due to the damage it would need to be replaced. He went above and beyond to walk me thru entire process. He did a three way conference call with my insurance. He was in contact with my insurance adjuster and they came to the house at the same time for him to show my damage. My claim was approved thru insurance due to Masen and his help. I would recommend him to anyone who has roofing issues. Simply amazing!!
