Red dogs roofing provided excellent customer service. They thoroughly explained every single detail about the roof and even educated me on what type of material they will be using and why. I was not familiar with roofing and they did an amazing job in educating me and most roofing companies ive spoken with didn’t go through any great lengths like they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this company. Disaster from start to finish. First day they were supposed to come. They didn't show up. They told us the wrong day. Then they came and had told us it would be done in one day. They contracted out to a different roofing company and the red dog supervisor sat in his truck on his phone. It took more than one day , which was fine. But the roofers left our property a mess, nails and scrap everywhere. Cans and trash everywhere. We went in the attic and noticed that we could see daylight out our roof. We called to complain. They said a supervisor would come Monday to inspect. I came home to two workers on Friday on my porch that spoke no English but called a translator to ensure me they were there to fix it. They did not fix it. We then had to call again to have a red dog supervisor come out and inspect it. It was not done correctly. We had to have another person come a week later and spent a whole day fixing the mistakes! No apology. No offer to refund. They were the most expensive quote and ended up being $1500 over the quote. They assured us of quality ...that's why we chose them. It was a disaster.

Company performed beyond our expectations, issues we resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Roofing project went smoothly and the workmanship, quality, and attention to detail were amazing. We plan on a future siding project with this company.
