Red dogs replaced a bay window for us. All the staff were professional and friendly. The window looks amazing! Respectful of our home and did a great sure making sure all clean up details were completed before they considered the job complete. Would use them again.

Red Dog Roofing did a excellent job on my house. I had actually originally hired another roofer to repair some leaks around my chimney who actually managed to make the problem worse. After about a month of getting ghosted I called up Red Dog based on the reviews.

Kyler came out and got on my roof and took pictures of the very shoddy and horrible work the other contractor did. Kyler temporality repaired the leaks around my chimney due to the storms we were gonna have all weekend and until we could get a new roof. Even his temporary fix, stopped about 99% of the water we were getting. Because we were actively leaking, Red Dog made it a priority to come and do our roof the very next week.

Their crew was very professional, putting down tarps and and even blowing out my gutters. They made sure not to leave one nail on the ground. These guys had everything finished in one day. I can't recommend Red Dog Roofing enough. Great service and quality. I will be using them for future work as well

Unfortunately, the original builder of our house did not install the shingles properly and it was determined all the shingles would need to be replaced. I delayed this review until it rained few times. How else do you know it's done right? Red Dog came in at 11k. Other quotes I got were between 9k and 24k. So the price was very good.
Red Dog showed up on time. They worked quickly and they frequently communicated the status before and during the installation. Everything was transparent except the asphalt.. Which is good.
I don't plan on redoing a roof for a long time. I will however recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer.

We were so happy. We had an emergency need for someone to check for a roof leak right before we had to leave. Katie was wonderful to talk to, and called me back as she said she would with a same day appointment. Kyler came out right on time for the appointment, explained everything, and fixed the problem. Great experience from start to finish! Felt super comfortable throughout the entire process. Kyler was great, he came out to inspect the roof, gave me multiple quotes with different options/warranties, helped me choose shingle color to match our detached garage. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled date, project manager was here 90% of the project which isn’t always the case! He made sure to share any updates necessary as the project went on. Cleanup was extremely thorough and everything looks amazing! Did I mention this was a day job !? They were in and out in 9 hours! So happy with my decision to go with red dog.

Communication and craftsmanship were terrible.
We decided to go with Red Dog after vetting a few different companies for our new siding because they promised us the world. Came in hot and professional, answered all our questions and made us feel confident about paying them tens of thousands of dollars.
What we got was no one telling us what was going on, them making decisions and changing what we wanted behind our back, TERRIBLE craftsmanship on the finishing work, and damaged property. We asked them to redo a bunch of stuff that looked really horrible and they only redid half of it. I could name several more reasons but I’ll leave it at that. Extremely disappointing experience, would not recommend Red Dog for siding.

I saved the info for Red Dog Roofing when they put a new roof on a neighbors home. I’m glad I did. I put in a call to a service for roofing companies but I included Red Dog. The first company to reply failed three times to meet me for an appointment. The second came and measured the house and gave an estimate without actually seeing the roof. A third gave an estimate by looking at Google Earth. Red Dog had a good conversation about the problems and then he went up on the roof to inspect it. It is a one story fairly flat roof.
Arranged the financing which was easy and a date of the following week was agreed on.
I worried about a rain forecast but the crew arrived on time and went to work. Patrick, the crew foreman was overseeing the crew and in less than 8 hours they stripped, repaired and shingled the house. I thought the decking would be a problem but the crew did not need nearly what I thought and the Company gave me a great refund on the unused wood.
It came out great and the work was fantastic. I’m very happy.

So this is an amazing story!!
Last February we had a terrific windstorm and about 4 shingles fell off my roof, so I put in a claim to my Ins. They said they would only pay to repair the shingles that fell off. Not a new roof so I had to look for a roofer. No roofer does just repairs. My adjuster after looking at my roof allowed just the front of the roof. So I had about 5 roofing co.s give me estimates some crazy ridiculous prices as I told them I only get my SS CHECK. GOVERNMENT doesn't give you alot. My last chance Fernando Oliveira from Red Dog roofing solved my problem.
He went on my roof and told me I also needed the backside that was the worse side of the roof, then he went into my attic and found mold. No other roofer did any of that. He took 100s of pictures sent them to my Ins
Adjuster and thanks to him the Ins
Co. Paid for my entire new roof without Fernando's good knowledge of working with the Ins. CO. I WOULD STILL HAVE A HIGH ROOFING BILL. None of the other roofers work with Insurance co they said they didn't work with Insurance.
Red Dog came one morning at 7 AM and was finished by 3 PM. Amazing they cleaned up all around my property . You wouldn't even know that I had roofers here. Very polite, respectful and helpful even a driver might have been the head one in charge overlooking the roofers. His name is COLT. The best AGAIN! We had to call upon Red Dog to replace an old roof that our insurance company flagged. I believe it was the same day I reached out to them that Tyler, their sales manager, showed up to make a plan. No games, no tricks with them. Kyle, the project manager, helped work with the town despite the issues the town had with getting a hold of someone to pull the permit, to get everything ready to go and all done now. Roof is perfect, great company, so glad to have come across them. No issues at all with the previous roof they put on, almost 2 years ago now. That and the gutters, still look brand new! We referred them to a friend who is extremely happy with their work as well. Trustworthy company, very personable, and not pushy reps. I talked to 3 different companies before making a contract with Red Dog's Roofing (through a referal via a colleague) and i am highly satisfied with the quality of the work. 11 out of 10 recommend! We bought our home back in June and definitely was not expecting to have to redo the entire roof this soon. I had several companies come out for quotes and all were within the same price range. However, we chose Red Dogs because they were by a long shot in every aspect top-tier. No comparison! They were offering way more for the same $ that the other companies offered. Kyler was excellent and knowledgeable. He sat down with us for 2+ hrs, went up on the roof (which other companies didn’t do) and answered all of our questions/concerns. They offer financing as well and Kyler even called the bank with us to talk to them before signing the contract so we were 100% comfortable before moving forward.

Colt was here during the entire project and Kyler stopped by multiple times to make sure all was going well and went above and beyond to keep me informed as the day went on. Colt even showed me pictures of the progress on his phone since I was inside the house with my little one. The crew (20+ men/women) got mostly all of it done in 1 day. The 2nd day was small things and cleaning up. For the size of this roof, that is just nothing short of impressive!! I also had Cody give me a call on the phone advising I could call and ask him questions if needed.

We cannot recommend Red Dog’s Roofing enough!! We worked with Kyler for our estimate, who was amazing to work with! He was on time, professional and extremely helpful. He answered every question we had and explained the process from start to finish. He reviewed payment options to include 0% interest and no payments for a year, which is a great option with interest rates being so high. The toughest part of the process was picking the color!

After we signed our contract we were in contact with JT who scheduled a date and time for our installation. He reviewed the process of the installation to include dumpster delivery, work permit, material delivery and job completion. Amanda reached out the Friday before our installation for any last minute questions and to schedule our dumpster delivery and location on our property. She wanted to ensure it was put in a location that would be convenient for us which was appreciated.

When our roof replacement day arrived, our project manager Kyle and the crew showed up on time and ready to go. Kyle was on site all day for any of our questions, comments or concern’s we had. Anytime we had a question, he has the answer which was a very comforting feeling. Kyler also stopped by during the day to ensure everything was being done as expected. 12 hours later, our roof and cleanup was complete! The crew left our property cleaner than it was when they started! They walked around with huge magnets to pick up any nails that were missed during cleanup which was great seeing we have dogs.

After the project was complete we were contacted by Amanda to make sure we were happy with the work that was done. The professionalism and communication from Red Dog’s was top notch! I highly recommend Red Dog's Roofing. They are very professional, caring, attentive, friendly, and helpful. It started with an initial free consultation by Korey who is very knowledgeable and informative. He didn’t try aggressively selling us anything, it was more like educating us on everything about roofing, our home, and the company. He even gave me his personal phone number and repeated several times to contact him anytime day or night with any questions or issues.
We were given several options of roof types, underlayment, drip edges, flashing, etc. We were also given several options for financing and payment, including a loan with 12 months of no payments or interest. I had previously checked other companies, so I know Red Dog’s prices are very competitive, which is amazing when comparing the service, from consultation to excellent phone support, financing, project management, fast and efficient work, and great clean up. To my surprise, they even called several weeks after the job to see how it was doing, how we felt, and if we had any questions. They showed up on time, were very communicative, friendly, caring, and finished way ahead of schedule. I can’t speak for other services they offer, but if you need a new roof, don’t bother checking around, just call Red Dog – you’ll be glad you did.

We are so pleased with Red Dog's Roofing! From our first phone interaction through the completion of our job, they were responsive and attentive to our need to replace our roof and skylight. The entire crew worked together to get the job done quickly and made sure it was done right. Our new roof looks beautiful and it is one less worry for us.

We are over the top with our new siding. We had insulation installed under the siding too. It 82 outside on only 74 inside. The team worked steady and had the house finished in 7 days. The project manager was so willing to give us great ideas to make the place "pop". I can't say enough good about this team. Every evening everything was cleaned up put away. No loud music and chatter, just regular work site noises. Every course of siding is perfectly straight and that is very difficult to do in a long house like this.. 55'. They made special accommodations to cover equipment attached to the house. Even the PVC piece edged in siding to hold our street number is a work of art and a splendid addition to the decor. We are very very happy. Now it's our forever home. After living here 47 years we finally love this house.
