From start to finish, Bin There Dump That was outstanding. I found them online, read some reviews and requested a quote. They were very responsive and answered all my questions. Process could not have been easier! I had 25 years and 3 kids worth of clean out - having the dumpster for a week allowed me to pace myself. I will pass their name to anyone that asks and will use them again. Every home should purge every 5ish years. Thank you to all - customer service and drivers- a top notch operation!

We contacted Bin There Dump that Wachusett to arrange for a 10 yard dumpster to clear out our garage. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the bin delivered on a Saturday morning. It was early enough that we could go out for a while that day.

It was picked up on a week later. It was picked up before I went to work which was nice.

We will be using them again the next time we need to do a clean-out.

The bin was delivered when they said it would be. There was wood placed on the driveway to rest the bin on to avoid damage. The bin was picked up when they said it would be. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service provided.

When first called women was very pleasant to talk with . Very informative and understood everything she mentioned. Was even more surprised when I got my dumpster within two hours the same day .when dumpster arrived driver was very courteous and explaind how to latch and unlatch dumpster . He even put boards down for the dumpster could rest on preventing from marking my driveway . Was picked up like they said it would be . Recently, I was faced with a flooded basement. After getting rid of all the water, I was left with a whole lot of stuff which was damaged by water. I had to get rid of this damaged material urgently. I contacted "Bin there dump that" dumpster company. The owner was very courteous and recognized the urgency of my request. He accommodated my request on a short notice and delivered the dumpster on schedule as promised, and took the time to place the unit to suit my convenience. He also took the time to go over all the locking system to prevent any problems later.
Overall, I found his interactions very courteous, hassle-free and accommodating. His charges are reasonable and in my opinion provide you with a best value for your money. I will definitely engage his company again. His services are excellent.

I've used Bin There Dump That several times and have never had any issues. Scheduling both the drop off and pick up is simple enough and through you got the dumpster for a week, I usually have it picked up early. Great company, great price, convenient.

The techs that dropped off and picked up the dumpster were clearly pros, and the person I spoke to on the phone when ordering the dumpster was extremely friendly and helpful. They did a great job of answering my questions and detailing what we could and could not throw into the dumpster. They followed up with reminders for the delivery and the pickup as well which was very much appreciated.

Great experience using their dumpster for our roofing project. Due to weather conditions, we were not able to install the roof The day after the dumpster was installed. There was too much snow on the roof. We waited a few days, and the company was very accommodating with letting us keep the dumpster on site until the weather cooperated, which was about five days later, it was smooth and easy communicating. What I really liked was getting email updates from them. That showed wonderful communication as to every step of the process. Upfront pricing, prompt and easy delivery. The person on the phone and the person who delivered were nice and professional. Pick-up was just as painless and they made sure to remind me of the pick-up and have me confirm so as to avoid a charge for a failed pick-up. Honest company that doesn't play games, such a rarity these days. You might be able to find a lower price but you're much better off dealing with a company like this that spends your money on being really good at what they do.
