I worked with John for the quote. I had to postpone the installation for about 8 months. John was very kind and understood my situation. When I was ready to begin the project, I reached back out to John and everything was put into action. Robert, the owner of Eyles Contracting does not require a deposit which I thought was fantastic. He waits for the project to be complete. He stands by his crew and products which says a lot about him and his business. The crew arrived at 7:30 AM and left at 6:30 PM. They were extremely quiet and polite. I had my house and barn done. I am very pleased with the work and impressed by everyone I worked with.

Great workmanship workers are very well trained and in and out in 1 day they striped off all the old shingles, old decking clean up was great the name EYLES, CONT, says it all Robert the owner was there for us every step of the way. torn town old chimney built new from inside up love it. gutters look great and work as good as they look. i personally would recommend Eyles cont. for your roof chimney gutters and other needs. me and my wife could not be happier. thank you personally Robert. and the Eyles cont., crew.

I got several quotes from local contractors to replace the large company roof. So many seemed ok until you got the actual contract. They wanted everything from huge down payments 2 months in advance, to three weeks of work time to complete the project. Over priced products that didn't meet our company needs.
Eyles was always up front and professional , Robert listened to our needs and concerns. Things like not interrupting our work flow by working over a weekend. He gave us a few options for materials and warranties. He truly listened to what we were looking for.

His crew delivered materials and dumpsters late on a Friday as employees were finishing their day. The crews came in on Saturday and Sunday and had the whole job complete by Sunday evening.

When we came back to work on Monday morning even the dumpsters were removed by 7 am and almost no sign that they had even been here,other than the new roof we asked for !
I've dealt with many outside vendors over the years and there are very few who deliver like Eyles Contracting.

They brought 10 people and spent 12 hours and completely finished a 3 section roof in 1 day. They did a fantastic job cleaning up and the dumpster was gone the next day. Showed up at 7:30, by 6:30 they were done. Removed an old chimney, replaced part of the roof. Only break was lunch. Never seen 5 guys work so hard to complete a job. They picked up all scrap materials including nails from the ground.

We had our porch roof and three Velux skylights recently replaced by Eyles. Long overdue after 40 years and a leak! Should have had Eyles do the job a couple of years ago, but... Manny and the Eyles crew worked nonstop from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm with a short break for lunch. Professional. Personable. Really hard workers and so neat and clean with the pick-up during and after. So careful of all the porch furniture and even a glass wind chime there.

Eyles has done other work for us over the years so we knew it would be an exemplary job but this was really special. I wish we could give them 6 stars. If you need a roofing job, call Eyles. I recently had Eyles Contracting come and replace my roof out in Gardner.. after getting 3 other quotes I chose Eyles and couldn’t be more pleased with the work.. the entire roof was stripped of 2 layers and reroofed in 2 days.. they tarped the entire work area to keep it clean and then double and triple checked that the work area was cleaned up.

Showed up when expected. Had roof replaced along with extra bracing on rafters. Work was completed in one day. Workers were fast, efficient and & professional. Workmanship looks great. So far very happy with a job well done. Cleaned up well after finishing. Great price for the amount of work done.

From the initial consultation to final clean up, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism and expertise. But what impressed us most was the care and attention to detail each member of the installation crew took while removing the old roof and installing the new one. Their precision and craftmanship were evident throughout the process and most notable when they were replacing the flashing around our chimney, a vent above our bathroom, and the installation of our new skylight. We had a water leak after an ice dam incident winter of 2020. Had a few quotes on repairs at the time, but it could just as well been $1M, I couldn’t afford it. So for the next 2.5 years, we scraped & scrounged to finally be able to afford a roof replacement. All the while, watching the damage, ie; cost, go further north in my head. Eyles, along with several others, returned for an updated estimate. Jonathan, was absolutely amazing. He went above & beyond to make sure our concerns were not only heard, but addressed l. They did a great job for a reasonable price.

Had a high-slope roof with no ventilation near the end of its life. They talked through a few options for materials with 10/25/30-year warranties, explained each line item, and did a great job with the installation.

They provided options for replacing old siding along the roof/wall line and re-flashing the chimney too, which also looks like it was well-done. A few nails scattered around afterwards, but overall they did a good job cleaning up and the job was minimally disruptive.

The quotes were about 10-20% less than some unofficial guesstimates I heard from a home inspection crew and real estate agent, even with the ventilation and plywood/siding replacement.

A couple months later, and so far everything looks nice and dry inside. Between the solid construction and warranty, I feel pretty comfortable that I won't have to worry about my roof for another few decades.

We were very nervous about the process of getting a new roof after our first-floor ceiling began to leak. We contacted three different contractors - Eyles was the first to respond and the best! Mike came over to our house and looked from basement to attic to help find the source of the problem - including crawling on the attic floor to pull up wet insulation! He was extremely thorough, patient with our many questions, and offered multiple solutions including a roof replacement. Mike also pointed out areas to discuss with other contractors. After a kind call from the owner Robert Eyles, we decided to replace the entire roof. In one day a group of 8 came to our house and worked non-stop (except for a quick lunch) to complete the job - including clean up, in one day! Amazing customer service, pricing, and a dedicated, hard-working crew made working with Eyles truly gratifying - we are very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend them for any work!

I was extremely impressed by this company. I had my roof replaced and the work was of high quality with premium materials, no shortcuts taken. Eyles has been our "go-to" contractor for wind/storm repairs on our roof since we built our house 20 years ago. They have always been fast to respond and do excellent work. Last year, when it was time to replace our roof, we had Eyles do the job. We had received quotes from three contractors for the same scope of work. Eyles provided a better package (including superior materials) than the others for a better price than their "mid-range" packages and the work was done within a day. Their crew was careful and professional and carefully saw to all site prep and cleanup. We could not have asked for better service and workmanship. HIGHLY recommended!!

Can't say enough about the team at Eyles Contracting. I've used them twice now, once to replace my porch roof a few years ago and now to replace my main roof. They provide quick and free, no hassle estimates.

I mainly dealt with Robert the owner who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I was having water filtration issues and they were able to schedule me fairly quickly. Their crew was able to strip the roof (multiple layers), install new insulation, decking and new EPDM membrane in a single day which is pretty impressive. Also they did a great job cleaning up once they were completed.

In summary I would highly recommend Eyles Contracting from my experiences they provide great customer service and workmanship.

They finished the work in one day, doing both the roof on our house and shed and taking precautions not to damage the house when taking the old roof off. The whole time the roofers were doing the roof there was a ground crew cleaning up, there was no mess left behind. Highly recommend Eyles Roofing, job well done!!

We have used Eyles Contracting in the past and did not hesitate to call them when a tree was blown over, onto our house. Robert surveyed the damage and provided a quote within a day. Several days after accepting the quote, we got a call that a crew would be at our house within 2 hours. They were early. We heard them on the roof before we knew their truck was in the driveway. They spent about an hour and left the site and roof as though there was never any damage. I am so impressed that I will hand deliver payment to Eyles Contracting at the office. I highly recommend Eyles Contracting.

We inquired about getting a quote and there was miscommunication in what we asked for and what the crew was expecting when they arrived. Longer story short, they never did any work for us, yet they continue to invoice us for $150. We tried talking to the woman in the office who is extremely rude and unreasonable. I just recieved the latest invoice on 12/2 for work they never did.

Beware - If you ask them out to your house for a quote, make sure you specify exactly what you want and that you actually agree to have them do the work. Otherwise, you risk getting a bill.

After calling Eyles Contracting for a roof replacement quote I received an immediate response from the office staff who are so professional. We set up an appointment with John to review the roof. During the inspection of the roof, John emphasized the quality of the GAF roof system and the application by seasoned roofers. A contract was sent to me that outlined the scope of work, warranty and pricing. As a Contacts Manager i was very impressed with the clearly defines terms. A date was set to replace the roof and the team of roofers arrived at 7 am and completed the job in one day. They protected the house from any damage with large tarps and were polite and hard working. After a full day on the roof they swept the property and picked up any residual material such as nails. I was totally pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the roof materials.
Outstanding work with a 50-year warranty that is transferable when I sell the house! The price for replacing the roof was extremely reasonable and per the quote.

Eyles came out 3 weeks earlier than I expected, did the job quick and cleaned up immaculately. Wouldn't go anywhere else for roofing.

The guys did a repair around my chimney, my stack pipe and the ridge vent. They were efficient and professional. I would use their company again, if needed!

My place of business had repaired a flat roof several times before it starting leaking again. I had called for an inspection and estimate and was given an appointment within 48 hours. The owner came out, inspected and gave me a written estimate the same day. The replacement happened within a week of the approval. We had not planned on having shed roof replaced but decided to add that roof a day before the work started and project manager made that happen without delay.
