Craig came to my house tore my fireplace apart to do a simple change over from propane to natural gas. He said there was a bad part and had to order a new part
he took my parts and never finished the job . I texted him and he kept saying it was on order this went on for a while . So now he has gone out of business his phone numbers have been shut off his site on Facebook has been taken down, has never replied to any of my Texts Or voicemails, I left before he shut his phones off. Now we have to figure out what parts we have to buy. And replace and pay a different company to come fix his mess. Terrible company, thank godHe shut his phones off.So nobody else can get stuck like us.
