Wanted to like them.
I want to first start by saying this is no reflection on the office staff or even the multiple techs (5x) that came out, all have been respectful, but 1. The one that finally prompted this review, Bart Higgins.
To be fair, I'm pretty frustrated and burnt out not having this remedied and the continual upsell. Bart you should have never implied that I lied to you when your tech said they would fix the flashing for free. Your office knows it and I have the kids on camara saying it. This company has has multiple attempts to fix this leak, the same leak, not multiple leaks, the same leak. You should have just fixed it and you would have had a customer for life.
Whoever responds to these reviews, be carefu,l I have everything recorded, including phone conversations for my records.
If you would stand behind your work and fix a situation that could have been straight forward you probably wouldn't be getting this review.

This company came and did an excellent job assessing my home with a tech who was very nice. He did completed the job and showed me some ways to keep mildew and mold out of my home! I was very comfortable with them in my home.

Connor arrived timely and listened carefully to what I had to share about what we were experiencing. He located the possible spot where the squirrels were entering but it wasn’t about the roof. He examined the roof anyway to be sure. I am glad he inspected it all.

I am only speaking as a renter who is not being billed for this, so this is as my experience dealing with Jesse as my technician. Jesse came on time (I had a huge time frame, but he arrived very early in the 2 day time frame). He was incredibly courteous and didn’t mind me asking lots of questions while he kept me informed every bit of the way He also worked in my opinion, quickly to spot and fix the problem. He was nice and friendly in my opinion. If I could chose to work with him again I would. I probably won’t get that choice ever though.

Fantastic! All the way from making the appointment to when the technician showed up they were professional and easy to work with. I received confirmation texts before the appointment and then when they were 30 away. They even called me while at the house to let me know that there had been trash left outside. Great experience overall. Very thourogh and I felt my house was being very well taken care of.

Real Estate Roofing & Mold Solutions was hired to solve a problem from a complete reroofing project that was performed on my house 3 years ago by a roofing contractor that had installed new attic insulation, new plywood roof deck, new roof shingles, and new complete ridge venting. Unfortunately, the insulation installed was covering all the soffit vents for the attic and caused mold to occur that covered most all of the new plywood. The original contractor was not able to provide a solution for remediation and repair. In my research to find a solution I found Real Estate Roofing & Mold Solutions. It was very obvious from my first contact that they were professional, thorough and experienced. I was able to easily schedule and receive an on-site evaluation. Then I was rapidly provided possible solutions a detailed estimate of repairs and personal contact regarding any questions I had about the estimate. After confirming their process, products used, expectations of the completed work I choose to have the work done. The crew Jesse (confined hot space star performance), Justin and Chris arrived as scheduled, explained in detail the order of events, setup the work areas and proceeded to work until the job and all cleanup was complete. From customer service, performance of field personal and attention to details hiring this company was one of the best decisions that I have made in hiring a contractor in over 45 years of experience doing business in the construction industry.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! I’m a seasoned broker in Portland, 17 years. I had a listing and the buyers agent asked for repairs, my seller and I said no but will give a credit at closing to do what you choose. They ended up doing work prior to closing and then backed out, leaving us the bill. Two months off market and the work they did leaked, had to have someone else out to fix. They took me to small claims court for this bill that was not mine or my sellers. Awful company, awful work. DO NOT USE THEM. Call me if you want more clarification. Google my name and my number will be there. BEWARE!!!!
I had to settle taking on the bill as my mom has come down with stage 4 ovarian cancer the night before our scheduled hearing. I just told my husband, and deal with this I’m paying. Now I wish I could go back in time as I wouldn’t have paid a cent!!! Awful company!!! This happened during Covid.

I represented the seller, we said no to any repairs. We did not give access to your company to do such repairs as situations like this occur. The buyer and his agent hired your company. I gave in, threw in the towel to the court which I would have won, but had horrible circumstances happening with my family the week of the hearing. Also, the repairs your company made caused a huge leak during the week of a terrible rainstorm.. My husband had to go buy heaters and dry out the entire attic. End of story, not my clients that hired you, nor did I give them access or approval to do repairs prior to closing. I tried to recoup the buyers earnest money for you but he received it from the title company when he backed out. I also have all paperwork saying seller will do no repairs and offers a $5,000 credit. No miscommunication between agents. I did not hire you nor did my seller. We said no, do what you want with the $5,000 after closing but absolutely no repairs were to be done.

I can't select a service, because I have no ifea what they did. They showed up, never talked to my wife or I, and disappeared. Called them, they said they'd have someone out on Thursday between 8am-10am. No one showed up. Called them again after having to schedule work off to be here for their appointment. They said "they had no recollection" of telling us they'd send someone out. Told us the 1st guy caulked something or worked on roof. We never talked to any of them about doing any repairs, so if so, their guy just decided to randomly caulk a house without talking to the homeowners?? We asked for photos, they said they didn't know where they were but would try to find them. Truly, an atrocious waste of time company. The 1 star reviews here don't lie. You will not get what you want done via these guys.
