One of the only contractors that I've known to focus on outcome rather than speed and time-lines. This is not to say they don't consider deadlines just that the quality and details dictate their approach resulting in a finished project that's far above and beyond the quality of most other local builders/remodelers. Their employees are skilled at both their craft and customer service as well, communicating the process in a way customers can understand relieving the stress and confusion that often accompanies a remodeling project. Highly recommended.

My wife and I wanted to renovate/remodel our kitchen, dining room, and upstairs bathrooms, which were all original (50 years old). We solicited three bids. Reagan Construction Group - by a long shot - provided the most value for money. Jeff and his team met with us several times, listened to what we wanted to do, and helped us get to exactly where we wanted to be. The renovations took about 2.5 months, all work was done on time and on budget. And the craftsmanship is superb! We will be hiring Reagan Construction Group for all of our renovation projects.

Completed several projects for me: patio/walkway, replaced 3 sliders, partial kitchen remodel. I plan on hiring them again for other projects. impressed with attention to detail.

Jeff Reagan and his Construction Group are simply the best we have ever worked with! We added a second story to a nearly 100 year old beach cottage, and it is now a wonderful, almost brand new, home. He was honest, on time, easy to communicate with, and the quality of his work and the work of the subs was exceptional. We had great experience with Jeff and his crew. He did what he said he was going to do for the price he quoted. We had a large exterior do over, on an 1800’s house, which can be daunting to most contractors, but he knew exactly how to approach it. The house came out beautifully siding, windows, roof, new front door etc. We hope to do business with him again soon.
