We recently had vents installed and a few other things done on our roof. Jeremy was very detailed in explaining the process, honest, job was reasonably priced, and the work was done with excellence. Thank you.

No communication is first off when with this company after reviewing all the good comments. I was told one week and they didn’t come to two weeks following. When me and my wife were deciding which company to go with I receive numerous phone calls five or six blowing my phone up. I was told I can go one route 0% we went to finance route and was sold a dream. When I asked about it, we were told oh well you had to mention that while we were installing the roof. I spoke with no one on site. I was told by three different people that they would be on site. I have not seen an inspector. I have not. I had to call them to receive a letter of completion and the inspection report. I have not had a follow up. There was my gutters are still down in the backyard. This is horrible service. I would gladly pay two times more for better service. I am big on communication and there was none. I feel like I was swindle if there was a way to return it, I would return it the worst service I’ve ever had by myself being in a customer service like role follow up and closing the loop is big. None of this was done. I have text messages stating one thing and that did not happen. Horrible service if I can give this a zero I would give it a zero now don’t get me wrong. The roof looks OK. It’s a roof for me. It looks fine as far as I know it’s not leaking. I mean, we haven’t had a big rain yet but then there are some siding. I have a brick front house siding that comes out of metal sheathing. I sent pictures of the before and after to somebody who’s supposed to be further up in the company and their reply to me is they can be painted. I will include the text messages and a screenshot. This is horrible service. I have not heard from anybody after this review. I’m gonna call and try to get another response or lack there of I should say. Clearly see before and after, and as I stated, there’s still nails in the yard, nobody came by and did a second sweep the gutters in the backyard still well not gutters, but the gutter cover for the whole house.

Responsive roofer that does great work at a fair price! I've had ReadyRoofing provide a number of bids for various properties I own, and they are always very competitive and deliver a great result. I also appreciate that they offer a 10 year warranty that can be transferred to a different owner and will even carry the cost of the job through closing if that's something you need. NEVER use this company. Jim Jessup contracted with us to put a roof on our new construction home. We are custom builders and hold a state issued GC, have our insurance and WC always updated. To our shocking surprise, months after Ready Roofing had completed our roof and had already been paid...a lien was placed on our project due to Ready Roofing NOT paying the supply house. It took WEEKS of begging and chasing after Jim Jessup to pay the supply house and this would had continued to drag out long if I hadn't reached out to the BBB and filed a complaint. Every day he promised to take care of it and we end up having to shut down production of the home which put us over a month behind. Fast forward another month and we are ready for inspections for CO. Every single contractor we hired was ready to go and had zero issues or delays. Ready Roofing...who finished the project MONTHS AGO...still had not called in for an inspection. After chasing after Jim all week this week we have discovered with the county that his WC is out dated and he never paid the permitting office for the permit :0 We spoke to our contact at the county and she said if he shows to pay it at the count by 7:30 am then she can go ahead and attach it to our final inspection because they clos the window for the day at 8am. Jims response to this..,.'well if we get our updated WC by tomorrow morning then we will work on that'. Just beside myself. I would never recommend this company.

The work was scheduled promptly and the crew arrived on time to redo the roof. Work was excellent, demolition & replacement was done in one day and the crew used tarps to collect any debri that fell from the roof & they picked up all of it. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Mr. Kennon to give you an estimate. He recommended an upgrade of the roof vents which cost a little more but they are much better appearing, almost invisible, compared to the former type. Also the work involved removing a chimney which we have not used in nearly 30 years and my wife plans to have the inside part redone in a year or two and put a set of electric logs.

I needed my roof replaced this company and the owner very friendly and knowledgeable. The roofing consultant Bruce Patton always available and communicative. The roofers showed up early each day a hardworking fast-moving crew. The roof needed additional plywood than they projected and a pitch to prevent settling water. Not an issue it was provided. They exceeded my expectations with an affordable price I'm satisfied I will hire again and recommend this company to everyone I know.

The only reason for a 5 star review is that's all I could do. Definitely a company to have put on a roof. Chris Welch the salesman felt more like a brother than a salesman. Definitely easy to deal with. The crew that did my roof where very prompt and on time both days. Courtesy and definitely know what they are doing. Chris on the follow up and inspection on point. Price was (not going to say cheapest) but Definitely in the ballpark. Would definitely refer them to anyone.

Thank you Dale and Ready Roofing for my beautiful metal roof. I absolutely love it. All of the guys were so professional. We had a really bad storm with Tornado warnings, wind and rain During construction. The workers were very careful to stack everything and keep it protected. My sales person Dale called me multiple times during the storm to make sure everything was ok and even offered to send people back to make sure my house was protected.

My new roof looks fantastic, however; I was never informed about when work was starting on the roof. Supplies and workers just showed up without notice. There was damages left to my garden and a huge piece of plywood just leaning against my house that I wasn't even told was there. They also left a ton of nails laying around my house and in my yard. I wouldn't expect anything but the bare minimum from this company. They were incredibly fast though

Chris Welsh did amazing job communicating and getting the job done efficiently. No complain whatsoever on efficiency and how fast the job gone done. Very happy with our roof and will recommend his work ethic and enthusiasm to anyone that he works with.

William was the kindest guy from the moment I met him. He gave me a very low estimate while 5 other companies quoted almost double the amount! He stuck with me and went above and beyond any other company. He kept in touch with me almost daily and helped me get a loan for the job. For maybe 3 months we were in touch constantly and he stuck with me through the entire process. He did not give up on me as most companies and sales men did. I finally got the loan and they are starting ASAP for me. He cared and I will always be grateful for him and Ready Roofing. I finally found a company that was here for me. Hurricane Ian took most of my tiles and I've had a tarp on the entire roof for so long that it is now discinerating and here we are in hurricane season again. I'll definitely be adding the after pictures and will let anyone know that they need to contact Ready Roofing before accepting any other quotes.

Jim the owner talks a good game. And so does his sales manger. Roof was replaced first week of Jan in 2022, still waiting on the chimney cap to be replaced. Have contacted them numerous times about chimney cap received great LIP SERVICE. But still waiting on the job to be completed.
They did contact me in Jan of 2023 wanting me to write a review. I responded to their email about the job not being completed. received a phone call within a couple of hours. Again great lip service.

William Thomas who came to do the estimation was very polite and knowledgeable. He works so hard to see if I can have my roof fixed. Unfortunately, the job wasn't done. He did answer my calls without any delays and did the best to help me. Great person in which you can put all the trust in him. Companies should be hiring people like William for the best of them. Ready Roofing did a great job at a competitive price. Jim was knowledgeable and professional. His team replaced my roof while I was away and I would never have known they were there if it wasn't for a great looking replacement. I highly recommend this company.

This was the worst company I have ever dealt with. It has been over 6 months and the issue still has not been solved. Poor installation of new roof with skylights resulted in leaks, fixed one time, still leaked, fixed again, and then a third time. He did send someone on time to come look at the roof, the tech had absolutely no idea he was coming to look at a mold issue. Poor communications between the owner and his employees. Mold developed on ceiling, to which all they did is paint over it, without treating the mold. Jim said it did not need to be treated. He did say he would have someone come look in the attic to make sure there is no mold...we are still waiting for that to happen. Problem started June 6, with first leak. Totally unacceptable, very poor customer service and very poor installation. I did file a complaint with the BBB of Jacksonville, and now I guess I have no choice but to do another follow up with the BBB. Total incompetence with this company. We had been more than patient waiting for the issue to be resolved, to no avail. Untrue to their word. I had to give one star because if I didn't give it any stars, it would not post this review.

Jim booked his sales team to stay at my short-term rental in Cape Coral after hurricane Ian and never paid the fee for their stay. We allowed them to book directly with us because he seemed like a respectable person and business owner. He put off payment for weeks despite our agreement to pay on arrival and has stopped responding to the requests for payment. This was over a month ago and no word that he is going to do the right thing. I would not recommend Ready Roofing to homeowners in the cape.

Ready Roofing just completed our re-roof project for a rather difficult 10 in 12 slope roof and did a GREAT job. Bruce Patton was my contact and was in contact with me thru out the job. They were my low bidder, but provided the same GAF roof system with a 50 year warranty.
Pablo was the on site lead man and very helpful . The crew was very polite helpful.
Could recommend them if you need a new roof !
