Not a complaint about your company, just a complaint about very bad driving. Today, one of your drivers in a U-Haul truck with your logo on the back was tailgating me to a very dangerous extent when I was already driving well over the speed limit. When I stopped to pull a left, he sped around me so fast and so close he almost hit my car. Just wanted to let you know as this is unacceptable, unsafe, and very unprofessional.

I reached out with a simple inquiry about a product I was interested in, and I waited over a week for a reply. When I finally heard back, it was a generic response that did not address my specific questions. It felt like they were more interested in getting me off their radar than genuinely assisting me. When I decided to call for further clarification, I was met with long hold times and an unhelpful representative who seemed uninformed about the products. Their lack of product knowledge was alarming, and it only added to my frustration. It was clear that they were either severely understaffed or didn't prioritize customer service. Worse yet, when I attempted to escalate my concerns to a manager, I was brushed off and told that there was nothing more they could do. It was as if my concerns were simply dismissed without any regard. I felt like I was talking to a brick wall, and it left me feeling undervalued and frustrated. To top it all off, the resolution to my product issue was unsatisfactory. I was offered a solution that did not meet my needs, and the representative's attitude was dismissive, making the entire ordeal even more unbearable. Overall, my experience with RE Hinkley was a masterclass in poor customer service. It's hard to believe that a company could operate this way in a competitive market. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for good customer support or a reliable shopping experience. Save your time and frustrations--look elsewhere!
Exceptional service.my husband has had 2 " no heat" situations and Hinckleys response time for service was almost immediate. Can,t ask for a company to work with. They even have a real person answering the phone!!!
