Love my new shower I couldn't be more pleased. Right from the start with Chris and Kathie and then the crew. They were so good. Did little extras ,finished on time and cleaned up.nice to know we have such good people here in Alaska. I would use them again-no hesitation.

As a returning customer, we again experienced the attention to detail and service we expected from Chris and his team. The only drawback, if any, is that we had to pay total amount due upfront. It took about 6 weeks until installation could be scheduled. We would have appreciated a 50/50 payment term (half down when placing the order, second half due upon completion of project)

When we got our bathroom done, we were so proud of it 2018 (as we still are)! We recently needed help with our shower handles, I called Chris, from ReBath, he came right over, he wasn’t sure either. Gathered up parts for it, and gave them to his installer that was almost finished with the job he was doing. He arrived shortly after I had talked to Chris! The nice guy entered our house took off his shoes, I showed him the way, and he was here for less than 30 minutes! You thinking of getting a bathroom up lift? We remodeled two bathrooms at the same time with ReBath. The design process was very smooth. Kathy is great. Start date was initially March. Job started in May and wasn’t fully completed until November. Communication was very good. We were never left hanging. The installers were exceptionally nice but we had to stay on top of them for quality control. Our newly remodeled bathrooms are very nice and the shower panels are easy to clean.

It was great ! Daniel was awesome and took care of everything I hoped he would. He did a great job keeping the work place clean and had real good attitude while getting the job done . Great work and super happy with my half bath to full bath conversion .

I reached out and worked with Re-Bath, and surprisingly the owner of the company, Chris, tasked himself with assisting me in designing a remodel of my vintage 1950's bathroom. It was all original, small, cramped, pink fixtures, boomerang formica, picture what you always saw at Grandma's house. I didn't want to do a full on "HGTV" modern remodel but instead wanted to preserve some of the vintage features while making it more accessible and updating to meet current plumbing, electrical, and building code so it fit the rest of the house. Chris listened to my input, and helped me imagine a better, redesigned floorplan fitting the same footprint of the existing bathroom, without ever pushing me towards something more modern and "desirable". (E.G. more money) Chris suggested finishes and fixtures that would fit the vintage reproduction I had always had in mind, even down to vintage countertop patterns that were still being made today. I was impressed with his attention to detail, thoroughness and follow up, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Re-Bath Anchorage again for another bathroom.

They didn't seal up everything well and now we're having problems and black mold. The mold in the picture is behind the sealant. The shower base wasn't sealed at all in some spots and when I shoot water into it algea and filth comes out. The baseboards to floor weren't sealed at all so I can only guess what I will see if I remove those. Probably black mold.
When they installed the toilet they only secured one side to the floor and had to come back to fix that.
The room door threshold cracked and pinches our feet when we step on it. Probably because the spacing is incorrect.
I ordered my own light fixture because I saw the owner and salesperson at the store buying cheap ones.
I called to talk about my problems and they wanted $65 just to come look at it.
I'll fix it myself and never recommend them to anyone.

We were pleased through all phases of removing a tub/shower to a walk-in shower unit. Workmanship was great and the customer service and professionalism exceptional.

wow. forget doing business with these guys if you bought your own tub or tiles. If you're not buying their cheap plastic option for the shower they want nothing to do with you. Terrible front desk person that answers the phone. Asks the same questions and doesn't listen to the answers. All i wanted was to get an estimate for a FULL BATHROOM remodel. Guess they don't want to do that. Was hung up on and said "we're busy till April. We don't want your project." And promptly hung up on. Great customer service.

The work done was good, but the most expensive around. And now that I've paid, I can't get a call back on the problem we are having after waiting weeks.

I have already called for customer service twice and gotten no call back. Why would the third time be different?

Chris, Kathy, Judy, Laura are very responsive, professional and kind with emails and phone calls! Chris was great answering any questions we had and did FaceTime to show our bathroom during covid. Everyone is very respectful! We requested masks to be worn and they did! That was a big thank you!
Daniel was awesome as well! He and 2 other gentleman took out our grouted bathroom tiles from previous owners and replaced it with their Tahoe Granite wall surround and oil bronze shower fixtures-such a big difference, very beautiful and safe! Daniel answered any questions I had and was extremely kind! Only took 8 hours!! Such a professional and wonderful company. We will call them again for more remodeling in the future! Daniel and Hayley were the installers of our bathrooms and love the work they and Re-bath provided for us. They were quick and efficient and loved the weekly call updates on our order. We could not recommend Re-bath enough to anyone who is looking to remodel or install a new tub in your home.

We just had our bathtub and tile replaced with a Re-Bath shower, sliding doors, and a new window. Daniel and his team were professional and efficient. They finished in two-days and had to deal with a heater being installed behind our old tub and the wrong window coming in. Daniel quickly worked each issue and kept the project on schedule. He even readjusted a window that was too low, after I brought it up and the window was already installed. Hartley was impressive with her work ethic and attention to detail, which included exceptional clean up and repairing loose floor transitions on our vinyl flooring that was not part of their work. Daniel was very knowledgeable and explained every detail to us, including the warranty and how to deal with any issues that might occur. Fantastic service! We would highly recommend them!

We had a complete bathroom overall and are super pleased with the way things turned out. There were a few bumps in the road; I brought up some issues/concerns to Chris, the guy running things, and every one of them were addressed and then some. Daniel and Joe Ward both did great jobs with installation and follow-up work. The whole bathroom looks and feels great and we got just what we wanted for our budget.

I had rebath do my bathroom tub to shower conversion. The cost was a lot for the change, but as you get older, you need to prepare for having a tougher time doing things.
My journey started with the measurements and ordering the materials. That went easy. When the day finally came the crew showed up and removed my tub / shower to get ready to install the shower. That is when they discovered that they had ordered the incorrect shower base placing the drain on the left instead of the right. Rather than wait 2 more months, I decided to accept the left drain base.
Then when the install was done, I was told to get used to the hot and cold water being switched. That didn’t work, so they had to go through another wall to correct the reversed water then repair the wall.
After a couple weeks, the divider that keeps the sliding glass doors in place came loose.
Warranty kicked in and a couple weeks later they came back to reattach the divider to the enclosure.
Several months lateraled Mother Earth decides to visit with a decent quake. The divider pops out again.
Now the warranty is still good, but they want $65.00 to drive to my house to administer the warranty.
What a crock of......

I'm in a chair and bought my house in June of 2017. I haven't been able to use my restroom until last week! The re-bath team were the only ones to come to my home for an e-mod. If it wasn't for them I would be in a bad spot. I want to thank you very much Re-bath! The best part was the quality of the work! Daniel M. absolutely killed it. My shower looks like one piece and completely custom to me. I would definitely recommend his craftmenship and skills. The best work I've seen since I was building in highschool ! ReBath's prices aren't the lowest, but you can absolutely count on the quality of what you'll get. We contracted with them to redo two bathrooms for us. Under one of the bathrooms was a third one that we decided to leave as is--not because it didn't badly need upgrading, but because we could spend only so much. During the work on the upstairs bathroom, a valve leaked all night and caused significant water damage to the bathroom below. I was expecting some hard negotiating. Chris, who owns Rebath, looked at the damage, then offered--without my asking--to essentially redo that entire bathroom free of charge, except for a new shower surround, which he wanted us to pay for. You've heard of an offer you can't refuse? No, he didn't go high end on the materials, but they're perfectly good quality and infinitely better than what was there. I'd have no hesitation about hiring Chris for future work.

We recently had a shower installed in our log home. The Rebath installers did a fantastic job working around the log at the top of the shower. Making a perfect cut, in granite, around an irregular round log is truly a work of an artistic professional!! Thank you Dan Alaska Rebath, you did a great job.

Re-Bath has been a great company to work with throughout our bathroom remodel. The work was finished today, a four day job, and we couldn’t be more pleased with Dustin and Michael’s job. Complete professionalism from day one. They were willing to make sure that I was going to be happy once they were done. After several weeks of driving through the Mat-Su Valley and Anchorage looking for items for a bathroom remodel we discovered Re-Bath of Alaska. From the assistance that we received in the showroom with Eric, to our in-home consultation with Chris and Kathie as well as assistance with making payments with Judy and the actual project completed by Dustin and Jesse, we were not disappointed on any level. For the most part a very enjoyable experience. The only hang-up was notifications whenever they needed to push back the start date, but that was sorted out by the end. In particular, the actual laborers, Dan and Jesse, were fantastic. Above and beyond, and very polite and professional!

I am very happy with my new tubs and solid surface surrounds.The job got done 1 day earlier than expected, and the workmen were very good at what they did. The caulking lines are practically perfect. Everyone was wonderful to work with and in the end I got a wonderful product that I love. I noticed one of the tub faucets leaked (was defective) the next day, and someone from Rebath came came out right away, got it fixed and its as beautiful as ever!

We had two bathrooms remodeled and they both came out fantastic. The 2 man crew worked hard to complete the job within the estimated time period. They were organized, very considerate of our needs, and they did a great job of cleaning everything up when the job was finished. We have been using the bathrooms for about 2 weeks now and there have been no problems or issues with any of the work. Highly recommended.

Called for quote and was pleasantly surprised. The attendant explained their product to me and clarified that it did not exactly fit my needs. No BS and thats a good thing now a days. If I were to need their product I would absolutely call them. Good business policy.

Professional job all the way around. Both Daniel and Josh were outstanding. It was very evident that they enjoy what they do and take extreme pride in the finished product. Despite working in a small home with only one bath, they did what they could to minimize disruption.

We had our tub converted to a shower. We love it!! It is beautiful!! The installers were so professional and very meticulous to make sure everything was perfect. They were finished in the two-day promised construction time. They vacuumed and cleaned everything before they left. I would (and already have) recommend Re-bath and their products.

They just finished up the second bathroom. They did our first one in Feb and after seeing the job there was no question who was doing the next. Chris was easy to work with in picking out what we wanted. The installer, Johnathan was polite and very professional. We just had Re-Bath finish our kids' shower in less than the two days that was quoted to us. The shower and fixtures look amazing, but honestly I am most impressed by the speed, cleanliness, and professionalism of the work done. Last month in July 2016, I had my old vintage bathtub and surround remodeled by Re-bath. First of all, Re-Bath came to my house and inspected my bathroom when I first decided to remodel. We sat down with Chris and with my family and made choices for the surround color, tub style, hardware, etc. Due to the nature of remodeling and price, Re-Bath has a great system to do it in phases to make it more affordable to the consumer. We are really impressed with the outcome. The surround is high quality and goes all the way to the ceiling so no regular drywall is exposed like in normal showers. We had such an old surround that black mold had developed. Re-Bath cleaned out all the old mold and sterilized everything. With the surrounds going to the ceiling, we no longer think about mold as even an option. The hardware options are great too. I have a 6 year old daughter and so we chose the shower head that has two built into one with one removable which has made life so much easier on my wife and me. The job was done thoroughly and within 48 hours. The re-modelers worked fast and efficiently and so we were only without our main shower for two days. We are starting our phase 2 next month and look forward to working with Re-Bath once again. Thanks.

New shower surround is awesome!! ReBath installer was prompt, efficient and professional. This is our second time working with ReBath and would definitely recommend them without hestitation.

This was an awful experience. They installed walls that were manufactured incorrectly and during the install, there was silicon put all over the wall above the shower head. It was an awful mess that was not cleaned up properly so when I tried to paint the bathroom, it was a nightmare. In addition, it took several months and multiple visits and phone calls to get the correct walls ordered. When I got so frustrated and tried to cancel the order and just get a refund for the walls, they refused! When the new walls were finally brought in, the install was very poor and the walls to this day don't line up correctly. Even my 13-year old said to never use Rebath again! I wish I had used a private contactor and had it done right!

Excellent workmanship by installer Mike. Completed within the time frame promised, despite the need for additional work not anticipated. Would recommend ReBath to others who want to avoid doing work yourself.

I had the BEST experience with Re-Bath! They were very patient with me as I decided what I wanted and had to call me husband at work time and time again since he couldn't be there. When it came to the installation of my bathroom, they were WONDERFUL! Very professional! Super Nice! I bought the 2 GENTLEMEN lunch on the 2nd and final day go the installation and they seemed surprised that I would do this for them. Very modest and grateful. My bathroom is BEAUTIFUL! I have and will recommend Re-bath to all of my friends and family.

The guys that did the my shower/tub and floor install were very professional and did great at keeping me posted on how things were going, they also did a great job at cleaning up after themselves when done. I love my new shower/tub system.

Working with rebath was a wonderful experience. They helped me design and amazing bathroom. From design to install, everything went very well and they were quick to address any issue that arose. I really enjoyed working with them. Most of all, I am really enjoying my beautiful new shower that is so easy to clean. Love it!

I had high hopes with ReBath, but after signing the contract and making the first payment I realized my expectations would not be met. In hindsight I wish I had simply canceled the remodel. ReBath rescheduled my installation twice, the second time it was rescheduled so they would be enough workers at a trade show booth. The remodel was to replace my bath/shower and to replace our flooring with the ReBath tile system. Two workers were assigned to the remodel, though the lead worker was constantly leaving to work on other remodels he was assigned to at the same time. There was a lot of time when no work was being done because the apprentice did not know the next steps in the remodel. I believe this over-scheduling is a common practice with ReBath. My two day remodel became a three day remodel, requiring more time off from work on my part. After the remodel was finished, and the 24 hour drying time for the grout and caulk was finished, I was able to get a closer look at the work done and was disappointed in the poor quality of the finishing work. I cleaned my bathroom for two hours to get the caulk off of walls, the tub cleaned (a new scratch couldn't be removed), the handprints washed from the walls, the grout from off the top off the tile, and identifying where I would need to repaint the walls after they were damaged. I worked with ReBath (a two week process) to have the caulk around the bathtub redone, the grout I couldn't remove cleaned off the tiles and the toilet, the shower head fixed so it wouldn't drip, the tub stopper installed in the tub, and I learned why my toilet's screw covers no longer snapped on (they were replaced with similar ones after being broken in the remodel). The footprints and odd smears on the tiles seem to be unable to be washed off, but I have a feeling that this is due to the quality of the tile as much as much as the cleaning process. All in all I would not work with ReBath again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I had a difficult time deciding between a one star and a two star. I only hope the work doesn't have any issues in the future, as I have low expectations it would actually get repaired.

Also, be aware that clients were given an incentive to post 5 star reviews on Google to receive a 50 dollar gift card.

Rebath worked with a very tight timeframe and delivered exactly what we wanted. From the initial visit to the installation, everything was finished as promised. Seemed like we spent the most time waiting for the Muni Building Inspector! :) Great job. I would use again and have already recommended Rebath to a friend. Thanks.

The crew was nice and worked about 14 hours over 3 days. I was asked to sign the completion paperwork based upon the crew leader's word that he had checked everything and it was all in order. One of the other gentleman was still working in the bathroom at the time. When they were leaving I noticed a mark on the floor which they removed. I also noticed some paint issues but figured I could do the touch up when I had the paint out for some other areas I needed to touch up outside of the bath so I did not mention it. When I went to get the paint a couple hours later, there was none. Called Rebath and said I thought the crew accidentally packed it. Rebath called back and said it had taken the entire 1.5 gallons to paint the bath. This is for maybe 100 - 150 square feet. It was premium paint! It really seems poor business for such a blatant lie. The gallon of paint is only $30 and for that to make a $10,000 job incomplete....

We ordered a remodel on a downstairs bathroom. Salesperson was wonderful, I told him to get it under $10,000 and he did! It turned out wonderful, better that Home Depot did for a lot more money. We knew there was water damage but not the extent until they got into it. The contractors called and texted the damage, explanation, and gave me a estimate. I told the to proceed and ask for pictures because we were on vacation, They sent me pictures showing the structure damage so I could see how bad it was. The job was completed when we got home and we saw what a top notch job they did. It was awesome. Everything we wanted and more. One of the contractors even went went looking for the cat that got out that didn't return for a week. Cat came home and the bathroom is neat, clean, functional.

ReBath was awesome! They came to my home, designed my bathroom with me, and gave me final price with no surprises. The instillation went amazingly, they had my whole bathroom done in 2 days and it looks GREAT! Thanks RE-BATH!

ReBath put in a new beautiful shower system for us. ReBath sent a rep directly to our house to pick out exactly what we wanted. Both my wife and I work full schedules, so having a guy come out to the house late after we were off of work made this project possible. The selection of tile, shower, shower head, and floor was pretty sweet. The crew came over and went straight to work. They came super early in the morning and worked til late in the day to get done as fast as possible. The crew was even nice enough to let our dog outside for bathroom breaks. I will be calling ReBath for my next project.

My bathroom was completely remodeled in only 2 days. The work was done very professionally. I have a beautiful bathroom. I get so many compliments on how nice it turned out by everyone who sees it. Several of my friends are going to use Re-Bath in the future.

Love my shower from Re-Bath! Sales process was made simple and the install was quick and painless. The shower is easier to maintain and keep clean - much more so than the crumbling tile shower it replaced. Can't wait to have them do the next bathroom!

If two of you own the house, both your schedules better be flexible, otherwise Re-bath refuses to schedule an appointment. Must be nice to be a relatively new business with the ability to turn customers away. Having issues just trying to schedule an appointment makes one wonder how the rest of experience will be.

Have to start with the installation team and their work - EXCELLENT! Very professional, on time each day, and the work was done with minimal dust, etc. to the rest of the house.

The materials also seem to be of high quality. I do have to admit that they misrepresent their surround material. All the samples look like solid surface. The "ReBath SSP" material is actually a laminate material that is wrapped over OSB. The look is still very good, and it appears to be well installed, just something that a conscientious vendor would share during the planning phase.

I am extremely disappointed in their bidding/sales process. We have a long, narrow master bath. The old vanity left quite a bit of wasted space and that was our emphasis in updating our bathroom. Even with a visit, and measurements, they ordered a smaller (60") vanity so now the second sink is unusable as it is even closer to the bathroom door than the original (4" from the wall). We also requested a very nice looking floor moulding that they actually had in their showroom. The cost was a little high but we "splurged". What was installed was a commercial grey moulding that I could have purchased at a local hardware store for 1/5 of the price.

Buyer beware - you will pay premium price and with these guys the onus is on you to know what to ask for - they do not provide any value add to the process.

I absolutely love my Re•Bath bathroom system. All the people were courteous and professional. I would recommend this to everyone.

Randy and his crew demoed an installed tub (from the 70's) and installed a jetted spa, full length/height wall surround and a really cool overhead light with a rheostat and an LED bulb. The joints are almost nonexistent and the installation and workmanship are beautiful.

This was a remodel of a duplex on the second floor. I had one minor problem with a soap dish installed in the wrong area and they were right back the next day and addressed and fixed the problem by relocating it.

They were helpful and the cost was quoted upfront and they didn't nickel and dime me to death. We settled on what was to be done in the beginning and the work was performed as expected when promised. What else can I say? I had a great experience with ReBath and if I need another remodel, I will call them.

The only problem I have is getting my wife out of it so I can use it.

They installed a new shower, toilet, vanity with double sinks and flooring in August 2012. Initially, the shower door leaked and shower flow was weak. They returned within the week to remove a flow restrictor from the shower head and inspect/repair the leak in the door. At a later date they responded to my request to stop a toilet leak and again the leak in the shower door. They were able to stop the toilet leak (replace the wax ring, that was damaged during installation) but the shower door continued leaking, Despite numerous return visits over 25 months, the shower continued to leak. Finally, this week they stated that the type of door installed was known to have persistent leaking problems and that there was nothing further they could do. Initially, they offered to install a new door at no additional cost if I purchased a new one from them. Later they contacted me stating I should go to a third party for a new door with no method to secure reimbursement from them for the cost of replacing a defective shower door.

Paul Came started the remodel process. He single handedly removed the bathtub surround ( I have no idea how one person can manage that) and when he noticed that insulation was needed, assured me that it would be taken care of. When I questioned the possibility of maybe not putting up the ceiling piece over the shower, he also assured me that I would like it. (I LOVED IT) His work ethic was superior to many I have dealt with over the years. i could tell he was proud of his work and was happy that I was so thrilled with every step of the process.

Love our Rebath bath tubs!! Had a bathtub, shower walls and full shower ceiling installed in our home. It looks amazing, cleans up easier than any other material I have had in a shower, and the product is very durable! We liked it so much, we had another full bath to ceiling remodel done in one of our rental units, and will continue to only install Rebath from here on out. Amazing product! I'd reccomend it to anyone!
